We had two guys out this morning to check a small issue and they discovered something with our furnace(installed by another company) and gave us a reasonable price to fix and make right! Professional technicians who showed up when expected. Put down tarps cleaned up and removed old furnace and AC. Installed new equipment, fit new piping and ductwork as needed. We had Climatech do a routine furnace check up and maintenance. They installed our furnace 10 yrs ago. I was a little concerned that the tech was not vaccinated but he did wear a mask and keep his distance from us. They charged $130 when others advertise $90-$100 with coupons. My fear using the low cost people was they they would "find something wrong" once they were in our house. Logan did his work quietly, came up after 90 minutes and said it looked good. We paid him and he was on his way. I feel you can trust Climatech.

Wonderful experience with this company. I had a new high efficiency furnace, central air conditioner, and a mitsubishi ductless split system installed at my house. Mike Horner was the sales rep. He came out twice to go over options and responded to calls leading up to the installation and during it. I had several emails back and forth with him as well while I was deciding on my options.

The installation team was great as well. Showed up on time every day and answered every question I had even though I'm sure I was annoying. They accommodated every request. I even had my hot water heater start leaking while they were there and Alan (the head guy) stopped it before it caused too much damage. Nothing they did, hot water heater was a separate issue.

I can't say enough how professional, polite, and knowledgeable Alan was. He was here every day (4 days). The other guys were also great. If anyone at Climatech sees this, I apologize if I don't say or remember these names right. I believe it was Jakira, Taj, and Kevin as the other installers. I felt like they were all knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend Climatech (Pittsburgh branch) to anyone.

Climatech and installer Lou were fantastic. From the initial quote to installation they followed through on everything that was promised. Arrived on time, professional and efficient during installation. Surpassed expectations. They installed a range hood, a range hood vent that required significant modification and cleaned my ductless Mitsubishi units. Everything works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Our air went out 20 minutes before our out of town family walked in our door. I called a few places and their quotes were outrageously high. Climatech came in with the least expensive quote. On top of that, they were able to squeeze me in that week. Steve and Alex came exactly at 8:30 and worked all day until everything was installed. They also stayed for a little while after to make sure everything was running smoothly and asked if I had any questions.

They were super nice and professional. They did the job, cleaned up, and everything looks awesome and works great. I am so appreciative to the girls that scheduled us in and the techs that came out. Thank you!

Sent a technician without any field experience. book only. had no clue how the system works, was giving a hard time to understand what was going on. at the end left, but didn't fix anything, and sent me the bill for that. still no ac, but the bill has to be paid. wtf.

I would HIGHLY recommend Climatic. Justin from Climatech was great, he knew what he was doing, he was quick, but still took the time to explain what was needed any how it would help my system. I will be trusting Climatech to do all of my service and maintenance going forward.

Their scheduling dispatcher was not helpful at all in getting an appointment. He would not tell me when the service technician would show up at my house or if they would even show up at all then hung up on me.

We had them install a humidifier and new Aprilaire Air Filter. We had wanted to go with a mom and pop company but they wanted a lot more money. They came out at 7:45 am 15 minutes early, a great start. They then did the job but they said the duct work needed to be changed. I figured here we go, a resin for more money but no. The held to their price and did not a good job but a great exceptional job. I would recommend them to everyone.

Climatech installed a water heater that I needed urgently. They charged a bit much for a basic model but since I needed an urgent repair, I guess, they took advantage of this. That said, they effectively wanted a 50% markup on a more efficient device. Their loss, I went with the basic option and they lost some business. More worryingly, though, is the fact that when I asked for a heating upgrade they claimed that energy efficient heaters could not be installed in the house.

And they made me a quote with an OK-ish price for an inefficient, i.e. an 80% efficient system. This claim is clearly bogus and as of a week ago we have a high-efficiency heater running in our house with all the bells and whistles and working very well (for the same price as Climatech's quote). Look for my other reviews if you want to know who to ask for a great HVAC outfit.

When my residential AC unit died on me, I was referred to Climatech by a friend who had used them for a Commercial Project.

After being stranded in ATL with the dreaded super storm Sandy (i digress) I arrived home to a 45 degree home. Being a steadfast DIY'r I had procrastinated on firing up the old furnace. I felt it was time what with the hypothermia inducing state of my residence to finally turn my furnace on.

My family kept waking up every morning with sinus infections, sore throats, and allergy symptoms. I had just changed the filter and it was clean. We called Climatech and they found several problems in the ductwork.
