After looking through the google reviews, I contacted Built Restoration and Construction Services to fix my home due to water damage. Andy, the owner, walked me through the process, took over dealing with the insurance company, keeping me in loop every step of the way. They knew exactly what documents they needed to move the claim forward. Top notch Professionals! Andy kept everything on track and was great to work with. Drying and Installation went well. Appreciate the job that was done at my house.

Had our downstairs flood due to a faulty washer unit, which required taking the floors up and drying. Was supposed to be a pretty typical job, but it was discovered that asbestos tiles were also under our damaged floorboards, which required asbestos abatement to come in and fix separately. Both Andy and Keith were super responsive and helped walk me through the whole process as a small wrench was thrown in our plans. Andy especially has great knowledge of how to deal with insurance companies and exactly what I was looking at from that perspective. Super awesome guys and I really wouldn't go anywhere else for restoration work moving forward.

Our dishwasher broke, and leaked water all over the kitchen and dining room. We called Built when it first happened. They came out immediately to assess, and start drying things out. The whole process from start to finish was explained thoroughly, and in way that made sense. They worked hand in hand with our insurance company, which was great. It made the process a lot easier and smoother.

They fixed or replaced all the damaged carpet, vinyl flooring, cabinets, and drywall. It's looks better than before the damage. The whole team was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend. Thanks Built Restoration!

Failed in my attempt to support smaller businesses during this pandemic. Perhaps I was mistaken, and this business wasn't in need to of my "small" business. Perhaps my repair wasn't a big enough or high enough paying job. I called to get an estimate on repair to my half bath and ceiling damage in my foyer. Giving this business a second star because I did receive a return call and request for pictures.

I sent pictures as requested, but never received a return text, call, or anything. At the very least, be as responsive when you're declining a job as you are when you're considering the job. I waited a couple extra days before calling another service, based off the positive reviews Built received. Waste of time.

Highly recommend working with Built Restoration and Construction Services! Andy was a breathe of fresh air when he came to bid on my job that another restoration company had abandoned. He was extremely honest and upfront about all the costs, time frames, and processes. He took the time to fully explain everything and answer all of my questions. He is very professional and experienced with working with insurance companies on claims.

His team was very professional, on time, did great work, and was very respectful. The work was done on time and I have been extremely pleased with it. I've run into Andy multiple times after my project was completed and Andy always stops to say "Hi", he is truly a person who cares about his clients.

My husband and I were so blessed when a neighbor told us about Built Restoration after we had some bad flood damage from a busted water pipe. We have dealt with many contractors in the past and never had much to write home about. So when Andy and his crew showed up it was an amazing breath of fresh air! His knowledge and professionalism was off the charts.

He handled dealing with the insurance adjuster and was a great advocate for us. He really had our back and was very much involved in every aspect of making sure our home was repaired to the utmost of our satisfaction. I was amazed at how he communicated with us like we were family and he really cared about our happiness in the completion of our home.

It was such a relief to have our home back in better than before condition! I can't express enough how much we appreciated the way Andy took the reins and handled such a stressful situation for us. God sent us a company that made us feel at peace that everything was going to be taken care of and it sure was. I would recommend Built Restoration to anyone who is looking for a caring trustworthy company to handle any problem with your home, which is one of our most valuable assets.

Finally a contractor with a heart for people and not just out to make money. Our home is beautiful now and the process was so much nicer that past experiences with other companies. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!

I am so lucky I found Andy and his team. They do it all. I had severe water damage on three floors of my house, and ended up having to move out because the damage was so bad. Andy and Keith helped me every step of the way, from the water mitigation, to the repair and restoration of my entire kitchen, two bathrooms, and every floor surface of my 2200 sq ft house.

This being my first house and first claim to file with insurance, he took the time to walk me through the process step by step and always answered my calls (which were a lot). His crew worked hard and efficiently, and I felt very safe leaving my home in his hands. He was able to get the job done much faster than anticipated, some because of timing, but mostly because he's extremely organized and dedicated to his clients.

I had a few other contractors come out to the house before I found Built Restoration. Andy and Keith blew everyone else out of the water with their professionalism, insurance knowledge, attention to detail, and positive attitudes.

When he scheduled things he worked with my schedule and the work always happened on time. Andy and his team did an excellent job repairing some water damage we had from a poorly installed skylight. It was great having a point person in contact with us through the process. Andy was up front with the estimated costs and promptly resolved our issue.

Built Restoration is highly efficient and extremely easy to work with. I had an unfortunate water leak that damaged my kitchen floors, but Built Restoration came in quickly and fixed the issue. These guys are great to work with and provided great insight to help me through the entire process.

We were a little over 3 weeks out from closing when one of my clients' had their entire first floor flood from a toilet that overflowed. Built Restoration was on site within 2 hours of the initial call with the manpower and equipment to start the restoration process.

My parents were building a pool in their backyard and the construction crew had to tear down a large proton of their fence in order to get the equipment in their backyard. A huge storm hit and much of the construction crews equipment was blown into their house which caused damage to the siding.
