We recently moved into our home that had been vacant for almost 3 years due to my inlaws (who owned the home) suffering w/dimentia, which progressed into full blown Alzhiemers and eventually having to be relocated to nearby long term facilities. As you can imagine, there was quite a bit of maintenance and home improvements that needed to be done. I saw the prominently displayed Custom Climates stickers with all the dates and info and I called, knowing the A/C was not working properly and other issues with the exterior of the unit.

I spoke with Shirley and her first words were "we've been trying to reach you for 3 years.you have 2 services that we need to address available since 2018!". I couldn't believe my ears, thanked Shirley, shared with her our situation and she was genuinely empathetic. Tears started to well up in my eyes as we scheduled an appointment. She explained what to expect.

That was on 8/6/2021. Today, 8/9/21, Tech Darrell showed up several minutes 'earlier' than scheduled to my amazement and joy. He was very thorough, saw there will be lots of work to do. Didn't try to 'up sell' on the services and advised that since the unit is 7 years old, the uv light, coils, air ducts, vents and some more stuff all need to be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and returned to working like new again, saving us 'thousands' of $'s.

I shared with Darrell that my husband will be pleased and that we will get this service completed by the end of the month. Darrell and Shirley thank you so much for your genuine care. Thank you Custom Climates, a family owned business that wants their clients to experience only the best. This generation of Colemans will continue to use your services. We'll see your techs soon!

Chris Channey did a semiannual service on our system. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He was able to correct some issues not handled by our previous provider. Service prices were fair. We will be continuing to use his company for our air conditioning needs.

Knowledgeable technicians and good communication with your main office. Good company, very organized. Very customer service oriented. I'm impressed.

I had service from this company. Technician found that ultraviolet lamp doesn't work (was installed in my AC 3 years ago) and suggested to replace it, he didn't tell me up front price, after he installed it I was surprised by $989.

Rocky and Ray did a great job installing our new AC Unit. They were very professional, helpful, friendly and patient throughout the whole process. So far we are very happy with Custom Climate Concepts and their Service personnel.

Mr. Adrian Arnold was extremely thorough checking our AC system. Explaining in detail of a leak in the system. Very patient and taking his time answering all my questions. Very very professional! Beyond any doubt, he was superior to all other technicians evaluating our AC. It would be ideal if all other technicians coming to check our AC is as half as competent as Mr. Arnold!

We bought our unit less than 2 years ago. Yesterday we had to have someone come out due to our A/C not working. The gentleman they sent out told us that he can tell there is a leak but that he couldn't tell where it was coming from nor did he have the tools to fix it.

Had a problem with my old unit. Darrell assessed the problem and offered a viable option of installing a new AC. The unit was installed that day by Norbert and Juan. They did a very nice job and we will continue to use this company for service in the future.

Chris C completed our first 6 month check-up today. Chris C was thorough and professional with all his work and recommendations. A quality A/C company is essential in Florida.

Rocky and Mike spent the day at my house ripping out old and installing new. I felt they were exceptionally capable of handling the work and extremely polite. I am certainly glad I called them and would highly recommend both of them.

Sonny was knowledgeable, polite and quite efficient. He shared tips of how to properly maintain the system, but above all he was honest. We have had bad experiences in the past with dishonest HVAC contractors.

Rocky and Mike installed my parents heat pump and were very good. My husband does heating and cooling in MI so he knows they did a good job. They were professional and did the job in a timely manner.

Sonny was very honest (I hope) with information concerning my air conditioner. He did not pressure me or hurry me. I am hoping the installers with the air conditioner tomorrow are as efficient, friendly and honest.
