My brother (Colorado) and I were very impressed with the thoroughness of water remediation estimate and professionalism of Kendall Balentine as a result of water damage from frozen water pipes. Kendall put our concerns to ease as its a challenge and difficult for us to accomplish business on behalf of our elderly mother(Colorado) especially when I'm in another state (Texas).

CCS was very responsive in getting a crew out to evaluate the situation, explain what needed to be done and the sequence of doing things, and give a reasonable estimate. Then they had a crew out the next day to remove the damaged materials, treat the remaining materials, and starting the fans to dry the area out. Wes and Josh were very professional, thorough and took great care in doing their work. Fans were removed and area cleaned up today and have another CCS employee coming out tomorrow to give me an estimate for the rebuild of the damaged area. Very nice that CCS does it all - remediation and rebuilding. I have been very pleased with the excellent service I have received from CCS.

Thank you for helping me out of my disaster, at least I can breathe a bit and rest more comfortably now that the mold is gone, it took 4 weeks from start to finish. Now I have to install new downspouts, underground downspout extensions, and regrade before re-building my basement.
