I had requested for my appliance to be fixed about a month ago. When I had called them again today they said the part was in and it was scheduled to be fixed and when asked when they would be out I was told that it is not scheduled. Then when I got distracted and mad she said they would be out in 5-7 business days. Let's see if they actually come out by then. Very dissatisfied for the corporate work they are doing especially lagging on the wait times this is unacceptable.

Excellent inventory of parts and they service almost anything. You can bring your commercial appliance to them or they can come to your location. Most diagnosis in under 1 hour and most repairs are done on same day. If a part needs to be ordered, just let them know how fast you want it delivered. A locally-owned family business.

Working with Commercial Appliance was a fantastic experience. We had a tight deadline window for an delivery and installation of a project they did for us. They went above and beyond to make it work. I worked with Steven and he was very helpful. Even with some shipping delays from our manufacturers, Steven helped us to ensure that we were going to be able meet our deadline. The project was completed right, on-time, and with no issue.

I own a flower shop and needed repair on my cooler. I had been put off for over a month by another repair company and I was at the end of my rope. I finally gave up and I called Commercial Appliance service and experience absolutely excellent customer service! Every person I dealt with has been courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My cooler was fixed promptly and at a fair price. I love my new cooler repair company and I highly recommend Commercial Appliance Service!

Commercial Appliance Service is the best service agency I have ever used. I just completed a large central kitchen and had Commercial Appliance complete the ASA start-ups and remaining punch list items. They were done correctly the first time and efficiently. I worked with great techs that had up to date technology that allowed for seamless communication. I have used them on other projects and asked them to work outside their service area because I know I can rely on Commercial Appliance.

I've been in the food service industry as a dealer for almost 20 years now. My experiences with Commercial Appliance have ALWAYS been good. They are professional, prompt and easy to work with on time sensitive situations and most importantly, cost sensitive situations. I always know the job will be handled and the outcome positive and complete. There are unforseen issues on jobsites sometimes, but I know Jim and his staff are people I can rely on consistantly in this business and I really appreciate them!
