Anthony, Ernest and Chu were extremely pleasant, efficient and demonstrated excellent workmanship! They informed us at the end of each day what work was completed and what work they would be doing the next day. Thorough clean-up was done daily. They patiently answered questions and showed us "how to utilize our product". It was nice to see them work as a team to the benefit of us, their customer. Overall, we were very happy with Newman Windows & Doors. Initially there were concerns about slow communication and the lengthy installation delay (11 months from deposit to installation). But once installation began, the process was smooth and the installation crew was very professional and technically competent. They were also careful about making a mess and they cleaned up well after the job.

Highly recommended and definitely worth the wait. My 1940's home usually results in unknown challenges. No problems this crew couldn't work through, as if no big deal. Florida room alone had 12 windows and a door that required extra wood finishes that were done with great care and detail. I have high expectations and they met them without any hassles.

When we move down to Florida I called tree companies. Newman windows and doors was by far the most professional. My initial meeting through installation went great I couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

We installed windows, entry door, and sliders with Newman Windows and Doors and the experience was pleasant. Starting with Sales and working with James C. James was professional, patient, informative, and timely. He provided us with a couple of different options and walked us through the variations of products/designs. We went into contract and received permit within 8 weeks during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Much better then we anticipated. Dealing with the office was smooth. They were always familiar with our paperwork and responded quickly to any of our inquires. It was evident there was communication and follow through between office, sales, and install. The crew during install was punctual and professional. They communicated at the start of each day what they would tactical and did their best at protecting furniture and flooring.

They also cleaned up after each day on the job. Inspection went smoothly. We are so pleased and love our new windows and doors. We would surely recommend this company! Thank you.

Prio to Installation, Newman was extremely helpful & efficient in measuring the area, fully explaining the scope of work, and in obtaining various permits -- county & otherwise, worked closely with my HOA to ensure all guidelines were met. We had other companies over for work estimates and some thought that our job was too complicated for them. Work crew led by Jan were extremely careful with installation. Outstanding people to work. The installation of our new Sliding Patio Door by Nick and Rick was smooth, until we noticed the small hole in the screen. No problem, John was sent out to replace the screen. Unfortunately never showed up for appointment. The employee called the morning of appointment to say running late but never came. I had men working outside all day they never seen anyone either. Oh well so hard to find reliable people these days! After this experience with Newman Windows & Doors, I see anytime they get a bad review they don't take responsibility & just blow it off as, "we don't have you in our system or records", implying you must mean another company.

After receiving my large deposit, they have been completely unresponsive to emails and calls. They also changed the installation date without notifying me. Honestly, I don't feel confident in this company and wish I could get my deposit back to go elsewhere. But of course, they won't do that and I can't afford to eat the cost : Do yourself a favor and carefully look at all your options for impact windows. I would not go with Newman Windows if I could do it again.

Newman gave us a very fair price and excellent product (windows) for our job which consisted of converting of our screened in porch to a glassed-in room. The service from day one, right through installation, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable on the part of every person with whom we were in contact. The workmanship was excellent and performed professionally and according to schedule. The crew was quiet, considerate of our home and left it spotless. A few months ago Newman replaced all of our windows, glass doors and front door with new hurricane impact models. From the sales guy to the completion of the project, this was perhaps the smoothest construction project I've experienced. Eric our sales guy was personable, knowledgeable and honest about what to expect. The installation crew was led by the foreman named Dorian.

They were hard workers, polite and the result was fantastic. Some of the windows got dinged and 1 cracked during transportation from the manufacturer to our house and they pointed it out to me before I even noticed, said they would replace the damaged parts, then followed through on their promise right on schedule. A few months after the install we somehow managed to jam a glass door in the locked position and they came out the very next morning and had it fixed in minutes.

Also the manufacturer apparently had a rebate program that I was not aware of, until I received an email notification that Newman had signed me up without me even having to ask, and a few weeks later I received my $690 rebate from the manufacturer (PGT). So for me personally this company has been very strait forward and honest and given me fantastic service, I would definitely recommend them.

Worked with a lot of companies when we did an addition recently. I have never had a better experience with a company than with Newman Windows & Doors. I simply can not recommend them more. The level of professionalism and kindness all of the staff shows sets this company apart from any other I have ever worked with.
