First, Ken called and offered to come early. Yes, we jumped on that offer. Ken was very informative and did not sell us things we did not need, even when we asked about them. He made appropriate recommendations, and was very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Awesome Appliance Repair for any needed appliance repairs you might have.

The woman on the phone was really helpful! When other places weren't even answering their phones, she was able to find me an appointment in a few days, but then they ended up being able to squeeze me in and come out the next day! Kenneth was SUPER AWESOME! I was in a time crunch but he was able to diagnose and fix my dryer right away during the busy holiday season and I was still able to make my next appointment on time.
With kids at home, especially during the holidays, I need my dryer! They were also very reasonable with the price. I would highly recommend them. It was like hitting the appliance repair lottery!

I called to ask about a replacement door for a washer. Rather then charge to send a tech out, the lady was AWESOME. She checked and verified that just a door was not available and explained the reason not to order a door but rather replace the unit. She was just very informativei wihout trying to sell me something., Will definately call this business for future rapairs.

Kenneth was wonderful. Another appliance company said it was fixed but they had just cut attachments and spliced wires that loosened with washer spinning. It stopped working and they came and repaired and stopped working 3rd time. Called Awesome and he ordered wirehub and thermistor which required extensive removal and reassembly but he did it quickly and now it is fixed with year warranty. Kenneth is very knowledgeable and explained everything. Would call again.

Awesome Appliance Repair will always get my business if I'm in need of help. Kenneth is a true professional with heaps of integrity, respect, and honesty, and an awesome human through and through. While in our case we did not end up servicing our washers (as it turned out, it simply was not worth it), the interaction alone with Kenneth both via phone and in person have me thoroughly convinced you simply can't ask for a more suitable technician. So do yourself a favor and ask for Kenneth next time you have an appliance acting up. I wish I had done so in the past.

Super responsive! I called and had an appointment scheduled for a few days away. But Ken called and asked if he could come by a day early. He was able to diagnose my ice maker issue, order the part and then fix it the next day. Ken was great - professional and a really nice guy. My ice maker is working better than ever and I couldn't be happier. All of my appliances are 20yo so I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I was able to get an appt within 2days and another company wasn't going to schedule me for another 8 days. The customer service to make the appt was great and the technology to see the technicians location was a great feature. The technician was very friendly and took the time to also give me suggestions to help my dishwasher run better. I will def be using them again when needed

Our washer had been leaking from the bottom/front of it for awhile. Called awesome appliance and he came out and looked at it (of course it didn't leak that time) but he said the seal could be leaking. Ordered the parts, came back to replace it and said he didn't feel comfortable charging us for it because he didn't think it was the problem.

This will be short but sweet. The owner, Ken came out within 1 hour to look at our fridge. Everything was fixed and put back together within 20 minutes. This hardworking business owner is a GEM! Very kind and helpful, and was VERY honest in his assessment. His fees are appropriate, and we will work with you on a budget. Awesome Appliance Repair Is Awesome!

We had a newer dryer making a loud noise. Alonzo and Ken came out and diagnosed and replaced the offending part at a very reasonable cost. I was able to make a next day appointment and they came out right on time. I will use them again and highly recommend that you use them too! They are as awesome as their business name!
