We do NOT recommend this company at all. Year ago had pool resurfaced. Company left something in a perfectly working, ( lines intact ) spa drain and clogged it. We could not use the spa for 8 months. Owner came out once and sent a different employee another time after we made several attempts to have the problem fixed. Had to hire different contractor to come and clear spa line. $1,700. Owner refused to fix his problem and does not acknowledge our attempt to have him reimburse the additional cost they caused.

We set up an appointment for a sales associate to come give us a bid to have our pool remodeled. I re arranged my entire day since the appointment was set between 12-2. Sales guy calls, with an attitude, to let me know that he was 41 minutes away. He didn't seem to like his job at all. 1 hour later I get a call from the office stating that since I'm located over an hour away, they will not be able to provide me with a quote.
I looked it up, I am between 32-45 minutes depending on which route is taken. Again, the initial vibe I got from the sales guy was that he didn't feel like doing his job so he was going to find a way to get out of it. Very unprofessional and due diligence should have been done when the appointment was set and scheduled since my address was provided at that time so that my time was not robbed.

READ THIS! BE CAREFUL! I have contracted Xecutive to resurface my pool in December 2020, a year later, I am still unable to swim in my pool due to the finish not being smooth. They won't honor their contract warranty, and they don't show up when they say they will. No call back from the owner either. After 11 months of back and forth, them acknowledging the issue, but not doing anything, I now have to start legal court claim. STAY AWAY! FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!

Xecutive Pools did an amazing job remodeling our pool! We received several quotes from different companies and Xecutive was the only company who would do the job right without cutting corners. We retiled waterline tile, resurfaced with pebble and glass finish and had a marble deck installed. Pat, Dennis, Rob and Kayla were all wonderful to work with. They addressed any questions we had and were very professional. Would highly recommend their company!

I live in the Carrollwood Area in Tampa. One of my neighbors is renovating his pool and their pool contractor is Xecutive Pools. Right before Thanksgiving one of their crews came into our subdivision and drove through my front yard and caused extensive damage (see photos attached). I went to my neighbor, explained the situation and we both spoke to the driver of the truck that caused the damage.
At first the driver tried to deny it, until I confronted him with the fact that several people at my home witnessed him driving through the yard and showed him the double axel wheel tracks. At that point he called his boss, and I was told that I would get a call back immediately. I have left numerous phone calls with Xecutive Pools requesting that someone call me back so this gets resolved.
The only one who will call me back is an office employee who has no authority to make any type of decisions. In my conversation with their office employee, I have requested several times that an owner from Xecutive Pools please have the courtesy to please call me back. I still have not received any phone calls from anyone in authority at Xecutive Pools.

We've waited 2 months since our remodel was finally completed, before writing a review. The long story is just that; a really long story of utter incompetence, lack of quality and the typical Florida contractor "bait and switch" methodology. Telling us after they started that we didn't really want the step markers we had chosen and paid for.
Now we have issues with people seeing the steps clearly. The short story is; I should have considered the consistency of the negative reviews more closely and I should have listened to other contractors, both in the same field and others who are completely unrelated to the swimming pool game. I made the mistake, once again; where I take someone's word for the truth and expect them to do what they say they can. I had a feeling that it was too good of a price for everything they offered, and I was proven correct. I'm sure, there are better choices.

We hired Xecutive pool's company to fix a crack in the pool. We paid around $60,000 and two years later the crack is here and now we have 6 additional problems. We rarely ever had the same crew, and the work quality was terrible. We have gaps in the pavers, they left veneer work on the hot tub incomplete, they build a hot tub for 1.5 people and we requested 6.
This company did a terrible job with lines and nothing looks clean. We needed a crack fixed and not the entire pool is now an eyesore. This company did a horrible job and I do not recommend them for anything.

I'm not going to leave a 1 star review because they did deliver a product. I will however suggest that you find a different company to have your pool remodeled. This project started 7 months ago and I'm still dealing with issues from their work. I will spare you the incredibly long story. Amongst the several ongoing issues they don't even honor their own contract and snuck in added labor cost to my pool light when their contract states they need to sign agreement on added charges before starting. Learn from my mistake and save yourself the potential of a nightmare like mine.

