AC konked out so called Kalka early Saturday morning, thinking I'd have a long wait for a weekend appointment. Needed service, but no urgency as weather had cooled but anxious to get it done. Unit is very old and not serviced for about 15 years, so I braced myself for the worst. Office said they would page the repair person.

He changed the filter and he checked the furnace; the furnace was ok. He also changed out a contact on the conditioner, which was burned. He added a start kit that helped prevents surges. He also cleaned out the outside Air Conditioner because there was a bunch of leaves in it. I was very happy with them.

Unprofessional, not up to date to City standards, their install dates are a total lie just to secure a sale. Last company you want to work with. they beat everyone else's price but it end up being more expensive because of re-inspection fees and delays.
