Had an appt for over a month, on the day they are suppose to open my pool they were a no call no show, then I got an email saying they were coming the following day, again no call no show.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness It's pretty upsetting when you schedule a month or two out for start up service and the day the service is scheduled for 2 hours till you all close I had to call and try and get a round about time of arrival and then I'm told I'm not getting service today. A phone call goes a long way.

This company has horribly rude employees, our neighbor is having a pool put in, its been months and they have dumped dirt in our driveway, thrown their tools on our house, left messes daily. And now today at 645am machines blaring, if it wasnt for our neighbors I would have called police. They park and block driveways, no consideration what so ever. I would never hire them.

I hired Lee-Sure Pools to do a complete pool and deck remodeling. The workmen were professional, did a great job and minimized the inevitable disruption and associated mess. Lee-Sure Pools was AWESOME! They basically rebuilt our 35+ year old pool with multiple leaks throughout the system. New wall plaster, new tile, new skimmers, new pool light, and new pool deck. Replaced ALL pool lines underground to the equipment. Rebuilt entire valve system, changed out filter sand, and replaced main pump. Added new electrical lines.

Multiple different crews were in our yard on different days. Each was professional and courteous. Questions answered quickly and accurately. Scheduling was excellent and called us each week to tell us what was going to happen. Couldn't have asked for more. And most importantly, our pool looks great (and no longer is leaking water!). We highly recommend them.

Lee-Sure Pools gets consistently favorable reviews for good reason. They are the best in the business as far as we're concerned. From start to finish -- and in every single interaction we had with them during the construction of our new pool -- we were blown away by their customer service, commitment to quality, and ability to get the job done on time and within budget. If we could give them more than five stars, we definitely would. Put us at the top of the list of satisfied customers!

We called Lee-Sure to determine if it was possible to install a pool in the backyard of a house that we wanted to purchase. We wanted to know if a pool install was feasible before we placed an offer. I had emailed them on Sunday night with our concerns with the feasibility of a pool install and Jake had replied back super early Monday morning with an extremely detailed and informative response! Awesome! Furthermore, I called them that same morning to see if there was any way that someone could meet us for a house showing that very morning to physically inspect the property.

The house showing was at 9:45a and I called lee-sure pools at 9:13a and spoke with Jake and he rearranged his morning schedule to meet us at the house with only a half-hour notice! WOW! On top of that he took his time explaining things and never rushed the meeting at all. Jake is super knowledgeable concerning everything pools and I learned a lot! We can't thank Jake enough for meeting with us on such short notice! Lee-sure pools has our business now and in the future!

The entire team at LeeSure Pools has always been the best! Being a first time pool owner, they have been patient with me and have went over and beyond in helping us get our pool running efficiently. They listen to and address my concerns in a timely manner! I really appreciate all they have done for us in keeping our pool/spa combo looking great!

Lee-sure Pools did a fantastic job installing out pool & hot tub. We also have had the pleasure of working with several of their pool equipment technicians to help with winterizing and opening the pool each year. They are always prompt, professional & do good work. For this review, I would like to call out Anthony. From the moment we met him during "pool school" he had been helpful & kind.

Choosing Lee-Sure Pools to build our new pool for our new house was the best decision we made in the whole construction process. Every person that helped us was great! From the get go, with Jacob helping us with the choice and design and Jared on the construction side, they were very helpful and professional. They communicated every step of the way and completed everything on schedule.

We had their concrete division design and pore our patio and the area around the pool and Mark was just as professional and timely. The quality of all the work was exceptional. We did our research prior to choosing Lee-Sure and we are definitely happy with our choice. Even if you have to pay a little more, Lee-Sure should be your choice also. I know this sounds kind of like a commercial for them but, me and my wife, spoke about the whole process and as our experience was so great, we decided that we were going to make it a point to leave them a raving revue!

We contracted Lee-Sure Pools to re-plaster and replaced the tiles on our 14-year-old pool. Their quality of work was outstanding and their prices are reasonable. The management team immediately and professionally took care of my one concern to my complete satisfaction. The Lee-Sure team of managers and professional staff receives my full recommendation. We just had our concrete overlay done in flagstone on our front yard and back yard decks were done with model look which looks awesome. Tom & Ryan were professional and worked hard as they completed our installation in a timely manner with attention to detail. Chris would stop by often to make sure the job was progressing well. We could not be happier

I used Lee-Sure Pools to add texture and color to my cement walkways. They did a superb job. They were easy to work with and did what they said they would. Would use them again.

This company is local and family owned. Unfortunately, we had to redo our whole pool (after only 10 years) and we were very pleased with the service and outcome of Lee-Sure Company work. They started and completed the pool when they said they would, and so far, it is still working great! I'm sorry that they got a bad review a few days ago, but this has not at all been our experience over the past year +

Terrible company. Terrible people. Proceeded to do work in our absence in the dead of winter without a contract. Needless to say the very expensive quartz plaster never cured correctly and is already cracking. They destroyed the pool's mechanical equipment and charged us for its replacement. They charged us for tile work they never completed.

They refuse to honor their warranty or guaranty. They have a rat terrier of an attorney who will attempt to make their sketchy business practices and sloppy craftsmanship to appear your fault as a result of a failure to maintain their masterpiece. Make sure your lawyer is a wolverine.

Expert workmanship. On time; on schedule; neat; organized; professional (for example workers appeared and left like clockwork). Our pool and hot tub are today just as beautiful, maybe more, than the day they were first installed years ago, now that Lee-Sure has newly tiled and newly plastered them. Hats off to Jacob, Jeremy, Garrett. and Lee. And to the many fine gentlemen, both laborers and artisans, who work at Lee-Sure. (Nice, clean trucks too.) Thanks to every one of you. Finally, worth every cent. (Demonstrates that you actually can get what you pay for when you select the right contractor.)

I cannot say enough good about Lee Sure Pools. They put in a beautiful patio and walkway at my house. About 4 years later there was some minor spalling on the surface. After assuring them I did not use salt in the winter (I did not), they tore out the old surface and put it a brand new patio.at NO CHARGE. They stand behind their work and it is exceptional. I've not had an issue many years later.

This company is the BEST! Great customer service and knowledgable technicians. I recommend this company 150 percent! Go no where else to buy your pool! We bought our pool two years ago and needed service and they were here in a heartbeat!

We moved to New Mexico in July of this year. We had Leesure pools install an in the ground pool. We did have an issue with the electric cover. When it was installed a mistake was made in the positioning of the cover over the skimmer. Lee came out and tried to rectify it. We were not happy with the outcome. Bottom line they are redoing the whole cover and cement work! Great customer service. Mistakes sometime s do happen but they did take ownership of it and our totally making it right. Would recommend Leesure pools!,
