Needed approximately 90ft of fencing in our backyard replaced. Have been impressed with their work around town, so we called Rustic. Bob Erwin quickly came out and gave us an estimate, with multiple options so we could choose exactly what we wanted to do. Ended up being much less expensive than we thought. The crew came out, took down the old, put up the new in 4hr, and left the area clean and tidy. Rustic is the only fencing company we will use and recommend!

Everything from start to finish was great. I got multiple estimates and theirs was the clearest and most professional looking, and also the best price! We have had Rustic out to our house on multiple occasions to repair and replace our fence. I can't recommend them highly enough. We've been very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. We will definitely use Rustic again in the future, should a need arise.

Had a 1x6 "board on board" installed at my house. Ryan South took charge after some initial minor issues and the finished product was nothing short of FANTASTIC! I can't say enough about the amazing work Rustic Fence did on our wrought iron fence (front yard) and wooden fence (back of the house). They were fast, professional, flexible and provided a perfect balance of aesthetics and craftsmanship on our budget. Their crews were professional, friendly, and capable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very poor customer service. I will not give these people my hardworking $ and you shouldn't either. I called another business and it was night and day. Check your options before closing the deal.

It is very important for people to hear about my experience with Rustic fence I would not wish my experience on anyone. Immediately I had difficulty communicating with my representative. There were lots of unclear and error filled voicemails, text, and emails followed by missed appointments. Months between when we first accepted our contact and the fence being completed.

There were some major mistakes made during the install that required multiple return trips by crews and individuals. We even overheard another crew working on unrelated projects mocking the work on the fence. Some of the errors are still not fixed but we finally gave up. We have now discovered major damage to our water sprinkler system caused by the installers of the fence.

When I activate my sprinkler systems water gushes from underneath the concrete of a two different post that they installed. It appears as though they moved the fence line several inches from where it was supposed to be and dug a post hole directly into a large PVC line. It would have been impossible for the crew to complete this job without knowing that they had done this damage.

When I contacted Rustic (after they had received full undiscounted payment for the subpar job they did) about the damage they did to my sprinkler system they said "We do not hold themselves responsible for hitting sprinkler lines." I specifically ask if we needed to mark the sprinkler lines or call digtess to identify the location of the cable, phone, and power lines, I was told that it wouldn't be necessary

These guys built a beautiful fence with gates for us over 6 years ago. We just had to replace one of our gates and they honored the warranty, no questions asked. They did a great job replacing the gate. Boone was very responsive and helpful. A great company!

What a great experience my new fence was! Logan, although very busy all the time, made this such a pleasant experience. He was very communicative, considerate, polite and professional. After the fence was finished, I hated to see Logan go, but, not to worry, I have another project with him coming up next month. Thanks, Logan!

First Class workmanship, customer service and one exquisite fence. I finally replaced the old original fence that was a wreck. I checked around and saw some of the reviews. Bob came out, drew it up, made some great suggestions, like wrapping the steel posts with cedar now facing inside the yard. Honestly, it looks more like furniture than a fence.

They worked with precision and did not do a rush 'slam it in' job. All calls to the office were handled politely and messages returned quickly. Minor issues were quickly remedied and all tradesmen were courteous and professional. I am delighted with this company. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a super looking fence. Rustic Fence was prompt and I got a great fence for a good price. Very happy with the communication about the work and the timeliness of work once started.

Poor customer service in my opinion. Called and left a voice mail requesting an estimate. One week goes by, no response. Called back the following Monday during business hours and received the voicemail again, left information requesting an estimate again. At this point it is the end of the second week attempting to get an estimate. Business must be that good. I guess they don't need my business.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR INFORMATION AT THE START OF THE CALL! I asked if I could get a quote to put up a panel of fencing that fell down due to the storms and when they told me it would be two weeks before they could come out and hundreds of dollars to fix and I told them no never mind then. within an hour they had the code dept for the city out to my address. Luckily I was fixing it myself and the code dept person saw me doing so and they drove off. This company is shady!

Rustic Fence installed my beautiful fence 2 years ago when I moved into my new home. One of my neighbors described it as " delicious". About a week ago, I discovered that my gate latch was not keeping my gate closed. I called Bob Erwin and he came out and took a look. While he was here, he also walked the perimeter of my back yard and discovered a few pickets that had tiny splits in them( only about 3 or 4). Alfredo came out and fixed my gate latch and replaced those pickets!

