They installed a door that had the worst craftsmanship, everyone who comes by comments on it. There is dirty glass pains inside the side panels, uneven wood framing on side panels, metal framing showing In side panels and no caulking on inside of the door so the paint seeped into the side panels and is sloppy visible for all to see. They are avoiding returning my messages to fix the problem. Worst craftsmanship and customer service!

Told me that they needed 4 months from order to complete the job, replace a simple single door. Then when it came to making the agreement, they said they could not commit to a time shorter than 6 months. They also didn't seem to understand, and then refused to furnish, a contractor's final affidavit, which is a document that they are required to give under the lien law. Unpleasant.

Just had new front doors installed and they look great. Sales Rep Peter Masterjohn spent a a great deal of time reviewing options and styles in the showroom and made sure we were clear on what we were going to get once the doors were installed. He was spot on. The install team did a great job. On time, professional and knowledgeable about the de-install of the old and reinstall on the new with very little mess. They cleaned up the entire workspace and were pleasant and insured we understood the operation of the locks and next steps as to inspection. Thanks for making this painless.

I ordered new front doors From First Impressions and they were recently installed by their work crew who were very professional. The crew cleaned u afterwards beautifully. The staff at First Impressions are also a group of professionals, including Pam and Peter.very knowledgeable, polite and informative. First Impressions will be installing new patio doors in a few weeks and I have been told what to expect from that installation (sawing tile, dust and the need to cover outside plants and furniture). Great team!

Wow! What a lovely experience. We ordered our glass to be installed and waited for it to come in. Once it was in we scheduled appointment two days later. Two men came as scheduled and took our doors off the hinges cut the door installed the glass and put them back! All done within maybe 2 hours. They did a lovely efficient job. Very pleased.
