The so-called "plumber" that came out cut a hole in the ceiling to find a leak. He did not find it, and left the hole for me to have repaired. Told me i would now need yo remove linen cabinet to find leak. I did not, and sent him packing. Before repairing ceiling, I called a non-American Home Shield plumber who found the leak upstairs, and he did not need to open downstairs ceiling to find it, nor did any cabinetry need to be removed.

I have used On Time on 2 different occasions for my water heater and shower issue. Both times I had Justin come out and I really appreciate his work. He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. I will always use On Time plumbing because of him.

On Time Plumbing had someone out the same day, even though I called after 1pm. Technicians were at my house less than 2 hrs later. The technicians were polite and took pains to not track snow into my house. Kevin clearly communicated what was needed vs suggested and completed the work in under 30 minutes. The total cost was definitely reasonable and there are no leaks!

Called this place on a whim because our home shield insurance was not understanding we needed help with an actual garage heating system not a wall unit. C(k)rystal helped me get a tech out to the house the next day for a free estimate and turns out it only cost us what it would've cost to go through our insurance! Service is great, everyone was very kind, definitely fixed it within minutes! Would highly recommend!

WORST experience in my 53 years. American Home Shield only has this plumber. Tried adding things that have NOTHING to do with code HUGE mark up on everything from a permit, which they never pulled to do any work, to a pan. TRIPLE the price was told they can charge whatever they want I have to use them it's home warranty. NOT. Hired a local licensed plumber got the job done CHEAPER even paying $500 for the parts then these yard birds were charging for "code" work. Huge scam. Horrible company. Filed my complaint with the CIB.

We have AHS so they use this company when we have plumbing issues. Although American Home Shield is nothing but problematic it's not the fault of this Plumbing company. On Time plumbing did a great job clearing out our plugged up sewer line! After 2 days with not being able to use toilet or shower I was finally able to do so after they left! Thank you so much Justin and (can't remember the other guys name) you two were awesome!

Brandon, Jake, and Anthony worked on my broken water line. Customer service was great. They cut the sod off before digging so that I would be able to save my grass. All persons were very polite. If I could rate zero I certain would! I used On time Plumbing & Heating via my home warranty (American Home Shield) for a simple dripping faucet. The drip was minor (less than a table spoon during an 8 hour time frame); however, we are preparing to move and I wanted the drip stopped. The tech said we had sediment in the screen, so he cleaned and replaced the screen.
The result.our water pressure was DRAMATICALLY reduced and the drip was SIGNIFICANTLY increased (a drinking glass was filled in three hours). When I called to have someone return to correct the issues I was told they could come between 8 and 4 two days out. No rush for their error and no apologies for their error. Needless to say, I contacted American Home Shield and informed them of the issue (they were less than helpful); however, I informed them that they should reconsider using this company.
I may or may not be out my home warranty deductible for this visit, but I will get the problem On Time Plumbing created (and intensified) with a plumber I select! Shame on you, On Time Plumbing & Heating for poor workmanship and poor customer service!

This company has HORRIBLE customer service and even worse communication skills. When we called to make an appointment they informed us that we needed to be available for a time window of 8am to 6pm on a Thursday. We have jobs, and can't just take a day off to sit around and wait for someone, but they REFUSED to give us a smaller window, and when we requested a later time were told they couldn't make any time requests.
So on the day, we made arrangements for someone to be at our house all day. When I got off work at 5:30- STILL no one had called, made contact, or showed up. When we finally got a call from their plumber, he stated he was told NOT to come until later in the day, which, granted IS what we asked for, but were told wasn't possible. This is horrible communication, had we know they WERE able to put a note in our request, we could have saved someone from sitting around the house all day. When we called to address this, we received no help, and all they did was make excuses. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I absolutely love On Time Plumbing & Heating. The plumbing division practically lives at my house. I was provided with a warranty when I purchased the house 3mo ago (thank goodness), and OTPH is contracted through the warranty co. So far, the plumbers have been at my house AT LEAST 5x's for various issues that keep arising. Because I have had so many issues, I have started replacing things (like my sump pump) before they break.
Obviously replacing a sump pump "just because" is not covered under warranty but because I like the company (the 3 different plumbing technicians and the dispatch gal - Liz) so much, I choose to continue using them even when I don't have to. I have also used OTPH on my hvac unit (liked that tech too). The technicians are always super nice, resolve the issue on the first visit, keep me informed of what's going on, their visits are quick, and they're on time!
Most recently, my garbage disposal started leaking, and I didn't notice until there was water on my basement floor. I was freaking out about mold. The tech told me to call my insurance co and have them send someone to inspect for mold. I would have never thought to do that. I highly recommend OTPH!

