HM service Pro (Justin) came in and introduce himself and asked to shown the the issue. Once that was accomplished.he began the the task of clearing the stoppage of the sink. In about 15 minutes the stoppage was fixed and cleared out. He then inspected and tested the stopped line to ensure everything was working. Very Professional, articulate to all questions. I would recommend HM Plumbing moreover Justin himself to come and repair all your plumbing issues.

I had my doubts(only because he looked too young to be experienced and knowledgeable)when Scott got out of the truck and introduced himself. After talking about the plumbing problem and how to repair it my doubts were completely gone. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing repair. I had a backed up line and Justin arrived on time and was very professional in his interaction with me. He assessed the problem by asking me questions and then determined what needed to be done. The two young men that come here they were very professional and very nice. They can first time on Friday and they took care of us by putting them in my lock out on the hot water heater so we could at least have water in the house. And when they come to install it was one two three they were done they cleaned up after himself and we're very nice.

I am a new homeowner and had to use my home warranty for the first time. I submitted the service request through AHS Sunday night. I got a call from hm plumbing Monday around 9am asking for more information on the problem. They said someone would be out that day between 1 and 3pm I was surprised to get a call from Scott advising me that he was in his way.

He was at my home by 12. He was quick to diagnose the problem and got right to work. Being a newer homeowner I had several questions and he was easily able to answer any that I had.i was already extremely grateful to know he was the one coming after reading reciew after review about how great he was. Contracted out by HomeShield, had Scott as my repairmen. Probably easiest and painless repair visits I've ever had. Once I got the request for a visit in, Scott got a hold of me in no time. Once he gave me the diagnosis, he made me aware of possible extra work and cost. Once we got an understanding of the situation, Scott went straight to it; including travel time and him needing to get the new unit, he was done in 2-3 hours. Scott's service was top-notch!
