We had Chucks Plumbing come out to my grandparents home for a repair. Chase was our tech and he was excellent. He arrived on time, he was professional and treated my grandparents like family. The price to repair our issue was way under what we expected and we couldn't be happier. We will be using their services again when needed!

Just got cussed out by a plumber. The actual owner, I think of the plumbing company. Chuck's Plumbing The Plumbers Arrived on time. When I took them to the under the house access to where the clean out was and tried to explain the situation, he started yelling at me telling me he wasn't going to take his equipment under the house. He would pull the toilet.

Before I could say anything he said, "Listen Motherf*$%ker I'm the professional and you're not telling me how to do my job." I said, "I'm not telling you how to do your job, I'm just trying." He cut me off. I was still willing to work with him or talk to him, but he called me the same name again. I told him to leave. I said he was being ridiculous.

I asked his name and he said I'm Chuck Motherfker. This literally happened in the first 3 minutes he was there. When I called I said the cleanup was under the house. I warned them that this would have to be under the house. I know people are high stress right now, but I have never had a"professional" talk to me like that. I'm actually proud of myself for keeping my cool. I wouldn't trust him around kids or my wife with rage issues like this.

RIP offs! Jerks! Stay away! There "plumber" wreaked like cigarettes and I am not kidding about this, but he stunk like urine! Disgusting! He gave me an estimate for installing 5 faucets. The sinks and plumbing were already existing. Just needed to hook up new faucets. His military discounted estimate was $1,523.84! I could not believe this idiot! I had to pay him $49.00 for this BS advice. No way would I use these guys. I hired a different plumber (Al, he was great!), who did the job in 4 hours and cost me $400.00.

Chuck's Plumbing sent a professional out to provide an estimate on replacing our leaking, 18-year-old water heater. Their team member gave reasonable options within minutes, answered all my questions on the spot, and once I said "Go, " he had the job DONE within 90 minutes, despite having to go out and get the appliance. He also gave me tips and pointers about how to best maintain the appliance, safety, and some information about my home's plumbing that I didn't know before. Chuck's efficient, knowledgeable, no-BS service has won me over. I'll call them again next time I need plumbing work done.

Wanted to take a moment to share my most recent experience. Let me preface this by saying the first time we used Chucks we had an awesome experience. Hence, why we reached out again for a leaky faucet. This time however, was completely different. Office staff is great, but the plumber that was sent out was rude, argumentative, and just unprofessional. Daryle came out the first time and convinced my husband and I that we were basically crazy and our faucet wasn't leaking and it was "bone dry." The next day we had water pouring out of the base of the faucet and went through 10 soaked towels in two days. Called Chucks hoping they would send someone else, but the same gentleman showed up.

And guess what!? He said there was no leak and that I must have washed dishes and "splashed" water or gave my babies a bath and got water on the counter. So basically blaming me and in my mind, calling me an idiot. Mind you, under the sink was wet too. He literally argued and didn't bother to take apart the faucet when we suggested that might be the problem.

Then he tried to charge us $50. THEN we got an email with "recommendations " from the technician for a $500 faucet and multiple $4000+ water softener!? and guess what? We are still experiencing the leak and have towels surrounding the faucet. Haven't washed dishes or my children in the sink. so not sure how the water ended up there. Anyway, like I said, first experience was great, but this most recent one was extremely disappointing. I felt strongly about providing this feedback.

Daryle did a great job. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, too. When I explained the plumbing problem, he knew exactly what to do. Using the snake cable with persistence in the drain pipe to the septic tank, the clog was removed. We are once again able to use our kitchen sinks. Daryle is a fine and honorable representative of your company. I would also like to complement Tanya, who called me back on Friday afternoon, explained my options, and set up the time for the repair. The next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call Chuck's.

Had a pretty basic leaky sink and one severely borked shower. Dennis came to my rescue and over the course of two visits got it all fixed right up. The work was well done and efficient. Yeah it was expensive but that's more than likely because it was a big job. Chuck's plumbing was a good choice. Thanks Dennis!

I found this company from reviews posted and the reviews are pretty accurate. The company was responsive, professional, showed up on time; the work performed was very good and Dennis, the guy that did the work was very personable and professional. The cost was what I would consider high; certainly higher than I had anticipated but I ahappy with the result. Used them again. Same result. I recommend them if your goal is quality.

