Artisan Kitchens & Baths

We had come in and met with Greg. Wanted to buy a refrigerator and exhaust hood for over stove. Greg didn't return phone calls at times he scheduled. Was going to set up an appointment with the hood installer and it took 9 days for him to call me back. I had left a voicemail during that 9 days, and didn't hear back from Greg. We took our business to Orville's who were very helpful and accommodating I only gave 1 star because I had to so I could leave a review

Good products but horrible customer experience. Communication was poor throughout the process.delays happen but constant changes to delivery dates, etc were just never communicated. Was quoted for home delivery and rude delivery people left fridge on the sidewalk for the contractor. Salespeople are commission only and understandably not interested in the post sale experience. At least they recommended a good installer.

Great selection of appliances. Cupboard selection is also greater than other kitchen remodelers.

Extremely responsive to our needs and ideas for a complete kitchen remodel. Jon was incredible in helping us with ideas, responding to our concerns and thinking of every little detail throughout the process while keeping us completely informed during these unpredictable times.

This place is gigantic, and their two floors are chock full of the latest in kitchen equipment. I adore all the different setups they hae, and I spent my time there opening every single door and drawer. Each oven and fridge was nicer than the next. I could daydream about a kitchen like that for hours. It was rough to go back home to my old kitchen!

The items are all top of the line and completely out of my price range- I don't know if I could ever afford a single appliance from this store, but it is a nice place to check out the latest and greatest, and just dream.

I needed a freezer and Jennifer at Artisan helped me out in a pinch! The showroom is beautiful and the staff is great. I would highly recommend Artisan!

I have been wanting to update our kitchen and bathrooms for years and have gone to many kitchen/bath places with not much luck. On a whim, I stopped in at Artisan's. I met with an incredibly talented designer, Jennifer Hutton, who made everything so easy. She planned out an incredibly beautiful design for our kitchen and bathrooms and helped me pick out all the very best products.

She also recommended the contractor we used, Knabuilders, who have all been amazing! During the job, she stopped in many times to see how everything was going and was always there to assist with any concerns or questions we had. We are so very happy with everything and very grateful to Jennifer, Dave Knab and his excellent team of guys! They all did a fabulous job! We couldn't have picked a better team! Thank you Jennifer, Dave, Jaime, and all the guys for everything!

Artisan Kitchen and Bath provided design services for our kitchen cabinetry and appliances. We wanted to return our kitchen to the 1920's style that is throughout the rest of our home. Julie Deuble was helpful to us in multiple ways; from selecting our craftsman cabinets, farm sink, and hardware; to making sure it would all work with the oversize appliances I desired.

Julie was from Artisan was wonderful to work with. She was very understanding and patient with us as we made many changes to our kitchen throughout the process. After playing around with our floor plan she really helped me understand what was important to me in our remodel.

We went to Artisan Kitchens and we were very impressed with the people and the showroom. They have a great reputation in Buffalo. We met with a designer and we liked him. We didn't have any problems until the installers got involved. Chris Newman and Seneca Creek Contracting were recommended by Artisans, but the installers were terrible. Luckily we had problems with the contractor before the job was finished. We are grateful and fortunate that the president of Artisans helped us out and we were able to finish the project.

Have been working with a sales/designer who seemed to have no actual design experience. He has not followed through on deadlines and is unresponsive when I reach out to him. Did not listen to what I want. Unhappy customer who is taking business elsewhere.

We had been planning on renovating our kitchen for years, but when we finally decided to do it, we chose Artisan Kitchens. We are so pleased with the way it turned out. Julie had great design ideas and really helped put the whole thing together, from design layout and appliances to helping with colors and even the granite. Thanks Julie and Artisan! asjrjz

Went to a shower there, besides drooling over all of the amazing kitchens it was a great venue for the event! Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings- can't beat it!

Julie Deuble helped me design and pick out cabinets for both my bathroom and kitchen island. She also was a great help with counter tops for both rooms. She was always available to answer my calls and meet me whenever I had a concern. She took the time to come out to my house and help me with ideas. We found her to be a great help to us. The office was great also.

We evaluated a few options and selected Julie Deuble and Artisan and never looked back. We were very happy with our decision! We put off our kitchen renovation since we knew it would be such a significant and time-consuming project. But once we started, we were so relieved at how easy and enjoyable Julie made the entire process!

Had my kitchen done by Artisan. GEORGE was my salesperson. I contacted George last DECEMBER about the defective faucet he sold me. He rarely if ever returned any of my calls, I chased him for 6 months!
