Armando did a FABULOUS job! He and his partner were personable, efficient and replaced my spigot with one that will last a minimum of 20 years. I truly appreciate quality service with quality parts. I intend on using Armando again to replace my second spigot and to install a water line to my fridge. I also must say Bowers understood I needed someone ASAP because I couldn't turn my water off.

The city was off for the holiday and I had called 6 other plumbers. At least Bowers sent someone that day to turn off my water main till the repair could be done. Thank you Bowers Plumbing.

The plumber Jameson was punctual, professional and very patient with my questions. He was also thinking in my best interest while introducing his company 's products and other options. I didn't give a five star only because the pricing was a bit higher than my expectations. I sure didn't use professional plumbing a lot. However, Bowers indeed was the first one to respond to my message out of four companies. Overall, they are very professional and polite.

Our time slot was 9 am to noon. Brandon was here by 9. Very pleasant young man. Had to crawl into our crawl space to check the pipes so he could give us an estimate on repairs. He got that done and checked some other things in the house. Very thorough Really liked him. I definitely recommend Bowers.

If I wasn't in the state of post stroke. I bet I probably could have done it. He was done in under a hour with everything. It's sure nice to have professional people do the work for you every now and then. I highly recommend this company! Well this is the second time for the same thing. Only the first one ended up dumping 2-3 hundred gallons of water in the basement. Fortunately the basement was unfinished.

At least this second time didn't cost us anything. Now it's fixed like it should be and he put in a brass fitting so it won't be splitting out like the PVC did. They are more than happy to replace the carpet and bed that got ruined. This company goes above and beyond, I DOUBLY recommend this company now.

The tech automatically detected that our sump pump was corroded and needed immediate replacement. He had all of the supplies on hand to start the job right away. We are very pleased with the professionalism and time it took to complete the job and especially loved that Bowers notified us immediately by email and text of the time frame we could expect our tech Michael.

Bowers were able to come to our aid at work same day for faucet repair. They communicated well on arrival time, and while on the job. We needed a new faucet to fix issue and they even had supplies on truck to take care of us right then. Were on time, efficient, friendly and did a professional job. Highly recommend! I was very impressed with their professionalism, their polite and friendly attitude, and their quality/efficiency of work to make sure everything was properly done. Bowers has continued to impress me and are a company I highly recommend to my friends. And as a 3rd shifter I am grateful that they were able to get my appointment earlier than projected.

Our drains started backing up every time we used our washing machine and we called Bower's out because we were happy with our first experience with them. They came out to our house about six times over a two week period. We were happy with some of our experiences but the majority of them resulted in our drainage issues getting worse. Over two weeks we were unable to do laundry or shower in our own house and eventually we had drainage from our sinks and toilet leak into our basement as well.

We had a pipe with a vent put onto our drainage in the house and were told it was tested and that we didn't need to test it before they left because it worked (partially our fault for not checking it before they left). As soon as they left we tested it and it backed up immediately like it did before. We called them back out and had a lot of our cast iron pipes replaced, which looked like it would be the obvious solution.

It didn't end up working but we were really happy with the work and workers who came out for that service. They were both very professional and transparent about what was going on. They stayed longer than they planned to make sure the job was done right and they felt bad when it didn't solve our problems. They'd get five stars if we could only review them.

They did a great job and were very professional! The rest of our service included snaking our sewer line for about an hour and blaming the city on not taking care of the main. This resulted in going back and forth between snaking our line and having the city come out to jet the main about two or three times. Their next step was to send out an excavator and then give us a quote to replace our sewer line, which is very expensive and definitely would have put us in debt for a long time.

We ended our services with them when we had raw sewage leaking into our yard. We called someone else out and he spent three or four hours out in the cold snaking our sewer line and fixed all of our drainage problems. Everyone was overall nice but it seems like they maybe have more experience with pipes inside than sewer lines outside. Even though they spent a lot of time here it didn't seem like there was ever an answer to what specifically was causing our problems (except for our replaced piping which seemed like the obvious cause and ended up not being so).

They were upset that we didn't want to pay to have our lines looked at after they'd been out here five times and nothing had been fixed. We also noticed that all of their reviews below four stars disappeared from Google within the past few days because we definitely read through some good and bad ones a few days ago.

Every experience I've had with Bowers - and there have been plenty - has been fantastic. The communication from the main office is well-timed and succinct, the plumbers are prompt, professional, and competent. Nathan and Preston really bought joy back this Christmas. I was stressing so much about my plumbing issues but they got there took care of my home, the job and reassured me everything was going to be OK. They were very helpful, very informative and very knowledgeable! I'm so happy I went with this company to do my repair!

I have used Bowers Plumbing for everything from gas line repairs to repairing leaks to strange random plumbing issues. They always do an amazing job. They even offer great advice over the phone so most calls don't even result in a service call! Seriously, Bowers is amazing, don't hesitate to call them!

Timely estimates, professional service. I have had Bowers complete a number of complete sewer and plumbing replacements and every job has been completed in one day with no problems. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. It was an emergency situation and they were able to fit me in right away (they were even an hour earlier than expected.) They explained everything very clearly and thoroughly and were even able to repair a job previously deemed unrepairable by another plumber. An extra detail I really appreciated was getting a text ahead of time introducing the person who would be making the house call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I appreciated the text updates and appointment confirmations. Greg & Preston arrived on time, identified the plumbing leak source, and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. They also performed a comprehensive assessment to make sure there were no additional issues, or damage caused by the issues identified. They included me in the process by showing me the identified problems and explained the repairs that were needed & made.

I appreciated being informed and included, and their respectful communication. The icing on the cake was that the total cost for repairs was way less expensive than I had anticipated! Joe was excellent. We had several minor issues that needed to be addressed. Joe handled them quickly and explained everything that he did. Very reasonable price. He also pointed out some potential problems that we may need to have addressed in the future.

We recently needed to have some of our water valves for our washing machine and main valve for our hot water tank replaced. On the recommendation of our brother in law we contacted Jim Bowers at Bowers Plumbing.

I needed an outside spigot for my old house. Bowers plumbing sent Jason out for install and now I have an outside tap for my backyard. Jason was prompt, courteous, and professional. The price came in lower than was quoted, which made me very happy.

Jason and David got right to work. They had a tricky access. Got the job done and cleaned up very good. Would do repeat business with Bowers again.

The Tech was very nice and knew what he was doing. He arrived at 3:30PM & finished the job at 4:20pm. He made out the bill and I paid and he left at 4:30pm. I looked at the bill and I was charged for 90 minutes of labor.

Installed water heater and placed unnecessary vent in basement door without asking permission beforehand. This is a very visible custom door in nicely finished basement. City inspector is person deeming vent absolutely unnecessary.

My water heater went out on a Sunday and I called my home owner's warranty company Monday morning. They use Bowers Plumbing as their contractor and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jason/Justin (:-)) was great!
