Julio built my pool almost 20 years ago. Not only Julio but his workers worked hard and very professional. I have continued to use Blue Water Pools. I have never had a bad experience with his workmanship or his staff. It has been totally the opposite very pleasant. Because of the age of my pool I have had Pool parts wear out.

Bluewater built and installed my swimming pool 4 years ago. Every year they open and also winterize my pool. We have LOVED our pool and had NO problems with it. In 1986 or 1987 we contracted with Bluewater pools to install a vinyl lined Foxx sports pool in our yard. They did an awesome job and this pool has held up over all of these years and through several children and grandchildren.

Julio installed our in ground vinyl pool in the 80's. He has replaced the vinyl liner twice during the years. This year along with replacing the liner, he and his sons renewed the pool decking, fixed a leak problem, replaced the pool light, and fixed the pump timer.

I had an appointment to convert my pool to saltwater, and they did not show up. They blamed my assistant for the problem. They are unprofessional and are rude on the telephone. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

I had an appointment with Blue Water today at 9am. I called at 9:30am and they assured me the technician would be here at any moment. I called Adam at 10:45am because the technician was still not here I was told that the problem happening with my pool that Blue Water built 3 years ago was happening because we made them build our pool in the winter and it is not under warranty.
