I lived at Vantage at Waco, an apartment home community that Concept built. I read a couple reviews before we moved in about new Concept buildings having roof issues. Sure enough after 6 weeks of steady rain last fall our apartment (top floor) our apartment took on a slight must which I suspected (but could prove) was a roof leak. Sure enough a couple weeks ago we got a torrential downpour and drips came through the ceiling. Think twice about hiring Concept and check your contract for warranty terms.
