Great plumbing company. I have had to work with a few unfortunately. However, Micro was clearly the best. Their plumbers were courteous and professional. Mike got me a quote pretty quickly. Evenly priced. When I decide to complete the project they are the only company I will work with. Can not recommend them enough.

I manage three commercial buildings in the old mill area, and every time I have called there office chris has always answered the phone professionally. She has always found me a plumber or drain cleaner when I needed one and when they arrive to do there work they are very professional and they thoroughly clean up after themselves all the time. I was charged $300 to clear the kitchen sink drain on a property I've owned for18 years and I've never paid more than $147. They went up on the roof to snake out the drain which no other plumber has needed to do. The tenants told me they got sewage on their towels and other items under the bathroom sink & after trying to reason with the billing person, I was told the bill was correct and no adjustment would be made. I will never use this company again, nor will I refer them to anyone either.

Duane explained and went over the process thoroughly. Prompt and personable. He put a pressure reducing valve in and went over a couple other items with me over my new sprinkler system. Got our pressure up exactly perfect. Best it has been in 28 years. I'm very pleased with his workmanship and explaining what he was doing. Also found out my expansion tank didn't have enough pressure fixed that quickly.

Mike and his team at Micro Plumbing are outstanding. They have assisted me with many jobs, some requiring research which Mike is always happy to do, and another which required coming back to move a newly installed water heater so that I could have a few more inches to better access my water softener. I highly recommend Micro Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I have consistently received timely, accommodating, and expert installations as well as outstanding customer service.

We have used Micro Plumbing since 2011 and always been exceptionally pleased with the quality of work and fair price. Proprietor Mike Miller hires exceptionally talented plumbers who are respectful and responsive to client needs. Micro recently replaced our main sewer line and did a great job. Several years prior, a basement toilet backed up and Roto Rooter came out late on a Sunday night, fixed the immediate problem, and left an astronomical bid to replace the sewer line. Shellshocked, we called Mike the next morning.

His crew scoped the line and assured us there were problems but immediate repair was not needed. For three years, Micro monitored the line, and finally Mike advised us to replace the line and gave us a fair price. We recommend Micro Plumbing without reservation.

Great family owned business who installed a water softener for us in our condo. Recommended by our condo's maintenance man. Did a very neat job of cutting thru the ceiling & a shelf so the pipes could go up thru it. Cleaned up very nicely when finished! Used a drop cloth over our floor before placing anything on it! Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior).
