I had called and spoke with Kevin to get a broken window repaired not knowing my partner had already set up for someone else to already come get it done, but I still feel compelled to leave a review because I was treated so well. I was having trouble finding companies to come fix it. Kevin was honest and said he couldn't guarantee someone to come out today but had availability Monday and if he could get someone out today he would.

He also was able to give me a quote over the phone. I spoke to Dan to cancel and both gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. I hope to not have another broken window, but if I do I will defintiely be calling them first! Thank you!

This is a late review but must be mentioned. I contacted Pacific Glass about installing a dog door in my patio slider after being told by another local company that there would be a long wait period for the glass. I spoke with Kevin and he was able to have a tech come out for the measurements within the same week. Angel was great and professional.

Once the glass came in, which was about 2-3 weeks, Angel and crew installed my new glass with dog door. The glass is the exact same as the original and the dog door functions perfectly. Could not be more pleased with the services provided and would recommend to others. Would use them again for any glass/window services needed. Thank you Pacific Glass!

Bruce came and worked at our house. He did an amazing and wonderful job. Our sliding glass door had a giant spider crack in the base and they had it fixed within 2 days. Me and my husband were in awe, he even made the door work better. We were completely satisfied with the time, the price, efficiency, and professionalism. I would recommend pacific glass and door to anyone, especially if you get Bruce!

Angel arrived promptly at the scheduled time to take measurements to replace a sidelight glass. Installation went as planned, with terrific results. He was very courteous and professional as well as a master of his trade. Great product, great prices!

Recently, we hired Pacific Glass to repair our patio door that was sticking. I called on a Monday, 2 repairmen appeared at 11am on Tuesday and were finished by Noon. Their work was professional as well as quality work. As they say."you get what you pay for". I wouldn't hesitate to call they for future work.

Josh has been fantastic to work with, considerate of our budget and timing on replacing a number of sliders and windows. Angel and Kelly did a great job on our first installation. I love this company! Everything Dan told me was true. His crew, Angel and Oscar, were excellent workers and gave us an excellent product and service. I have very large windows and sliding glass doors and our first day with our new windows, in mid September, we had an 18 degree difference inside vs. outside temperature. Now the A/C turns off for longer periods of time. Every window and slider opens and closes perfectly. AND I don't hear barking dogs!

Loved the workmanship on my new front window! Kelly and Angel, the installers, were great. They were able to redesign the size and shape of the window opening for a whole new look. Timely, clean and professional.

I took a window to be repaired and it was supposed to be done the next Thursday or Friday. I called Friday and was told it would not be available until the following Thursday. I explained that I was closing on my home and had to have the window.