A-OK Company. We had a leak (actually a lake) starting in our front yard due to a clogged overflow drain pipe. I started at the beginning of the plumber names and went down. Chuck's was the first one with a great phone operator, she was SO nice and helpful. Then within 1.5 hours Dennis was at our house ready to snake the drain. After 45 minutes of trying he had to call in his supervisor. Supervisor came out they team worked the problem and we had our front yard back. Total cost $99. Yes, I would call this company again.

Fair prices. Here on time. Dennis.best plumber EVER! Diagnosed problem and saw through to completion. I will never use another plumber!

Is it customary to leave a gaping hole in someone's house! $1200 job to change a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. I asked them to make it right and I got $300 back. was promised $550 but I'll take what I can get. I'm scared to hire another plumber and I need one.

I never leave bad reviews but I want everyone to be aware of this company's attempt to scam me out of hundreds of dollars. First, no matter what they charge you a $49 fee just to come out, and wouldn't give any estimates over the phone. This should have been a red flag for me but I was desperate to get my issue fixed and the person on the phone was nice so I went ahead with them.

Big mistake. The worker they sent out was nice enough. However, all I had was a leaky shower head. This guy and his company tried to charge me $430! Then after I balked at the cost he agreed to take $99 off, like $329 was a good deal. I was appalled. Of course at this point I had to pay them the $49 fee for the guy to come out take a 2 second look at my shower and come up with this outrageous price ( no exaggeration either he just glanced at it and created this price on his tablet) so I sent him on his way.

So for the part that really frustrates me, as a woman with no plumbing experience I was able to change the cartridge, with some help from YouTube, and fix my leak in less than 10 minutes with the replacement piece only costing me $49. I would NOT use this company. They are scamming people out of money. It's a totally rip off and they are taking advantage of people with limited knowledge of plumbing.

I found Chuck's here on yelp, so I thought it was appropriate to share my experience. All the reviews were right! I scheduled the appointment to fix the hot water in my shower. Dennis came out, gave me an estimate and the next day did the repair. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing!

I had an emergency, water leaking out onto my hard wood floor, I called several plumbers but no one could come out for several days. Looked at reviews on line and everyone picked Chucks plumbing as best. Called they said they would have someone out within two hrs, they emailed me a picture and background of technician who was coming. Technician arrived 45 min after I called, gave me several options to fix problem, then took care of it. Very professional, very clean, took great care of protecting my expensive hardwood floors, I am very very happy and they are now my go to plumbers.

It's the rare business that really, actually cares about you. Mostly, they just want to get the job done as efficiently as possible and get paid. However, you do have the right to expect that if something goes wrong, that the company will have enough conscience to make it right. We chose Chuck's Plumbing because they had a high number of five star reviews and I thought we could trust them.

But a business should be judged not by how they perform when everything goes right, but what they do when they're tested and everything goes wrong. This was a messy job, but they didn't rise to the occasion. I am disappointed with this company, their business practices, and their work. Communication was poor, and they dodged giving me the price, despite my repeated requests for an estimate, until the job was done and I couldn't do anything but suck it up and pay.

The price was then revealed to be extraordinarily high ($2000), about twice what my neighbor (a retired handyman) said I should expect. They also installed the wrong size water heater. It doesn't provide enough hot water for anything more than a five-minute shower or a half-full bathtub every other hour. It's not at all enough hot water for a family, causing arguments and tension in the house and fierce competition for the limited hot water.

A relative has a medical condition that requires baths, so we've been forced to boil water on the stove to dump into the tub, which is ridiculous and highly frustrating. The company refuses to offer any solution or apology, and we can't afford to have the entire job redone. They claim that the new water heater is the same size and caliber as the old, but I have photographs of the old one and it was obviously bigger.

It was a tight fit in the cupboard it was in, and this one has plenty of room on the top and the sides. Our old water heater also was capable of filling our bathtub to the top with pretty scalding water. I don't remember ever running out of hot water before, and now we run out almost every day. Again, I don't know what happened here and I don't know if it rises to the level of a lawsuit or a complaint to the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Protection, but I do know that I'm extremely dissatisfied with the outcome and that they're not willing to make it right or even apologize. I can't in good conscience recommend this company, and I really just wish I had used anyone else.

