Has anyone used these guys multiple times? I just heard some alarming news that i need to understand.havent called them yet but wondering if anyone would know why clients woyld have to continue paying for services through winter? A senior client i have told me that she pays them $140 a month but never sees anyone come out, so she called them and they told her it was their off season!
So how can they legally collect money from her every month still? Contract or not.you cannot legally charge for service you are not providing.right? What would be the reason for this? Im trying to be fair here and understand before I blow up and all hell breaks loose!

Heck no! Disrespectful employee driving the company truck sped up driving right thru a cross walk while people going thru crosswalk cussed at my wife! While flashing lights indicating school is getting out! Would have liked to be there to chat with the tough guy cussing at my wife 12/20/2018 at roughly 2:45-3:00pm on 17th street area salem

Do not use Hal/Mark. They preach that they're a company with Christian and family values but when it came to performing the services, they either didn't show up or just half assed the job. When I spoke to James about this he would blame it on a guy in his crew but no changes would ever happen. When I finally had enough after 2 years I followed the contract that they wrote and gave them a written and verbal 30 day notice with only one request, that they do not return and told them I would pay them for the remander of the month ( it was mid month ) and the following just to not return.
After a bombardment of phone calls from James I received a threatening letter from him stating that I owed them money for the remainder of the contract totaling over 1000 dollars. I owed them around 200 for the remainder of the contract. They then sent me a invoice with a note stating that if I did not pay in 10 days it would be sent to collections.
I followed the policy they wrote and which James told me while standing in my driveway that I would have no issue getting out of. Just a written 30 day notice is what he told me and showed me. I also recommended them to my good friend who also dispeleased with there services. When he canceled they did the same thing to him with a invoice over 1600 dollars. Stay away from this company. Poor quality of work, lazy and rude. If I could give negative stars I would.

This company has questionable practices. At first they seemed good but after a few years they have become very lax and don't take pride in what they do in our yard. The bushes have not been pruned and per their contract it's 'as required'. A landscape company should know when pruning is required. They may or may not (most likely not) clean the areas after cutting.
The cleaning is supposed to be weekly but. We recently tried to cancel our contract but apparently this must be done prior to the annual date. Bunch of crap. Forced to keep a service that is not performing is wrong.
