We recently purchased a townhome and knew first thing 4 Seasons would be doing the work that was needed. I've owned several properties over the last 10 years and always do business with them (laundry/dish washer installs, bathroom remodels, etc) due to the quality of work, time frame of completion, and overall cost. This time we needed a full HVAC installation, they were able to send someone out for a consultation and within a few weeks we had the service completed. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Would definitely recommend!

We were in need of a new air conditioner as soon as possible because ours went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I was referred to Four Seasons by a relative and let me tell you I was not disappointed at all! To start with the sales man Walter was so wonderful! He listened to our needs, was virtuous in our home and made the process so comfortable, quick and just what we needed.
I felt like he went above and beyond and was able to get us an air conditioner and the installation the next day! The 2 installers came the next day and earlier than expected which was awesome! They were both so nice, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and so proficient. They both went above and beyond as well fixing a few things they saw needed to be addressed.
They both kept the areas nice and clean and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone! From the staff when I first called to the sales man to the installation crew we knew we were in the best hands and I wouldn't change that for anything! Appointment was between 1-6. The gentleman called before 1 to say he was on his way. He had said he only had 2 other appointments today. He came, was very professional while completing job. He took his time, went above and beyond required job. I was getting AC yearly beginning of summer check. He was very friendly and polite while also being professional.
He was one of the best technicians I've had come to complete required work. I was very impressed with how he handle the job while also answering any other questions I had. I wish I remembered his name but he was excellent and a great example of the type of technicians 4 seasons has completely needed job. The number of appointments given to each technician are usually few so they have the time to spend completely job correctly, answer questions and explain anything about job they did. I am very happy with service given by 4seasons and would highly recommend them to complete needed work.

I was going to let it go but where do you draw the line? I'm just a man trying to do the right thing until Four Seasons Heating and Cooling threw away my Hot Water Tank. I've got to be crazy. My igniter on my 1 year old hot water tank stopped lighting. So I called Four Seasons Heating and Cooling for maintenance. I had been a client for 6 years and trusted they would get the job done.
What I didn't expect was to be lied to and disrespected in my home trying to get me to say something that wasn't true. And they did all of this knowing my mother was at risk for stroke. They sold me a new hot water tank for 3,800.00 dollars. But when they installed it. It didn't work. Why? Because my hot water tank wasn't broke. When I asked for my money back. Seeing the hot water tank didn't work.
I was told they had to speak to their supervisor. When I had to wait they said they would talk about it with their team. Then they told me they had to inspect the hot water tank to make sure it was okay. They sent a supervisor into my home and tried to get me to say something that wasn't true. The same supervisor started pointing out problems he saw with my home to try and get me to react.
All the while my mother is in the other room listening and upset he's lying. I don't know what I did to deserve this? I have gone 11 days waiting for there answer and Today they tell me it's been past the 3 day limit to return hot water tank. To be continued.

Four Seasons installed my heating & a/c about 7 years ago & I have not had one bit of trouble with heating or a/c. Both have system maintenance done every year & every year a knowledgeable, well trained, professional technician arrives to do the job. This year James was the tech that did a great job. Checked my a/c and cleaned it. He is a very nice young man that handles himself well & does very nice job. Again, I want to thank James for job well done. The first guy that came last Sunday (Pat) was good he thought the pipe was a city issue and didn't want to charge my aunt almost 500.00 to check, so the city was called out and they said it was a secondary line that wasn't connected to anything and they informed Pat on what needed to be done and he was able to have someone scheduled to come back on Monday morning to do the repair.
That person did come out and removed some of the pipe but not far enough back to stop the leak. So when I was back at my Aunt's house I saw that it was still leaking, so I called and spoke with Heather and she was understanding with my frustration of it still leaking and set up for someone to come back out free of charge after the almost 1000.00 repair charge between 11am & 2pm, and Sean was arrived at 10am and hour early which was awesome and he was able to repair the leak with in less then a hours time by removing the cap valve and cutting the pipe where it needed to be cut in the first place and recapped and valved it off and now my aunt and I was grateful and happy with the work that was done! The first two photos are of the leak, third photo is what was done on Monday and last one is the completed repair.

Avoid at all cost! Let me start out by saying I'm one that typically doesn't write reviews. However, I want to ensure either Four Seasons takes accountability of their work or no other person has to deal with the problems that I have endured. I ordered a new furnance as mine was old and I plan to sell my house in the near future. On 3/1/2022, a tech came to my house and identified that the blower motor was going out along with several rust spots.
On 3/2/2022, Four Seasons installed the new furnance. The workers damaged the fresh air intake while installing the furnance. They also spilled glue on my floor and the new furnance. Furthermore, they left some substance on the wall and left their work area dirty. Two more techs came out to my residence on 03/03/2022 and 03/04/2022. They believe that the initial installers pulled the fresh air intake out of place.
In order to fix it, the dry wall in my ceiling and roof needs to be cut. Four Seasons initial response to me was that it was not their responsibility to fix the dry wall or to repaint. They have sinced opened a claim with customer support. However, every time I speak with someone at Four Seasons I get the "it is above my level" or "I have forwarded it on to management." Coming up on a week after install, I'm left with a furnance that has no fresh air intake and am left with no responses from Customer Service on how they can resolve this.
Instead of Four Seasons reaching out to me, I consistently have to reach out to them. I even resorted to messaging the CEO on Facebook, however I did not get a response. I would welcome the communication from uppermanagement to me in order to resolve this issue. I understand mistakes happen, but Four Seasons simply needs to own them and make it right.

