The experience with Greens has been an amazing one. The a/c system in our home was hitting the end of it's time and this company provided us with timely, supportive and high-quality service. The installation team was friendly and helped us to understand the entire process (which is greatly appreciated as a new homeowner). They came highly recommended by our HOA and now we know why! Do yourself a favor, DO NOT use this company at all. They are very unprofessional, disrespectful, and don't care about their customer. We used this company for fuel purchases and the experience has been so negative that we don't recommend them to anyone. The person in Account receivable by the name of Courtney is very rude and unprofessional.

Our a/c went out Saturday night and when I called on Sunday to see if anyone could come out, they showed up 45 minutes later. The technician was polite, had shoe covers over his shoes which I appreciated and was quick in figuring out the problem. Googling what the issue was we found their price competitive and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Greens is incompetent. You won't be happy with a new installation. We've had two in the last two years and both installations were/are nightmares. The techs are great but Green's is unwilling and unable to maintain their service contracts and then they charge $150 after hours emergency to complete the twice yearly service contract that you. already paid for.
Both of these installations were eventually handled personally by Mr. Bill Green who seems to be the very root of this company's problem. He is the worst one of them. All details are available in case Mr. Green thinks he's correct. My advice is do not deal with them.

We received quotes from 4 different companies before deciding to move forward with Greens. Honestly a large part of our decision was due to our experience with the sales rep, Robbie. He was professional, kind, and was not pushy or obnoxious like 2 of the other companies we spoke to. He was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of our questions without the sales tactics that drove us away from the other companies. Greens also has very reasonable financing, and we were able to find a plan that fit our budget for the work we needed to have done (New AC, Ducts, Vents, Returns, etc).
Everyone we spoke to from our first contact to the final inspection and follow up were a pleasure to deal with. The installation team (especially Joel) was also very professional, patient, and they were on time every day and communicated very well. For some background we had a mold situation and they had to work around another vendor who was removing a wall and providing mold remediation services.
The other vendor was not the easiest to coordinate with, but nonetheless Joel and the team at Greens completed the work quickly and professionally. The installation team was also very patient and answered all of our questions. All of the new vents, ducts, returns etc were installed perfectly, and they let us know in detail what they were doing and how to care for the new system. I cannot recommend them enough, and we are extremely happy with the service we received.

Another reminder that this business sucks. We had an issue with our upstairs unit and called another ac company. Told them the story from this company and they confirmed we were overcharged. Seems this company has a bad rep with their peer group. Stay away! And before they say we didn't describe the problem, we showed receipts and work done.

We found ourselves in a pickle when we went to buy our house and found a 287 gallon oil tank in the backyard with over 200 pounds of oil inside. We were at a loss: how do you get rid of this much oil? And what do you do with the tank? We decided to call our AC company, who referred us to Greens. We discussed the tank promptly with Melanie and were told that their technician, Darrin, would get back with us shortly.
We had a small wait--about a week--to hear back, but then had a home visit the next day after speaking with him, and a week later the oil tank was out of the ground. Darrin was friendly and communicative and was more than willing to answer all of our questions regarding our oil disposal and tank removal. He was also available by phone for follow up questions.
We also spoke with Melanie quite a bit, who was a key liaison during the whole process! We were extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of Greens and would definitely use them again!

Patrick was our tech for our annual A/C inspection and maintenance - you definitely want him assisting with your A/C! He was punctual, professional, and so knowledgeable. He was instrumental in us getting rid of some unknown moisture and bacteria issues in our unit that previous technicians had not made us aware of. It was eye opening and so helpful! He was patient, answered all of our questions and was great with our curious pets. I highly recommend him!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They cracked a pipe during routine maintenance and it ruined a substantial amount of wood flooring in our home. They refused to provide any type of payment to the repair for the wood (which 25 SF had to be completely replaced and now does not match the rest of our homes flooring). Also they would not refund the amount we paid for the service that caused the damage. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Why did you install aluminum electrical service conductors when you replaced the heat and A/C in my home? It replaced copper conductors. Aluminum was a known issue at the time of installation. It is now impacting the sale of my home. If I was aware it was aluminum I would have stopped you back then. I thought I could trust you. Would you replace it at your expense?