All of it was covered under the warranty. It has been a real pleasure to deal with a company that truly values good customer service and cares about the customer long after the transaction is complete! Way to go, Rustic Fence!

I'd seen a number of "Rustic" fences around the area that I had liked, so I called them for a quote. I also stopped by their location to check them out. Note, their 'stained' fence is constructed from wood that is actually 'dipped' prior to assembly, so it's complete and thorough. I had a proposal in just a couple of days. They started on time and while the job took a bit longer than anticipated, the workmanship is great.

I'm very picky and their crew built a solid, durable fence that looks fantastic. I ordered 'metal-framed wood gates' and what they built are beyond my hopes. The finish-out is nearly interior quality. For me, this was an 'expensive' fence. but I believe that I got what I paid for. A great improvement to my property. I'd highly recommend them.

Bryan and his team did an excellent job designing and building a fence for my property. When I had questions Bryan responded in a good amount of time and his crew that installed the fence did great making sure the job site was clean before they left.

Personally went by their office to request someone come by my house to give me an estimate on replacing a fence. Was told some one would call me that afternoon. No one did. Called the next morning and was told someone would call me. Waited a week and no one called. Called another fence company and they were there the next morning. Rustic must not need the business.

Rustic Fence does excellent work. My yard slopes and is an irregular size, and was in need of a specialty door. Bryan, the Rustic Fence Rep. designed a perfect plan, to solve all the issues. The two work crews were very professional and easy to work with on this project.

Great product, outstanding installation, good communication with Rustic Fence from the time I placed my order, through the completion of the job - well worth the price!

Before I get to the negative, let me say the final product is fine. It's pretty close to what I had hoped for. I would be more excited about it if I didn't feel like rustic fence had put our smallish job on the back burner due to them being behind on larger corporate jobs.

First off, this is broken into two areas: fence and customer service. For the fence, it was good. I would probably give it 4 stars. The only issues with it was that they installed it a good bit above the ground and we now have a 2-3 inch gap in areas and the dogs next door will likely dig under that pretty fast. I am going to have to find a way to block that off.

Now for the customer service. This I would give 1 star. They were nice and everything before the sale, which of course makes sense. Once the job was started though, I really don't think they cared much at all. We had to have a temporary fence in place while the posts were set. This was done on Wednesday and they were scheduled to come back on Friday to do the final fence. Well, I called on Friday afternoon since I hadn't seen them and that is when I was told they had another job run long and had to put it off until Monday.

This left me with a long nervous weekend watching our son and dog in the back yard as our neighbor's dogs could pretty easily get through the fence if they were outside. Now, that is an inconvenience, but probably unavoidable. The bigger issue to me is that they really didn't seem to care and had I not called, I wouldn't have even known what was going on.

I have emailed them twice (as they were looking to get their final payment of course) and neither time have they said a word. I'm pretty easy to please in these matters an someone who cared and even said they were sorry would have made all the difference. Bottom line, they really appear to be all about the sale. Once they have you, you are just another number to them.

I recently needed a portion of my home-fence repaired. After many calls to many contractors and many emails to various fencing companies, Rustic was 1 of 2 companies to follow-through with a call-back and later an estimate. Not only was their estimate hundreds cheaper than the other company, Rustic gave me a timeline of events leading up to and following the installation of my fence, and stuck to it without question!

My initial inquiry was responded to within 48 hours of submitting a form on their website, they gave me a time (within 2 days) that they would go by and look at the fence to provide an estimate, they emailed me the estimate within a day after their visit and their terms and conditions were written in plain, clear English. They required half down and half on completion and took my credit-card without question.

Once the deposit was out of the way, they gave me a work-start estimate of 10 days and actually showed up in 9 I believe. It took them a day to replace poles, install 2 stained sections of fence (including a gate) and you can hardly tell that anyone was even there. No trash or divots. Just professional installation. They warranty their fences for 7 years as well which is helpful based on the windstorms we seem to get every spring.

I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this company. Everything they said they'd do, they did. No empty promises. No "I'll be out tomorrow" and never show up. No bloated estimates. These guys delivered in every way imaginable. I was nearly at the end of my rope as it took 2 prior weeks of so-called "contractors" who didn't show up, didn't return calls or simply looked at plat-diagrams to measure the fence for an estimate before I called Rustic. Any other homeowners out there needing some fencing work done, I'd definitely call Rustic first. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
