We called them the first time to inspect the home we were looking to purchase. Ben Franklin's tech checked the main line with a camera and he also pressure checked the water lines. While inspecting the rest of the house, he found a broken flange in the middle bathroom.

This was the best experience I have had with any plumbing company ever! I had a hot water slab leak. Only company that offered a 20 year warranty. I was worried that it would cost a fortune and would not know why.
