3 days before I close on my house I found out I had a window that needed replaced. I called, told the my story and within a few hours I had new glass was installed and I never had to change my closing date. the customer service we received is top notch. we couldn't be more impressed. we were definitely made to feel like we were their first priority!

I ordered a glass door and they said it would be in about 4 to six weeks. 6 months pass by so I called in and they said I never ordered the glass, then gets back on the phone and says I guess you did order it.we will let you know when it comes in. Rude at best and very disorganized. I went with someone else and had the glass in 4 days. I will never do business with this company ever again, and will tell other people to stay clear. -5 stars if I could, Customer Service is nonexistent.

Poor product, poor service. Window put in last June, leaks air that moves the drapes. Put shims in my new window ($7,000), still leaks. Eric tells me they are working the issue (for almost a year) and will keep us informed. He never calls, I always have to call and then he gives song and dance answers, called stonewalling and probably not the truth. Jason has been here, Eric has been here, Cody has been here, Larry has been here, Jeff has been here.
Now we are waiting for Cody from West Fargo to come again "sometime" in May, for what I have no idea. We bought from Hagen because they were local and we thought had a good reputation. Well we were right on the local part only. Words of caution: do not buy from Hagen Glass.

Recently had a window replaced by pawel. He was nice, courteous, and a hard worker. Jared also worked with me and didnt sugar coat or try to price gouge. He gave me one price and stuck to it. I certainly hope i dont have any more thieves trying to break in my house, but if i do, i know i can rely on the staff at Hagen to help me and get things shored back up in a timely fashion. I recently purchased 8 large windows for my vaulted ceiling at my cabin from Hagen Glass. Kevin and everyone else i had contact with were very helpful and professional. I got a great price, a great product and a lot of advice on a difficult install that a friend and i did at my cabin. I will use and recommend Hagen Glass for future projects. Gary S.

I just wanted to let you guys know how much more I appreciate the work you did after this recent storm. I re-sided my house with you about one or two years ago. The sales guy was able to convince me to add a quarter-inch fanfold underneath the siding. In this recent storm, I went without power for four days and the heat in my house never got below 60 degrees.

The last remaining rain gutter and all flip-ups have been installed on our deck and siding project. Thank you to Everett and his crew for the great job and to Lee for the gutter and down spout work!