I bought a brand new AC unit from this company on July 7 2017. it is now Oct 7, 2019 and the unit is broken. The bad part is that their sales person sold this unit to me as top of the line. After reading online reviews for Payne AC systems I realize they sold me the cheapest system, charged me a 300% mark up and it lasted 2 years. Now they want. to charge me almost 2,000 to fix it and take no responsability for selling such a bad unit as top ofthe line.
This is the second time this AC unit breaks. ohhh yes, it broke only after one year of use, but they said they could not fix the problem until the unit actually broke completely. If you don't like just being treated like a cash cow, don't buy here! you will regret it once you start emptying you bank account to them. Ohhhh, forgot to let you know, I called them and asked for a manager to speak about my issue. they said a manager would call me in a couple of minutes. still waiting.

Greens Energy installed my A/C 15 years ago and its still working fine. They have serviced the unit for me from the time it was installed. I always was able to get a afternoon appointment for my service due to my work schedule. However they have changed there policy and only do service appointments in the AM. They need to rethink this policy and reconsider there loyal customers in order to keep them. I'm in the market for a new Trane unit and now I'm questioning do I look elsewhere.

This morning, I was upset, frustrated and HOT. I work from my home office and my A/C was not working. I am not an irrational person nor do I want to get people in trouble and moreover, I don't care about being right, I care about being heard. That said, I have to thanks Jason Giuliani and Greens for making me change my mind. They managed to get someone in to fix my A/C today they provided options to prevent this from happening again. So, what started off as a frustrating day, eventually got fixed. Thanks Jason, Thanks Greens.

Had used Green's in the past and when my girlfriend had A/C issues I recommended them to her. What a mistake! The first technician (Winston) came out originally and he was polite and friendly. He stated the motor for the condenser was bad and it needed to be replaced. She paid him over $600.00 dollars for this work. When she arrived home from work, the house was 90 degrees and the unit was not running.
She called and Green's responded properly by sending a technician out at 10pm. Rock solid customer service at that point. Sadly, things went downhill quickly. The technician, (George), was rude and condescending from the outset. He even rolled his eyes to my girlfriend on a few instances. After an hour or so, George re-emerged from working on the air handler and said."I don't know what the problem is, but it will take too long to fix tonight." Having remained silent throughout his time here, I asked."if you don't know the issue, how do you know how long it will take to fix?" George immediately took offense and when I asked him what we should do, he said we should call Air-Flow!
He stated he would not be treated this way and stormed out! I swear I never got out of my chair or raised my voice. He was a prima donna and behaved accordingly. The next morning Green's service manager Judy called to discuss the next step. Throughout the call she said George was her 'Best Technician", (she previously said Winston was),.
I asked why her "BEST' Tech was working the graveyard shift and she got aggressive and said she wasn't going to be insulted. It was a legitimate question, not an insult. Could it be he works nights because his people skills are lacking? She called back a bit later and said she would not deal with hostile people and if we have a problem with it, we could talk to Mr.
Green on Tuesday. She also stated she would refund all of the money spent $600-800 and to call someone else. Why would you refund money for work done if you were right and we were wrong? We had some issues with our AC unit leaking. We were very pleased with the service that Greens provided. Judy in the office was friendly and efficient. She sent out two different service techs. Winston who diagnosed the issue, did his best to provide a temporary solution and George who did his best to save us money and provide a fix. All and all it was a very good experience and Greens employees were a pleasure to deal with.

My air conditioner is only 2 years old but they installed various aspects like not closing the air handler and insulation got in coils, that was 2 days to fix AFTRR I PAID FOR EMERGENCY service just to tell me they couldn't fix until next day which was all day. The 2 months later the motor went it took three ANOTHER 2 days to fix because someone. didn't come until after 5 the day of call and they had to come next day. AGAIN TODAY not even a week later the air isn't working and I haven't heard from ANYONE from their emergency services. WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANY they do not put their customers first at all they do not have portable air conditioners and they must not have great techs if things keep going wrong! Don't get your service or systems from this company!