Xecutive Pools did a very good job on our pool resurfacing. Kayla Falls is the best person to communicate with during the process. She was always available for me when I had questions and on one occasion she responded after hours when I wasn't expecting that. I would have given 5 stars if other members of the team had been as excellent as Kayla was.
The gentleman that did the prep work before the plastering crew came out, worked incredibly hard and was outstanding in his duties. He did an outstanding job all by himself! Now the next day when a crew of about 6 or 7 men came to plaster, one of them was needing to take a few more breaks because of the heat. That is perfectly understandable and I am fine with that. However, I am not fine with him leaving cigarette ashes all over my cool deck patio.
Another worker was standing inside the deep end of the pool re-installing the same broken pool light instead of the new one. I take part responsibility for this also since I never paid attention to the new box with the new LED light. I don't like "hovering" over people trying to work because I think it's annoying and disrespectful to them. They "know" their business and I don't.
Well in this case, he didn't know. So when a different worker had to come and fix this oversight, it was incredibly more difficult with the pool filled. He was able to do it but it was a waste of his time in my opinion.

Xecutive Pools just completed my pool remodel, 2 weeks ago and I could not be happier. Patrick, Dennis, Tammy, Kayla along with the entire team were professional, friendly, explained the process and were on time on the days they said they would be here. I was aware of each step and if I had any concerns or questions they provided the answer. It is quite an interesting process to watch.
The tile guys fixed an issue with my coping and the tile work is just beautiful. Minimal grass damage too, but you have to expect that. They took a great deal of care to our property too. You should call them if you need your pool upgraded!

With many of the horror stories floating around out there regarding having a pool resurfaced my wife and I were dreading getting the process started. From the very start Executive Pools, LLC made us both feel at ease and confident. Once the color scheme and material choices were completed, we were given a start date and completion estimate. The material delivery was two days prior to the start date and the process began on time.
Despite having two days of light rain, the completion was spot on their estimated completion date. Well done! The crews from the start were knowledgeable and friendly and were eager to talk with us and to answer our questions. The paver crew were outstanding and did a fantastic job as did the plaster crew, it was fun to watch the project take shape and proceed without an issue.
Thank you, Executive Pools, LLC for making this dreaded project an enjoyable experience for my wife and I, the pool now looks great and we look forward to enjoying using it! Best Regards, Allen and Kathy Caton

Xecutive Pools did an outstanding job on our pool renovation. Pat was very helpful throughout each phase and gave daily updates of the project status. Pat guided us through the design process and delivered a renovation solution we didn't even know we wanted! The crew was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Needless to say, highly recommended!

Update: We contacted BBB and DBPR. On 11-30-18, we contacted Hillsborough County Consumer and Veterans Services to assist in resolving our complaints. On 12-19-18, 23 cracked and disintegrated pavers were replaced to our satisfaction. The manufacture of the pavers will contact us to answer questions. Final payment was issued to Xecutive Pools LLC on 12-19-18.
A signed and dated Contr. actor Release Form (Final Waiver of Lien) will be given to us once the final payment clears the bank. The warranty period on our pool renovation begins today, 12-19-18 (after the project was complete)

I rarely write reviews, but these days when people are so busy that reviews are critically important. I don't write this review lightly and I'm shocked that it appears I am the only one that's had a negative experience. In brief, I have Nest cameras at my home so as long as I have Internet access, I can see what people are doing at my home in real time and re-watch for about a week.
I had this merchant's basic service for 3 weeks. In brief, the technician came out 2 of the 3 weeks (the 3rd week was Memorial Day) and by watching the cameras, I could tell she only spent about 5 minutes at my house each time and never took equipment or chemicals into my backyard. That didn't stop her from leaving a note each time saying she'd scrubbed the pool and treated it.
As you might imagine, the pool chemistry started to suffer at week 3 and it began to turn green. I ended up having to service it myself until I could find a new provider. To the merchant's credit, they did ask to see the video and agreed to refund my payment (I haven't been refunded yet). Unfortunately since I cancelled at week 3 and I only can keep video for a week, I couldn't provide the video. P.S.
I also asked them to provide me a quote on a pool heater and the tech's response to the main office was "I took a photo of their existing heater and will send it to the owner so that he can provide a quote." We only have an A/C and pool pump on the stand. P.P.S. When I checked the merchant only had 1 pool tech.