DID NOTHING. UNPROFESSIONAL. Had a kid come over because of a stoppage. He looked at it and pretty much said he couldn't do anything, because he dint have the right tool. He also said he had to contact the home warranty, because he saw a broken pipe. Needles to say, he never called home shield, dint get back with us, wasted the entire day waiting on him. Had to call the home warranty, tell them what happen and they are sending another company, and they can't get to us until Friday. So, instead having everything fix Tuesday, I now have to wait until Friday, not being able to use any pluming and a house that smells like sewer. They are definitely ONE TIME PLUMBING, because I will never have them in my house again.

I received terrible customer service and would NEVER recommend this company unless you have 4 hours to sit at home waiting on them to show up. Unapologetic and I was told I probably should call someone else after they claimed a timeline that was false-they entered it as a missed appointment after lying to the warranty company so I spent 30 more minutes of my day arguing about having to pay an additional $75 service fee that this company nearly cost me. I recommend you find a company in town that is more professional and respectful of people's time.

I used this company via my American Home Shield warranty. Originally they were unable to schedule me in until tomorrow but since I had no heat they were able to fit me in, I was told some time between 12-4. They called at 1:00 said he would be at my house in 20 minutes (I got here in 15 & he was waiting on me). He quickly found the problem, showed it to me and explained the issue, fixed it in 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier and will definitely used them again.

I got these guys through American Home Shield. While AHS is a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less about anything other than getting the warranty premium, Tony made it happen and got my heater running with the outside temp at -15 and indoor at 38. AHS might have gotten something done a week or two after the pipes burst (which they wouldn't have covered). Because of Tony, I will use them after the home warranty expires and I have a choice.

Via American Home Shield they replaced a hot water heater. I paid an additional $770 to 'bring it up to code'. I did not receive an itemized list of the up to code part. I have been calling and calling to get the list and still don't have it. The work was done 5 months ago. I'm suspecting that the work either wasn't done or isn't to code.

This company was dispatched as part of my home warranty with American Home Shield. My heater was not blowing out hot air and stared Tuesday night, I notified AHS and they referred me to One Time Plumbing and Heating. They called me Wednesday morning and said it would be Friday before they could see me. I explained that I had a new born child in the house and that did not matter.
Upon further checking I found the problem to be with my limit switch, it had an open line. I tap it twice and it started working again. On Friday when the technician looked at it, he said that there was nothing he could do about it since it was working. He went over the 3 ways that would cause a limit switch to fail and told me that I should not have messed with it.
I explain to him on 2 separate occasions that I had a new born child in the house, as he started to talk down to me and with attitude, I said look Man, I don't think you are Fu*#ing understanding, he then said that I could not talk to him like that and left. Granted I should not have dropped the F bomb, but since I was not using it personally, I don't see the issue.
I am not sure if the technician that was sent even understood the process of troubleshooting since he refused to do anything. I notified AHS and they have refunded my service fee and have assured me that this so called company would not be used again.

I used this company via American Home Shield twice. Both experiences were horrible. Don't let the name fool you. They are anything but "on-time" the technician was supposed to arrive between 12 and 4. Showed up at 5 without a call to let us know they would be late. Tony the technician mis-troubleshot our problem and reported the wrong info to the insurance company. One-time' s customer service leaves little to be desired.
We were told " whatever dude I don't know what to tell ya" and hung up on when we confronted them on their mis-diagnosis. I know it wasn't troubleshot correctly because 2 other companies found it to be a totally different problem.wont be using this company again.they wasted my time and money.