I used Green's for years and no longer use them. I was told that I would discount when I needed new units but when it came down to it they said no. There pricing was the highest for all the quotes by thousands of dollars with all of the same warranties and SER ratings. Now, they will not stop emailing me even though I have asked multiple times to be taken off the list and they won't stop billing me when I cancelled in 2015 for there annual service.

They do not break down charges. Unbelievable that they can get away with their unethical billing practices. The charged me $79 service all that took 5 minutes to detect the problem.
I needed two capacitors. A run and a start. I was told by a friend these are inexpensive and he warned me they were overcharging but Bill Green would not talk to me to provide me with the details on the pricing. As a single women with medical issues I was desperate to get my air repaired therefore I took the chance knowing something wasn't right. BUT when I found out later that I was TOTALLY RIPPED off I was OUTRAGED how severely. HOW CAN THIS BE happening so easily in this country with no repercussions.
Essentially I PAID A TOTAL of $470 for a 15 minute repair and a 5 minute diagnostic. These capacitors are very simple to uninstall and install. they only have a couple wires to connect. BREAKDOWN $79 service call - diagnosis took 5 minutes - just needed to use read the voltage. $201 - run capacitor retail cost=less then $35 $189 - start kit (all this is a start capacitor & a relay) wholesale cost = less than $50 TOTAL I PAID = $470 PARTS = less than $85 END RESULT! ONLY LABOR= $310 for 15 minutes! OUTRAGED.this needs to end.it is a corrupt business practice and how many folks don't even know how much they were ripped off. TIME FOR the MEDIA TO STEP IN. DONT' EVEN THINK THEY DON'T KNOW THEY ARE DOING. LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWER SAID.THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.THEY WILL LIE AND MISLEAD YOU. THEY are ALL BS. Called and scheduled for the company to come out to my house and find a freon leak. Tech showed up to the house and found the leak fairly quickly. tech explained the leak and how he would fix it(which was a simple repair and recharge system) he comes back with $1,000 to do the repair. I by no means am an expert when it comes to ac repair, I know enough to keep me out of trouble.
I couldn't believe the price so I called the service manager, in which he called the tech to confirm the information. The manager calls me back explaining the quote which is still 1,000. OUTRAGEOUS PRICING. STAY AWAY

Have used this company 4 times now. This last time i told the guy to get lost when he showed up 2 hours and 45 minutes after appointment time. I understand they be exact on times but a little courtesy goes a long way. Im sure he had a phone and could have called. Also along with overbooking and not showing up on time the parts prices are way out of line.
I needed a circuit breaker one time and they were going to charge me $70 for it. I bought it at home depot for $8. there are too many ac companys out there to put up with greens poor customer service. they always take forever to show up. I was not even looking for same day service. I told them to come when they could and they still kept me waiting for hours each time I used them. Time for a new ac company.

I have also been a long time customer and my current AC system was purchased though this company. I have always recommended them for service but no more. My last invoice did not break down parts and labor and had a $79.00 added to the bill. When I called regarding the invoice I was told the $79.00 was for a diagnostic and could not be applied to the bill even though work was completed. I would suggest shopping around since many companies do not charge such fees. I know I will.

We have used Green's twice when our A/C has died. Both times, they have been able to come out same-day, which is a lifesaver! Both technicians were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and what needed to be fixed. (The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they are not too specific on what time the techs will be able to come.last time "after 1" turned out to be 5:30. But they do call when they are on their way, so that is a plus!) I would definitely use their service in the future!

We've been happy with Greens in the past, however not so much recently. We asked for someone to look at condensation around our vents and said we are in no hurry and the ac is working fine. A service tech came out that day, said he doesn't go into small attics like ours in hot weather and to call in January.
