Shaw Company Remodeling

We used Shaw for complete remodel of both our master and our hall bathroom. Even during the bidding phase, we had a much better experience than we had with other contractors (thank you, Jordan for the professionalism you provided). There were some time delays throughout the process, mostly from sub-contractors they used, but even with that - things turned out the way we'd planned them to with the designers (Audrey & team).

We really enjoyed working with Carlos (project manager), Joe (painter), Jorge (tile) and Marcos (plumbing and electrical). They were very polite, professional, and went out of their way at times to accommodate.

Shaw Company Remodeling just completed a whole house remodel for us. They took our house from 1973 to 2022 and it turned out better than we could have imagined. The whole experience from planning to completion was seamless. From designing with Patrick, picking out materials with Audrey (she effortlessly knew what we were trying to achieve), checking on progress with Sherry, to demo and reconstruction with the best crew in the business.

I cannot adequately express how wonderful Joe and his crew were to work with. We made the decision to live in our home during the remodel, and we never regretted it once. Joe's crew were always respectful of us and our home. They made sure we were pleased with the progress every step of the way, and did not complete each area until we were fully satisfied, and boy, are we more than satisfied.

It should also be noted that this whole house remodel was completed in a little over two months and included removal of popcorn from all ceilings, and new floors, doors, paint, and baseboards throughout, as well as complete demo and remodel of the kitchen, and the primary and guest bathrooms. Thank you Shaw staff for taking such good care of us and our home.

I am thrilled with the complete master bath remodel that Alain & his incredible crew from Shaw recently completed in my home. It was a great experience from start to finish. This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred.they addressed it immediately & moved forward. The crew was professional & positive.really a pleasure to have them in my home. Alain went above & beyond in every aspect including making sure I was not simply satisfied with the work but truly happy. I also want to thank his crew member Sammy. Shaw Company completely renovated and installed a new kitchen, floors and staircase at my house. Throughout the project everyone was very professional and helpful, keeping us updated on project development, not an easy task during Covid. Nancy and Anthony were always on hand to answer any questions and offer advise. They provide quality workmanship, at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend working with them for your next project.

We hired Shaw Co to redo our shower. We had previously received quotes from two other shower companies but we felt they were being less than honest with us and were pricier than they needed to be. Shout out to Patrick and Fernando, Jr! These guys at Shaw are great: they'll do what they say they're going to do, and they do it on time. For the next project, they're at the top of the list.

Shaw is a very professional company. Anthony was informative, courteous, and super professional. He communicated continually throughout the remodeling process and was always willing to adjust or change anything we requested. His crew was very respectful. Christopher, Marcus, and Roy are outstanding in their fields. From Patrick's design expertise and Brittany's helpful coordination of materials, my kitchen is beautiful and functional. The Shaw team follows up continually and is great to work with.

We used Shaw Company to remodel our master bathroom. Everyone we met with was very professional and helpful. Patrick helped us with the initial design phase, Brittany with the material selections, Anthony oversaw the actual construction, and Nancee checked in with us regularly to keep us informed and make sure we were pleased with everything! Hired Shaw Remolding for bathroom remodel. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Joe was very attentive to every issue that arose during the construction. He really cared about the quality of work and our happiness with the job. I would highly recommend this company if you want quality work in you home. We love our new bathroom.

We had Shaw remodel our boys' bathroom. They did an outstanding job. We love our new bathroom. From picking all the materials in showroom to the finished remodel, their communication was great. Anthony and Chris were terrific to work with and I appreciated their prompt communication and hard work with our project. We definitely recommend and will use them again for future remodel projects.

I've waited months for my anger to subside; but I'm still not over it and just want to tell at least some what we went through with this company. We would NEVER recommend Shaw Company Remodeling to anyone. We signed the contract in June and waited until August for our four- to six-week master bathroom remodel and upstairs new flooring project to start.

Day one, our bathroom was ripped apart and, as workers showed up late (if at all) and left early, weeks went by with very little progress being made. At week five, we heard "Four to six weeks? Who said that? We always said six- to eight-weeks." By then we would have been THRILLED with six- to eight-weeks. But not until DECEMBER did we get our home back. (That's four MONTHS.) We felt our home was taken hostage and we were at the mercy of a company that didn't care; their workers did what they wanted, when they wanted, if they wanted.

And the amount of things that had to be fixed - from plumbing to electrical to carpentry -- multiple items had to be fixed, and several items had to be fixed multiple times. (Our hallway wall even had to be opened to reroute the electricity that 'somehow' no longer functioned in our bedroom.) Bottom line, we paid approximately 20% extra to hire Shaw because they presented to us that they would professionally manage our project from start to finish.

We should have saved our money and gone with a contractor actually interested in doing a good job in a reasonable timeframe. The lack of respect this company showed to us in our own home, while we paid them tens-of-thousands of dollars, is something I wish on no one else.

The entire staff made our bathroom remodel better than we anticipated. Brittany's tile, color and accessories recommendations were great. Audrey answering question and follow up on progress. Israel's attention to detail during installation made for a better than expected finished bathroom. If we ever need additional home remodeling we will go with Shaw.

Overall we are happy with our experience with Shaw. We had a very clear vision for our bathroom and I think that helped a lot in the pre-construction phase. My wife stays at home with our small children and the guys on site were very friendly and considerate. The project did take an extra three weeks to completely finish, but after discussing the schedule with Sal, he really stepped it up and finished it up for us. I would use Shaw again.

They didn't actually perform any work at my house. It never got that far since no one showed up for the estimate at the scheduled time. I made an appointment in their showroom, with the owner's wife.

We have used several remodeling companies through the years ending up with substandard work. So glad to have found Shaw! We will never use anyone else! With the way most companies just want to take your money and run, it's nice to find someone with a great work ethic!

There is NO other remodeling company that I would have you call! Twelve years ago Shaw Remodeling showed up and did an amazing job at my home!

We had our entire house painted, several huge holes in the walls fixed, and many other minor repairs. We are now having them do our kitchen & flooring. Juan and his crew were great. They all knew what they were doing and knocked out the whole house extremely quickly.
