ProQual takes care of a couple communities we manage. They are responsive to the needs of our clients, and do a great job at keeping the communities looking good. We would recommend them to anyone looking.

Critical: Professionalism Just saw a Pro Qual truck, weaving in and out of traffic on I10. We were traveling at a decent speed and he passed us traveling at a very high rate of speed, in his green truck, with a trailer! It was very dangerous considering all the traffic on the freeway.

ProQual worked for our HOA for two years. They made many promises, most of which they never kept. For the price that was charged, you would expect things to be done quickly and well; however, that was not the case. I have noticed that several reviewers have stated that it's a great place to work. I'm glad that they treat their employees nicely because they don't treat their customers well.

Critical: Value Pro-Qual did landscaping for our HOA in Goodyear. They started off well, in our community, but as time went on their service and quality of work became worse. They definatley were overpaid for their services. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

I've never personally used them for landscaping however I can see their drivers are damn courteous. Based on the truck and the quality of its driver I would say these guys are worth a shot

My HOA contracts this impossible to reach company. Today, I finally got to see who comes and pretends to landscape our parks. It was "Pro"Qual. The work is always bad, but here is the issue. A tall, very tall, white male in a boonie hat with a multi colored mesh cover made a point of staring at my daughter while I played with her on the playground.

He continues to stare at us as we leave after we tried to move areas but felt uncomfortable as he was still staring. We made it out of the park and he has decided to move and keep staring. We rounded a corner, completely out of the park and he was pretending to change a trash can for over a minute to stare at my daughter as we left. I tried to call them for some time but no one picks up in sales, there is NO operator, no one picks up in any department actually.

If ProQual managemnet is brave enough to contact me, or even answer the phone during business hours I wont call the police next time he is in my neighborhood and I can get a description and plate. I will get a picture next time as I will bring other adults. These people are allowed to come in and out of our neighborhood freely, and clearly this can pose a safety hazard. This person had zero reason to stare that long, much less basically follow us.

Critical: Professionalism Every time a Proqual truck passes me, the men inside roll their windows down to catcall me. So unprofessional and greatly unappreciated. Train your workers to not be predators

This company employees are rude! I was driving down 59 ave near deer valley and the truck pulled out from our neighborhood and almost smashed into me. I have a sub contact car and I beeped at him to let him know I was there. Then every chance he got going toward the 101 he came up next and blared his horn. I will not ever use this co

One of their drivers almost hit us in an almost empty parking lot coming within an inch of the side of our car and a light pole. They would have hit us if we didn't reverse our of the spot and would not have been able to get out of the car. When confronting them they didn't care and went back to playing on their phones.

Our HOA used them for Landscaping we had a couple major problems one they used very excessive trimming which in some cases ended up killing the plans that trim them so short also the lawn mower they used with a large ride on which ended up tearing up the grass and they switch crews that came out so often that they would always skip areas.

One of the best landscape companies I have worked with! Very responsive, proactive and professional! I highly recommend them!