Chase came a day earlier than scheduled. Was extremely professional. He was thorough and fixed our problem within an hour.

Chris was on time, listened to me exceptionally well. Identified with my problem and told me the best way to approach the issue. Loved his honesty and after completing the job, called me at work and spent more than enough time on the phone with me. This is my second positive experience with Chucks Plumbing, these guys are the Rockstars of plumbing! Highly recommend and they are my new go to plumbing company! Thank you

Our experience with Chuck's Plumbing was stellar from start to finish. The booking process was easy: there was always someone answers calls and following up via email or text as well. They clearly communicate when servicemen are en route. Darryl helped with scheduling various things. He always called and texted to be sure his message was not missed.

We felt confident with our estimate, Bobby gave our estimate and he was professional, thorough and accurate with his assessment. He clearly communicated what the hurdles were. Vinnie came to do a shower project. Over that weekend we had 3 minor plumbing emergencies and he handled that efficiently and offered the best value for our various issues. He also did not make us feeling like we were throwing off his day adding 4 more jobs to his plate unexpectedly.

He called back-up and Dennis came and was great too. We are very pleased with the work, with the fair pricing, the expert level knowledge and for Chuck's Plumbing making the process stress-free along the way. We have had so many workers through our new home as we get settled and it is refreshing to have someone take a load of us! Thank you Chuck's! You are truly a class act!

I was so impressed chuck's plumbing! I was forced to get pause my Netflix marathon or an hour and write this review. Daryl, parked his company truck in front of our house, hopped out, approached our home, courageously greeted my crazed barking dog as if he was his own. SPECIFICALLY, what impressed me most about Daryl was his ATTITUDE. It is RARE to find anyone these days that genuinely, Seems proud. Daryl might have well been serving the international space station, AND I might have well been the King of England.

This young man took his job so serious and with such Pride, At one point I asked" do you think you can get it done today? " reassuringly he chuckled and said, 'No Problem!'" the work was completed quickly and could actually be described as art(I should post a photo) I was speechless. I have used Chuck's Plumbing several times for repairs on a 30 year old home. Each time they have been prompt (even early) and have completed the repairs quickly. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.

They don't stand by their work. Bobby came out and cleared a stoppage on Monday 11/21. Today, 11/23, every toilet and tub is backed up again. Barbara claims it's a new problem. Absolutely impossible unless I was TRYING to sabotage my own plumbing.

I used Chuck's plumbing for an estimate, Jared was on time, which is very important to me! He was courteous, professional and appeared to know what he was doing. I needed a plumber to come in to disconnect and then reconnect all the plumbing under my kitchen sink due to a repair needed on my sink. When the estimate was delivered to me, it only mentioned disconnecting and reconnecting the garbage disposal.

I contacted the office and spoke with Alana who also deserves 5 stars as I spoke with her to set up the estimate and she could not have been more helpful to me! I spoke with her several times, and they actually came to my area even though it is not listed as part of their service area. When I called about the estimate not having disconnects and reconnects for the faucet/soap dispenser and water lines, Alana advised she would speak with Jared and get back to me, she did the very same day and advised the estimate was for all lines under my sink.

I was hesitant having them come as they do have a $49 dollar service call even for estimates, however if you choose to use them, they deduct the $49 from your invoice. I also like that they email a photo and background of the technician who is coming to your home. I have decide to go with their estimate and will certainly update my review once they have completed the work. 5/4 - Update- The 5 stars stands, the work was done timely and without any issues. I would recommend using Chuck's plumbing.

We called Chuck's to have an outside faucet replaced and one of our toilets needed new parts - the next day the plumber showed up on time and ready to go. Bobby was polite and professional ( we hit it off immediately ) and quickly sized up the work. He took the time to explain what was involved to complete the work, as well as offered a few tips to keep things optimized and running smooth. Bobby went above and beyond - he was efficient and did a great job top to bottom. We are pleased with the work and will only use Bobby from now on for any plumbing maintenance moving forward. I recommend Chucks plumbing - thanks Bobby.

