Sharper Image Pools

Josh Bennett services the LA Fitness Club where the pool and hot tub is serviced by Josh. He is always there taking care of each and every detail required to keep this pool clean, proper temperature, and appropriate level of water. This facility is very busy as it is a large club, but Josh has made the biggest difference in maintaing this to perfection! We are fortunate to have such a professional care for our place!

I called and they had someone out at my home within a couple days. Great service. We appreciate Dave so much! He fixed our pump motor and its running like brand new.

We are currently living in a rental property that Sharper Images services the pool at. They have been super easy and responsive to work with. We have been super impressed with our pool guy Will. A young guy that is very knowledgeable and respectful. He is super responsive and is always up for answering random pool questions for us. We plan on using them to build a pool for us in the future due to our interactions with him and their office personnel.

The communication with the company is the worst I have ever seen. We are going on 16 weeks and our remodel is not complete. I am terrified we are turning into an Olympus pools fiasco. They have actually only worked a total of 10 days on the pool and that's been if we are lucky one day a week. I cannot even believe a company works this way. I am really sorry we signed with them and scared our pool won't be finished within 6 months. It's not a difficult job and there were no surprises so not sure why it isn't completed in a timely manner.

I hired Sharper Image Pools to redo the tile around my pool. Their salesman Nick, was professional, prompt with his communications, and flexible with some of the contract details I requested to be altered. Beth, in the office was also professional and knowledgeable. The company showed up when the said they would, did what they said they would, and did a great job. I highly recommend Sharper Image Pools. Here's the "before and after pics."

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Kip was extremely rude and didn't seem to care about the job we wanted done. He seemed bipolar and flipped the switch on us. These guys quoted us higher prices than any other company. Would not recommend

Don't waste your time. The high reviews are from mostly employees. They over promise and under deliver. If you feel a used car sales person is bad news, they are saints compared to this company. The company said that it would take only a week to finish and it took over a month. They said that they would protect my lawn and it will not be destroy and of course they destroyed it.

I contacted the office and they said that the manager will get in touch with me and never did. I left several messages with Beth and I never got a call back. They also increased the quote after they drained the pool because they said there was more damage, which was not true, it was just for them to take more of my hard earned money. The sales person verbally had promised me that the cost would not go and it went up. If I could rate this a ZERO, I would, but the lowest rating is a 1. Run, don't walk away from this company.

Not sure what it takes to simply get a quote from a swimming pool company these days. Had a visit at my house with salesman Dalin on Feb 24 where we talked, he measured, took notes, etc. Was told he would get back to me within a week or so. That week went by so I sent him an email asking when it might be. It now has been 45 days and still nothing.

I'm sure I can assume at this point that nothing is coming and Sharper Image Pools can assume the same. This company was recommended to me by a builder. Not sure how a company can stay in business by ignoring potential, no finance, building a new house with a pool customers. I've read similar reviews on Google. How can the owner of a company see these reviews and not do something about this? Either business is that good or customer service is that bad. Stay away!

Absolute 5-star service! We just had our pool resurfaced and everyone, from the crew members that did the work to the folks in the office, were extremely pleasant and helpful. And our pool looks amazing! I definitely recommend this company (and have to all of our friends and family).

When deciding to hire Sharper Image for our pool resurfacing, the first person I spoke with was the owner of the company. He was very informative but wasn't pushy at all. I'm so glad we decided to go with this company, from the first phone call to the last day they started our pool back up. With all of their crew that came to the house, every single person was so nice and very professional. Nick is probably one of the nicest people I've had at my house doing work, EVER! Beth was a pleasure to work with as well. Kip was great and kept our best interests in mind when making decisions about the pool.

There were no hidden costs, the pricing was upfront and honest. Our pool turned out amazing and the work was done in a timely matter. I will be recommending this company to friends and family!

I called multiple pool companies and ended up choosing Sharper Image. Dalin was so friendly and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with the quality of service they provided and my new pool is beautiful!

Customer service was great! They arrived on time and patched several leaks in no time at all.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Dishonest, poor communication, and pebble tech finish streaky. If you are thinking about getting your pool refinished I highly encourage you to go with a different company. If you would like to reach out To me feel free and I can share my experience with you in greater detail but it has been a nightmare with them the past 3.5 months, which was supposed to be at max a 3 week job.

This company is awful! Had my pool redone in June 2017 and am still fighting with them to fix the problems they created! Kip, manager has every excuse in the book why the haven't fixed it, James sales guy, liar! And Rich project manager dropped off the face of the earth after promising me he would have his finishing guy come out to fix the. problems ( I've left him many messages and he sends me right to VM).

Even admitted he couldn't believe how bad the pool looked. Also, I pay for full service and all they do is drop chemicals and that's only when they feel like showing up. I have brown stains, whit patches, and major divits by all the fixtures and pool light. When they tried to patch the divits they used the wrong color marcite so it really sticks out. Tried to contact Colin, owner but I guess he is swimming in the money since he can't be bothered to call me back and look at the mess they made! Next step is to go to the BBB. If you want a good company to remodel your pool or even a simple weekly cleaning I would STRONGLY suggest to look elsewhere.

David was right on time and super nice. Took time to explain how different options on my pool and spa works and what would be best for my situation. Half way done, i changed a few things, he didn't miss a beat.he got it all finished at the time promised.

This is no "cookie cutter"pool company! They take time to design something that no one else has! To fit perfect in any kind of setting or space. When they are done, it's something that you love looking at everyday! Good to know that there are still companies at there that take price in there workmanship! Thanks Dave!
