Stay away from this company if you can! The HOA at my condo contracted this company to complete siding repairs on our building. 1)Started weeks later than originally agreed upon, with no updates provided. 2) Was supposed to be completed within a few months max. It's been over 2 months since starting, they have worked less than 5 days total. 3) On the days they do work, they show up hours earlier than agreed upon, leave nails throughout the parking area, and do a poor job of cleaning up. 4) Several residences have voiced concerns to the HOA and Southern Restoration, with zero response from anyone. At this point I've assumed they quit and we have a half torn apart building.

Working with Trae, the owner of this company has been an amazing experience. After having both an electrical disaster and fire, Trae kept me informed of the progress along the way. Was extremely efficient and thorough with all the repairs and improvements. He is honest and the work was everything he had promised. I would highly recommend him and his company to everyone.

I had water damage to a rental unit I owned and Southern restoraton and construction came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I was not at all pleased with the work they did as well as the time frame the work was completed in the unit. I was even more dismayed when almost a year later I was replacing the counter top in the unit and the workers showed me that the PVC plumbing pipes were not glued and water was leaking out from the pipes.
I then had to hire another contractor to come in and glue the Plumbing as well and check the plumbing behind the lazy susan for loose pipes. The repair which I thought they had inspected and made sure everything was done properly was not done right and could have cost me more in repairs if the water had started to leak more. To my dismay even the floor board to the cabinets do not line up and there is a large gap on the trim boards on the floor.
I not only had to deal with slow work on the unit but lost money for rent. I know this may have seemed like a small job to them but it cost me not only in rent revenue but also having to call someone out to fix work that should have been done right in the first place.