I've avoided finding a new plumber for a few years after my favorite regular plumber quit the large company I used to use. Then my tankless water heater had an issue so I tried Chuck's. They were able to schedule in 2 days which was fine as it wasn't an emergency- right before Christmas holiday so I am sure it was busy. We scheduled from 3-5 & day of they called to say they could make it earlier.

On his way the plumber had a family emergency however they contacted me about it right away & were still able to send someone out during the 3-5 slot. The plumber they sent, Mike, was very knowledgeable & understood the issue immediately even before opening the tankless water heater (it was with the lines coming from the unit). He replaced the degrading lines, flushed the unit & also fixed a minor drip that had just started in the kitchen sink while the water heater was flushing.

As a single woman, I appreciate that they send an email showing their plumbers have a background check, when it was completed along with a photo of the individual. I also appreciate that once I like a particular person I can request that same individual come out for service (understanding that in an emergency I may need first available). Looks like I have finally found my new regular plumber!

I had a great experience with Chuck's Plumbing! We needed a few things done in order to close on the sale of our home and Chris came out and gave me an estimate and completed my work all in one trip. We had something else come up later that day (on a Friday) and he came back out on Monday to fix it for us. Quick and efficient service, will definitely use them again!

We have used Chuck's for two of our properties in Tampa and they are absolutely wonderful! The appointment making process was easy and they were more than thorough with communication thereafter. I knew when and WHO was on the way which was nice to see a face before opening the door to a stranger. They do fabulous work and we will definitely use them again in the future!

It was time to replace our 16 year-old water heaters so we contacted Chuck's Plumbing. Our repairman, Mike, and his team were so professional and knowledgeable. Chuck's Plumbing discussed the pros and cons of each water heater option so that we could make the most educated decision. Paying a little more to get hot water instantly throughout the house was a no-brainer.

We also discussed several options for water softeners and descalers and I think we will have Chuck's Plumbing return soon to add a water heater descaler to our home. We received numerous confirmations for our appointment and Mike showed on time, as promised. His team was so courteous and everyone cleaned up after themselves so there was no mess after their visit. My husband and I will be using Chuck's Plumbing on all plumbing related matters in the future.

Good service. I had a plumbing problem in my newly purchased town home and obviously excepted the worst case scenario costing thousands of dollars. I had also just moved to Tampa and didn't have anyone to ask for references so I looked on Yelp and Chuck's had a very rating. I took a chance. They were able to come out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly.

All in all, I only spent a fraction of what I thought it would be. Since I didn't get any other estimates I can't honestly compare prices, but I am very happy with the work overall. They made sure everything was cleaned up after. I even received an e-mail containing Chase's picture and background check ahead of time. Plus they were punctual and gave me a heads up right before Chase was to arrive. ( The only reason I don't give five stars is because I can't compare their prices to other companies and I don't have any other way to say if another company had provided the same response time and customer service. But I would definitely use them again if needed.)

Chucks was pleasant to work with. The tech was thorough and very knowledgable. We would be happy to hire them again for our next home project.

Used a coupon from Angies List and had them remove and haul away an old broken water softner and brine tank. Prompt and very professional. I was very happy with their service. I really liked that they sent an email with the techs picture the night before. The price was a tad higher then I expected but to be fair I never got a quote from anybody else.

Their service was great. When our hot water heater leaked they were able to help us with 24hrs. Our technician was an incredibly nice guy & insanely helpful. (Saved us from a huge headache)

I had a leak in my water supply line and it was leaking alot of water but none of it was visible in our house or outside. Chuck's plumbing was able to do a leak test, identify the location of the leak in our front yard, and fix it in 5 hours.

I've had two plumbing jobs with Chuck's Plumbing and the plumber Paul has always been very professional and meticulous in his work. The company also scheduled the needed work quickly. I would highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing.

Would give a 0 star if i could for the customer experience with Chuck. Charged $320 (including a $29 call out fee dispatch fee even though he was already there to do the work). When I told my husband the price, he hit the roof when he realized the exorbitant amount this company charged to do such a simple job.

LOVE Chuck's Plumbing. Have used them multiple times for a variety of projects, everything from installing a new dishwasher, new toilet, sewer line repair and new cold and hot water lines. They are ALWAYS professional, courteous and send high quality plumbers.
