Jeff and Luis and the Dunn Wright crew were fantastic to work with! They were completely professional, honest and punctual. Everything they said that they would do they DID and they always kept us in the loop with all the progress throughout or kitchen remodel process. They very much helped us to achieve the dream kitchen we envisioned. We are very happy with our choice in going with Dunn Wright and we will definitely return for future remodeling projects and will also recommend them to all our family and friends!

Dunn Wright did a wonderful job restoring and updating my almost 100 year old home. They finished well before the estimated time frame. I cannot express how happy I was with the entire process. Excellent work! I will definitely use them and recommend them!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! (I wish there was an option for 0 stars) I scheduled an appointment with them and they were a NO CALL- NO SHOW- When I called to inquire about the missed appointment, Sandra in the front office was very RUDE and unprofessional. She then proceeded to raise her voice then ultimately hung up on me. WOW this is very unfortunate. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TIME- DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Don't hire them unless you are very patient and willing to not have a functioning kitchen for months. They took over 4 months to complete a small kitchen and bathroom. The project manager has terrible communication skills, and we never knew if anyone would be coming to work. There were times when no one would for up to 10 days. Some of the work was sloppy, and the project manager would imply we were nitpicking and said they would have to start charging us extra for our requests, WHICH WERE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. I actually told them I'd finish up some painting myself just to get them out of our lives since we were so fed up with them.

To start off the contractors themselves are very nice people; however, the quality of work that was provided was subpar. I had my small bathroom redone and the price that I paid ($5,500 to replace tub, toilet, wall over the tub and floor)did not match the quality/expections that I had in mind. I was unsatisfied with the work and asked for a breakdown of the cost, but they refused. I chose the company based off of the google reviews, but I should have done more research, it was a huge mistake. Plumber did a good job installing a new tub.

This was the worst experience i have ever been a part of. Extremely adversarial. They cut corners every step of the way so be ready to micromanage your job. Their understanding of building was outdated 20 years. Do not trust them to touch anything that you dont want completely screwed up. Cause im telling you, they screwed me out of a ridiculous amount of money when i had to fix their incompetence on my own dime. They have no idea what they are doing. You have been warned. By the way the other reviewer on here is related to the main guy.

DO NOT USE THEM! If these guys are doing anything more than remodeling a dog house then stay away. With a name like "Dunn Wright" It was like some sick joke that i was living for over a year. They tried their hand at a full remodel job and screwed up everything they could at every juncture. Took them over a year to remodel 1600 sq ft. When i fired them off the job they sent me a final bill that was completely outrageous.

I told them i was all paid up (and i was) and Jeff, the main guy and estimator, threatened to lien my place with an extremely rude email. Turned out to be a scare tactic to try and get me to pay the bill. I got an attorney and he backed off that lien threat. I realized why my project was screwed up from the beginning one day when he showed me 75 pages of disorganized notes jammed into a folder and he proudly proclaimed that that was my house.

It was truly an unbelievable moment. I urge you to spare yourself the torture that i lived through and put up with for way to long. You may be asking yourself why did you put up with it for so long? Well, it was honestly mind boggling in retrospect. I can tell you that they provided me with a valuable lesson on accountability and blaming oneself for the poor performance of others.

At some point its the other guy who is terrible at their job and this organization from top down are the absolute worst. Jeff is never onsite for quality control so it fell to me to endure the torture of chasing these guys around to get the project done correctly. They will cut corners where they can so be ready to job check them DAILY. SAVE YOURSELF! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The guys at Dunn-Wright did an awesome job taking care of a couple projects for me. They re-did some kitchen cabinetry to make room for a dishwasher and installed a new wall and door in one of the rooms of my house. They were fast, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had a water leak and contracted with Dunn-Wright to repair damage. They came out, gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. When they started the work, they were on-time and kept me apprised of their progress. The workmen they sent were very nice and knowledgeable. I had to call them back to take care of a problem about six months later and they took care of it with no argument or charge. I would definitely use them again.

Good folks. Provided the most detailed estimate out of the people who came. They were not the cheapest, but they seemed the most competent/organized. Only thing that bugged me was that they charged me a late fee ($25) after the project was completed and they knew the check was already in the mail. The revoked it, but it still rubbed me the wrong way.

I had 14 columns replaced in the front and back of my house. They did a wonderful job. Finished in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Would recommend them!

No job is too little or to high for us dare devels with no levels at Dunn Wright

We got estimates from Dunn-Wright for several projects and completed one of them. I was particularly impressed with a discussion on a project we opted not to complete. Jeff explained that if we simply continued the wall tile in the bathroom to ceiling, it would save considerable expense because curved end tiles are sharply expensive and ordinary 4 bathroom wall ceramic tiles are cheap.

They remodeled a porch add-on room into a 3rd bathroom in the house, removing a door and concrete stairs and adding a bathroom window. In the process, discovered evidence of old termite infestation which we investigated and were thankful it had been treated by a previous owner. Major remodels like adding a bathroom are often scary. Dunn-wright made it painless, especially in the pocketbook. Well done!

Hired Dunn and Wright to provide a forensic evaluation of damage done to my home by a roofing contractor. They identified a shadow as water damage. Their report did not mention this " water damage ". Explained damage to my home as seasonal soil shifting even through their was no drought or flood or earthquake. Did not accept my statement the cracks and nail pops were result of roofer.

Look no further! This is the contractor you want to hire. I have had Dunn-Write do two jobs at my house. One was major and required interior and exterior work to repair extensive termite damage. The second was a very small job to repair some brick veneer high up on my wall. Both times, Dunn-Wright did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. They know what they are doing, and they don't take the shortcuts used by so many contractors. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They re-tiled our floors and patched our ceiling. The ceiling and floors look great.

do not use this company! completely unprofessional! i wouldn't have even given them 1 star. lack in customer service. contractor arrived late and clearly half asleep and hungover! seemed lost to what he was suppose to be doing. to add, the lady who answers the phone was discourteous and rude and could not even direct the call to someone who handled the contractors showing up in that manner. not what i call a dependable company. way too much money to spend for such an untrustworthy company! never again!!!

Dunn-Wright did a complete master bathroom remodel on my home. The project started off as a partial remodel of the shower and bath but advanced to a full remodel when I realized the half they were working on was going to be in stark contrast to the floors and vanities. I appreciate that they were flexible and able to provide estimates that were timely and competitive.

We are immensely satisfied with the end result. The bathroom is as beautiful as it is functional. Thank you Dunn Wright for coordinating all the electrical, carpentry and tile work. I'd use your service again and would recommend you to anyone needing a competitively priced remodel.
