We've been using Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating since we bought our home 6 years ago. They installed a new system and re-did all the ductwork before we moved in and we've had a Maintenance Agreement since that time, so any issues we've had with the system have been handled preventatively, before they become a problem.

They are a great company. When I first bought my home I had them come out and check/service my ac. I was told at that time that capacitor would need to be changed but was ok at the time. I put it off and it died about a year latter. I called them back they came out the next day. Sure enough it was the capacitor.