Ryan was the technician assigned to clean the ducts and vents in our house. It had not been done in a while, at least 10yrs, I also added dryer vent cleaning. I appreciated that the company called me about 45 minutes before they were due to arrive and gave me a window of arrival. Ryan was extremely professional, competent, and very respectful of our property. Making the actual appointment was also very easy.
Four seasons was extremely transparent with the prices over the phone, they did not try to hard sell me, and they followed up several times once I had made the appointment with reminders via text. I will gladly use them again

Had Four Seasons come out to replace my furnace. The tech that came out was Shawn and explained what we needed. Ordered the furnace and and today it was installed. The installers Alex Martinez, Juan Avila and Jose Galvan were great. Explained how the thermostat worked, explained how to work it and the furnace. Could not be happier with the product and especially the service. Great guys and extremely polite. They seemed to work efficiently and definitely knew what they were doing and even took the time to answer all my questions. Great job.

Today's service person was highly responsive & knowledgeable to my heating issues. He was informative regarding my system, the issue, and explained everything he did. He quickly and professionally corrected the problem. I was very impressed with this worker and with the excellent service he provided. I can not Express how much I appreciate this tech.

Heat went out Friday. Paid $13000 for a brand new boiler. They came and installed it Saturday. It worked for 4 hours and stopped. Had to have another cold night with sick people in the house. Technicians who came were very nice but dispatcher not very apologetic. No one could come Saturday at night so I asked if they could put us to their first. appointment in the morning which it didn't seem like a priority.plus they had to order a part.ok fine a new part for a new boiler sounds strange but things happen.
They came out Monday and replaced a sensor that wasn't working. Had to have my 80 year old Mom drive out and be here for the repair man since my husband and I both have to work. Heat.

Wouldn't give them one star. Consumers beware, if they tell you you need to replace your furnace, waterheater or air conditioning unit, I beg you to please,please get a second opinion I can almost guarantee you will not need to replace your unit. I gave them a one star review because I got a second opinion and found out I did not need a new furnace got a call from a supervisor explained to her how they tried to price gauge me she seemed very unconcerned, offered me a free service in the future then all in the same breath asked me to go on Google and change my review. SMH used to be a company I trust had been with them since 2007. Thought I would give them a second chance 2yrs ago told me the same thing about my waterheater, called someone else he replaced the part waterheater still going strong.

The issue with my furnace was that the filter needed to be cleaned. This technician was honest, humble and provided excellent feedback on how I can avoid this issue in the future. Biggest rip-off in Illinois. I was quoted $1100 to repair my air conditioner. I went online and found the parts for $88.00. The tech told me they have a life time warranty I told him to put the old parts back and I’ll have the work done elsewhere. He put me on the phone with a account rep who told me “that’s what we charge “ I have done business with Four Seasons for many years, NEVER AGAIN! Follow up . I had the unit repaired today for $ 100 parts and labor and I only needed one part not two. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Had a cleaning done of my Air Conditioning unit, the Tech was intelligent, careful and kept me informed of what he was doing and what I should do every 6 months. He advised me about a screen for the top of the unit to.protect it, cleaned it so it looked new and spent a lot of time making sure everything was working properly. I am.glad I chose Four Seasons, called them out of the blue, bought a unit and got excellent service since. Top notch company in my eyes.

Our furnace went out last week so I called Four Seasons to see if they could help me fix it. They responded within minutes and had a tech onsite later that day. The repair cost was fair and the tech did a great job explaining the issues to me. Our furnace was 32yrs old so I asked for a quote on a new unit. I called in and worked with Nick Pleva. Nick was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond when I would call in.
He put me in touch with an Estimator, Dennis DeRosa; who took one look at our setup and immediately offered his opinion and suggestions. Dennis even showed up on a Sunday because my work schedule was so busy! I took the suggestion from Dennis and they installed our system later that week. It's been about one week and everything works great. I've received several follow up calls from Nick and Dennis to make sure I was satisfied. These guys are great!!

My furnace went out of course at the end of the cold season, in March. Called Four Seasons and spoke to customer service rep Greg, I believe his name was. Very professional & understanding to the situation. He had someone out the very next day! They came out for an inspection and the gentleman was great! He was polite and even commented on how adorable my dog was!
Found the problem in no time & the part was picked up the next day & installed! It was a stress-free experience. Would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling problems!

We called Four Seasons due to a strong windstorm damaging our central air conditioning unit. The Technician arrived on-time, and was very knowledgeable on fixing the damage. He also cleaned and tuned up our furnace. I use Four Seasons quite a bit, and have never experienced a problem at all. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and I do recommend them to others.

I contacted Four Seasons to assess our malfunctioning furnace. They found that it was a bad blower motor and recommended we replace it with a new one. We trusted the tech's assessment (being that we have no knowledge in this field) and being without heat with a little child in the house we had no opportunity to do anything but resolve the problem.
