Collins Siding

DO NOT HIRE, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE! Absolute terrible service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They did damage to my house while working on the next door neighbors. I tried contacting them on multiple occasions and the only decent person to talk to was their receptionist. Their manager and salesman both were EXTREMELY rude! I tried approaching the situation as nice as I possibly could and got my head bit off because "How the hell do we know it was done by us?" Well if they used the proper equipment and not lean their ladder right up against my siding(again, they weren't working on my house so they had no reason to use my property) pretty sure you'd avoid damages.

My favorite part about this whole situation is that when I let them know I have picture evidence, they got extremely hostile. They said they'd look around to see if they had matching siding so they could replace it but "its not on their top priority list." Well I can definitely tell customer service or really anything that has to do with being a good company isn't on it either because I'm still sitting with damage to my house and no contact from them after over a year. Any of their good reviews lie with employees or their spouses trying to boost their score(horrible integrity if you ask me).

For sure do not use! Extremely unprofessional - started job 6 months later than stated. Job site was left extremely messy (cigarette butts, bent nails, bits of siding, etc). Kept putting holes in the siding and we had to continually point out pieces needing to be changed out. Damaged personal property and tried to hide with bits of plywood. Then the gutter people came.

The supervisor (eye roll), constantly trashed talked the siding people and continually pointed out items we would come to regret later. To this day we continue to regret the gutter installation. Don't get me started on the office staff. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It is without hesitation that I highly recommend the installation crew provided by the Collins Companies. They displayed the requisite knowledge and professionalism to accomplish the project in a timely manner. They were polite and maintained the job site in an orderly manner on a daily basis. At the end of the project all debris was completely and thoroughly removed.

I have to thank you and your staff for everything you have done for me. I would have never made it to square one without all of your help. The house is beautiful and there have been so many compliments on it. You have great people working for you Gene. I am enclosing a check for you and your staff for pizza or whatever on me.
