I paid a premium price and got a great door with outstanding installation.for paying attention to detail, I thank you, Jim! I am so glad I did not settle for a Home Depot door with self/service installation that would come with no guarantee. Every aspect of my purchase, from the door itself to the installation, is guaranteed.for life! I need another door, and I will be calling TW&D!

The initial consultation with Dale was great. He explained the process and stated it would take 3-5 days for the install because there is a lot of prep work involved for each window. Installation Day: I was out of town so my wife was home and she called me later stating that they were done in one day. The techs stated that they were missing a part on one window and there was a signficant sratch on our large picture window, and that they couldn't clean all the windows because they ran out of window cleaner.

The techs stated we would need to call to make another appt. After they had left she inspected the area and there was stucco drywall debris all over the place inside the house. She stated that they didn't even lay down tarps on our beds. My wife had to clean everything up. We made an appt for them to come back and they showed up an hour later than their stated timeframe and one of the technicians was rude so we told them we didn't want any service from these guys.

Another appt made and they were able to add missing part and replace the large picture window, but the tech stated cleaning the windows from the first appt was not on his order so we would need to make another appt. We made another and 30 mins before they were supposed to show up they called and stated they weren't able to show up because their previous job took longer than expected.

Final appt, the techs showed upon time and were very thorough. They went around to every window and re-caulk areas where they stated the initial technicians did a "shabby job". I am very pleased with the window product but was very disappointed with the initial technicians that did the install. If it wasn't for Dale and the last set of techs I would have given this review a 1 start.

I bought a replacement door for the entry from the garage into the house from TWD. The entire experience was a fiasco. The door took nearly 4 months to arrive. The installers put the door on backwards so getting out was nearly impossible and the door wouldn't open all the way. When I notified the company of the unacceptable installation they ordered a new frame and threshold.

When the parts arrived, another installation team came to reinstall the door. They jerryrigged the threshold plate to work by adding a second plate. I heard them say on the phone to the company office that they couldn't complete the job with the parts that had been provided. So someone came with a second plate. The door works but it certainly isn't a professional or quality product. Perhaps Tucson Window and Door knows what they're doing with windows but they sure don't with doors!

I am very happy with the Anlin widows I had installed. They look good and I recognize the value of windows that reduce sound transmission and provide good insulation. The service from the first phone call to the installation was considerate and professional. I highly recommend Tucson Window and Door.

Had all our windows replaced by Tucson Windows last winter. 100% satisfied. We highly recommend them. Their installer noticed hard to notice blemish in the glass on one large window and returned later to install a new one.

Over priced, unprofessional. Threatened to sue me, for not paying for a door that was the wrong size. They decided not to proceed with the case and dropped it. Never contacted my installation contractor, but signed his name on their contact (name was spelled wrong), thus wrong size door. Front receptionist was nasty. The one door that was installed, also the wrong size, but it was a double so decided to frame it in, had the beading coming away from the glass within the first month.

When they sent the repair guy over he was very interested in the other door I refused to pay for. The door was still sitting outside in its original packaging. It is still is sitting outside. Got the feeling that they thought I lied to them about installing the wrong size door. The beading was replaced in a professional manner, that much I will give them.

There are so many other window and door companies. I would suggest going anywhere than TWD. Response to the owner. You did not offer me a 50 % discount at any time. The total cost of the doors I ordered was just under $8000. I took off $2000 for the wrong size door, after arguing the payment through my credit card. Credit card company denied payment to you, agreed with me and the documentation I sent to them.

Then I received notice I was being taken to court by TWD. At NO TIME was a 50 % discount offered, not that I would have wanted it for the wrong size door. Yes your installer could have come in to install it, but a 29" door vs a 32" inch door that I ordered was too small. Please don't lie in your answers. You guys messed up my order and refused to take the door back and replace it with the right size.

Great products, yes. Good Service - NO. I ordered a new rear door, fully insulated, built in blinds and pet door - roughly $3,600 in total so not cheap by any means. The order was placed on July 13 2021. No calls, no updates, no door 90 days later. On 10/1 the sales rep Rafael replies to an e-mail I initiated and states he would look into it. Two weeks later, not even a courtesy call. Shame on Tucson Window and Door! Try Window Depot!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The lady in the office that answers the phone had attitude as soon as she answered. I politely explained that I was under contract for a house and the glass patio door was having some major issues and it was a concern of mine. I wanted someone to come out and look at it and tell me if they could fix it or it needed to be replaced.

She said "sorry we cant but can when you close on the house." WHAT? Did she not hear what I just told her? She said the owner has to be present to begin with. I said okay so if the owner is there will you come out? She said no. I was totally confused and questioned her. She said and I quote, "we are not going to waste our techs time to come out there only to use it for a bargaining tool in your transaction." WOW!

And this is how you run a business and treat someone? I was referred by someone who said this company was great and helpful and wanted to give them a chance. The door does not work so either it needs to be replaced or repaired so I had every intention to use them one way or another. The lady was just beyond horrible and I would never contact them again or refer them to anyone. I am a real estate agent and will share this with clients as well not to bother to use this place!

This has been such a pleasantly wonderful experience with this company, they have great employees at this company! We had quite a few quotes, but these guys were definitely the best choice especially with their exceptional windows, and other products, excellent customer service, and installers. They came out fairly quick with having very busy schedules, and did our whole house in 2 days!

Including replacing are back sliding door, and framework. It's very beautiful, secure, and really compliments our home. Fernando and Justin really did an amazing job! These two guys make a great team, and provide exceptional work, and we're very enjoyable to watch and have around. They even cleaned up everything and made it look perfect! Great job guys!

I had a very good experience from the staff at Tucson Window and Door. From the initial encounter with the receptionist answering my phone calls to Mr. Cano who patiently showed me all the options to the visit by the folks who did the measuring and especially Fernando & Justin who did a tremendous and beautiful job with the install of my windows. No hang ups, no delays, they came in and promptly got to work and they were finished within 3 hours! Kudos to your professional and pleasant staff! I think I'll order a new sliding glass door next! I was asked to write a short note about my experience with Tucson Window and Door. Well, everything was great. Your product and crew were really great. Even though the old family room (enclosed car port) was built by someone that had no clue what they were doing, your crew was able to install the replacement windows and door to my satisfaction.

I guess these guys won't help you unless you have been a customer of their before. This, I don't understand.

I initially went to Tucson Window and Door after reading an article about Provia doors. The article was geared towards the security features the Steel door and frame provide. So I did some research and found Tucson Window and Door was a Provia supplier.

We were very pleased with the professional, friendly, knowledgeable service we experienced with the crew you sent over to install our two doors. They made the experience great. There were no anguish moments, loud noised or time wasted. And both were very polite and went over the procedure with me before starting. We are very satisfied.

Our experience with Tucson Window and Door has been very positive. From the first visit when Matt came out and presented options to us, to the visit from Mike to take all the measurements, to the day Carlos and his partner did the installations we have been completely satisfied with the service and the product.

Shopping for windows was harder than I thought it would be. My sister bought windows for about $500 to $600 apiece. I got prices from $500 to $1500 for the same window and got frustrated. The Tucson Window guy spent some time and explained all the differences and what was best for the weather conditions in Arizona.

Kristina was awesome and greeted us at the door and then continued to help us the whole time we were in the store. I've never experienced such great customer service!
