I had an exterior door replaced in Feb '22. The install occurred on time and within the 4 hour estimate they provided. I had a slight issue with the doorframe expanding in hot humid weather, Kazs responded to my email within minutes, started a warranty claim, and came out physically within 4 days to address the issue. I'm very happy with my service, the quality of the door, and the work they performed. I will definitely use them again for future projects and recommend to friends or family

We had our kitchen, bathroom and first floor flooring done with Kaz. From start to finish everything was great. Heather took the time to make all our dreams a reality with tremendous attention to details. Amazing company!

I would not recommend them. We'd heard a lot about them, but were highly disappointed. We have never had such a poor customer service experience with a contractor. They mis-measured our room, tried to blame us for pointing out their errors, and took forever to make simple changes to their corrections. All this while pushing with a 'sign before midnight tonight' sales process. They made it extremely difficult for us to spend money with them.

We had a meeting with Ray back in March about an addition after initially speaking to an architect. He told us not to get an architect because 9 times out of 10 they don't end up using the architectural drawings because they price you out of your budget. He said they have their own architect and they can do it all. After our meeting he said he was going to Florida for a week and would get back to us with a quote. Weeks went by, no contact.

I contacted Ray directly and received no response. I then contacted the company with my complaint and received no reply. There we were months later with no contractor AND no architectural drawings (which ALL other contractors require) and my whole project got delayed until next year. Very disappointing. I understand if companies are busy, but don't advise me to not hire an architect because you will do it and then disappear with no explanation.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with the KAZ Home Improvements. They removed and replaced a failing 50+ year old Andersen bow window. It was not an easy job as the window was nearly 14x5 feet with 7 casement sections and had to be specially ordered from Andersen. Matt our Project Developer provided the estimate and clearly outlined the process. Dave Repman, the Production Manager, couldn't have been more responsive, meeting with us several times to ensure measurements and specifications were "spot on" and keeping us updated by email regarding the installation date, etc.

A big shout out to the installation crew. Bob and Jason do high quality work and Bob's meticulous interior trim work is outstanding. The crew worked steadily in a drizzly rain to remove the old window and wrestle the heavy new window into place. Our floors and furniture were always protected, and they thoroughly cleaned up each day of two-day job. Bob even "Swiffered" the hardwood floor at the end.

The window looks fantastic, both inside and out. In our experience KAZ is a very professional outfit. They always showed up as scheduled, quickly responded to questions and requests, and delivered what they promised. Great job KAZ!

Bathroom remodel was outstanding. Dave T. was very professional and kept the worksite neat and free of debris. He was very friendly, answered all our questions and kept us updated on the job's progress. Dave also offered suggestions for improvement when asked. The new bathroom is phenomenal and it was great working with everyone at KAZ. They earned the highest possible rating and our most enthusiastic recommendation!

We used Kaz for the installation of replacement Tudor style siding. Exceptional service and professionalism all around. Matt came out for the initial estimate and we discussed details and concerns that other contractors failed to address or notice. Dustin kept us updated on the schedule of the project. Brian and his crew did a fantastic install and were very accommodating to a few minor details during the install. Any communication with the home office was great and calls were returned promptly. I will be having them back for a roofing estimate in the near future.

We used Kaz, based on the recommendation of my brother, to replace the siding, soffits and gutters on our house. Because I knew of the quality of work on my brothers house, and how pleased he was, I entered the process with high expectations. They exceeded my expectations at every level. Matt and the sales team was very helpful, on the front end, figuring out exactly what we wanted to do.

Once that was decided, Dustin followed up on many occasions to insure everything, with the plan, was correct and to inform me of the schedule. And once the work started it really got impressive. Brian Bishop and his Hardy installation Crew were outstanding. The quality of their work, their communication, the respect they showed to me, my family and my property was exceptional.

And their attention to detail with all the little things was so appreciated. They even took care of a small but lingering electrical issue while they were there. I have absolutely no regrets and would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Kaz did a complete kitchen remodel for us over the past couple months. We love it! Lisa B. was great to work with, nudging us in the right direction with our selections, Justin was always responsive when we had to call, but Steve was phenomenal! He was very professional, a great craftsman, always courteous, communicated every step of the project and his attention to even the smallest detail was much appreciated! Will definitely call Kaz again for any projects we decide to do in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Kaz Home Improvements repaired a roof leak at my house by replacing the pipe boots on my vent pipes. They did a great job and also did a thorough inspection of my entire roof. They found a few minor items that they fixed while on-site. Chris was very professional and it was nice to have him make sure the rest of the roof was in good shape! I highly recommend Kaz for any roofing needs.

We are extremely happy with the work that Kaz Companies did in building our new deck with a pergola. This is not the first remodel/build they have done for us and each time we were completely satisfied with the results. From the first phone call to the completion they are an incredible company to deal with. A Big Thanks goes to Dave, Corey, Jacob, Cale, Matt and everyone else involved.

We hired Kaz to completely remodel our kitchen, mud room, family, dinning, and 2 bathrooms. This was a major project that ended up taking almost 9 weeks to complete. The team assigned to this project from the designer, to the project leader, to the guys doing the work everyday were helpful, respectful, and great to work with. The design was exactly what we wanted.

The materials are quality. They did a great job at not interfering with our day as much as possible. They were as quiet and clean as possible and they showed up early every day and left before dinner time every night. We would recommend Kaz and already have. Tim
