What a terrific experience I had using All-Dry. I had a leak in my crawlspace/mini-basement that soaked the dirt floor and made the whole space a muddy, musty, putrid mess. My initial call to All Dry resulted in them (Tony, the project manager) coming out the next day. All other companies I contacted weren't able to come out for days later jus to give me an assessment). Tony gave me a fair estimate and advised what could be done with the budget that I had set for the repairs, and he promptly went to work once I made up my mind to move forward.

Professional and courteous, he was great to work with, and sure enough, was able to get my crawlspace as dry as possible, and then laid down a very nice looking vapor barrier. He even went the extra mile and removed a little bit of soil from the space as well. I'm so happy that I no longer have a damp muddy cesspit for a crawlspace, and Tony was again professional AND personable. I without hesitation recommend working with him and this company!

We had a terrible experience hiring All Dry for mold remediation. They cross-contaminated other parts of our home during the mold remediation process, and refused to pay the costs of the professional cleaning they told us was required as a result. Mold remediation already isn't fun; the last thing you need is for it to feel like a complete nightmare. We recommend avoiding this company.

Even though the flooding we experienced in our basement was minimal, he came out promptly and treated it just as importantly as he would a more serious job. I recently had flooding in my home and All Dry Water Damage Experts came out to help us. They were on the scene in less than an hour and their staff was so professional and kind to our family. I have used All Dry twice this year and this company is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. I had my first experience with water damage early this year and their manager Tony Varela walked me through the entire process and explained everything very clearly. The entire process was documented extensively which was necessary for insurance purposes.

I have been an accountant for 15 years and their documentation is among the best. I have also worked with Karen a bit in the background and she is very helpful also and very timely. It is comforting to know that when I need help, these folks are around. Our building has asbestos in places, and the All Dry team were able to recommend companies who could handle that phase of the repair process.

I also have a cat and it was important that all materials be contained. Using a negative air process, I was able to keep a clean home while my bath was repaired. Everything was by the book, the way I like it. I am experiencing a new type of leak coming down my walls, most likely from our building's roof - I called and Karen and Tony were able to speak with me tonight at 8pm and schedule an Infrared Scan to look into the walls and see the extent of the damage.

This will all be provided to me within a day or so with complete analysis. These guys never cease to amaze me and I have not even tried to call another company. The project manager made the damage sound worse than it was, which distressed me plenty at a time when I was already distressed.

He later apologized, but the apology didn't make that much sense--or offset the stress--seeming little more than a professional gesture. Finally, I asked for a returning customer discount, and they could have shaved 10 or 20 percent off the bill (which I was paying out of my savings) but refused. That's their right, of course, but it would have been nice to lessen some of the stress they helped create.

All Dry was prompt and provided excellent service. Their estimates were accurate. They came out the next day and corrected a mistake immediately. All calls were answered immediately, messages returned promptly.

All Dry is my go to company for anything involving clean up. They have mitigated Mold, water damage and recently a grow room for me. They always do an amazing job and their staff are always consummate professionals.

My company has used All Dry to find water damage in ceilings and walls. We are a roofing contractor and on occasion need help finding where leaks are coming in from and All Dry has the technology to do this. They use infrared to detect the hot and cold spots and have always been "Spot On". They are professional and very thorough not to mention fast. I will refer them to all my friends, family and clients.
