Elevation Solar

Elevation has high marks for customer satisfaction for a reason. During the process of getting my solar panels installed and working there was a mistake with the paperwork. Elevation worked with the lenders to correct what could have been a major problem. I did research before going with them and decided to use them based on their support. Kim Williams did an excellent job as a salesperson and kept in touch throughout the process.

I used these guys thinking great reviews and stand by their product. Solar edge inverter comes with monitoring. Well less than 2 years old and they upgraded the WIFI and now the app wont work to tell me what amount of power my panels are producing. But neither Solar Edge nor Elevation will cover hardware necessary so monitoring will work properly. 3rd solar company I've ever used but wont on any future homes.

Never heard of a company wanting to charge $500 bucks just because they upgraded wifi on monitoring system. Last time I use these guys. My advice is go with Sun Run. They don't nickle and dime you after forking over $18k for a system.

We are very satisfied with the service we received. The technician came on time, professionally explained who they were. Technician installed all the equipment required for the project, then professionally explained every single detail of the installed equipment functionality, then explained everything regarding the app. We love this new addition to our electrical panel and the service provided. The crew showed up right on schedule. They were polite, informative, and took the time to explain every procedure. Maybe the best customer service I've ever experienced. David from Elevation Solar was sent out to do a site survey for our solar installation. I must say, I felt like he took his time to do a very thorough walk through and measuring of the potential areas. Took a lot of pictures and asked what seemed to be all the right questions. If the rest of the process goes this good it will be a great success!

Just had the CURB installed by Angel of Elevation Solar. Professional install, outstanding customer service and outstanding knowledge of the product. This whole process of adding more panels to your solar system has just gone so well. I hope it continues to impress!

Elevation came to check the energy efficiency of our home. They have been a great company to work with and did such a good job. Jacob, Jagger, Allen and Javier We're great workers. They were kind and respectful they worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend getting this done to your house and ready for the hot summers.

Angel from Elevation Solar came to our place to install Energy Curb monitoring system on December 31, 2021. He worked efficiently, and through a rain near the end, to get the job done. After the installation, Angel assisted us to download the app and took the time to explain to us how to use the app so that we have a better idea of how electricity is being used in our home. He is very knowledgeable and patient. A truly 5 star service.

I had a wonderful experience working with Elevation Solar. Since the beginning the sales person Ryan was very professional, informative, transparent and not pushy to close the deal. Once we stated the process I was assigned a concierge Daniel who guided me through the whole process and kept me informed step by step. Daniel was very patient with all my questions and always had an answer. Daniel counties to provide me with support and answers as I am learning about my new solar system.

All installers were professional, meticulous and cleaned after every job. My electrical panel was upgraded and all the wiring was done to perfection and the wall was repaired and painted perfectly. All safety labels were added and I had no issues with inspectors. Also, Elevation added this cool watt tracking device and App called the Curb in which I can see the wattage consumption by each breaker in real time. I can manage all my electrical devices and any waste going on. In summary it has been a great experience working with Elevation Solar.

The project was delayed by the many inspections, particularly the multiple inspections by the City. Throughout it all the folks at Elevation Solar stuck with us and pushed and we finally got solar. They were first rate. Let me identify them: First, Manny is an electrician who came out and solved a problem which our own electrician had not been able to solve.

He was not only right on in fixing the problem but a very friendly and helpful guy. Dwayne came out to explain Curb, the software program, and also fix various odds and ends. He is another one of the very competent and helpful people working for Elevation. The project would not have been complete without the help of the Customer Concierge Manager Kelly Roberts. Kelly was not only pleasant and helpful but was organized and on top of each aspect of the project.

She organized various parts of the job, schedules and kept us informed. Undoubtedly, she was able to manage the various inspectors from the electric company to the city with firm but friendly reminders which enabled the job to be completed as quickly as possible. We were very impressed with these three people and they made our experience less stressful. Each was highly competent but most of all they related to us and others with professionalism and pleasant demeanor.

Elevation Solar gave us a sleek and beautiful installation that provides 98% energy coverage for our family of seven. We're excited about the future savings of this new system and highly recommend Elevation Solar. Give them a chance to quote your system and you won't be disappointed!

I am so excited to have gotten solar installed on my home. I definitely recommend Elevation Solar. They are the most professional group of people I have worked with, and the customer service was impeccable. They did all the work getting permits, engineering design, and teaming up with the utility company. They are also the only solar company that was able to offer me a solar loan.

Was promised a payment of $76 for the solar unit - done, was promised a new solar bill of $122. it was $299 today. Month 1. Was promised a Home Depot Gift card - waiting, waiting, waiting and never received.

The couple times I have visited here, everyone is very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.
