I meet with this guy, sign his contract, he forgets to retrieve my payment, then leaves. He calls and texts me every day for five days straight, harassing me for the payment for a week and then threatens to put a lien on my home. Why didn't I pay? I didn't feel like transferring the funds from one account to another and calling the office immediately.
I work ten hours a day and I'm on the phone all day. The last thing I wanted to do was call early in the morning or on my lunch. I would've called on the weekend but then he acted like this. Obviously they are shady and desperate for money. Go somewhere else.

We can't say enough about the product quality and service we received from Will. Our guesthouse kitchen turned out beautiful. Will guided us through the entire process. The cabinets arrived on schedule and were in perfect condition. We are returning to the store to design and order cabinets for the kitchen in our home! Thanks to their entire team for this great experience.

Had to return to update my review. We had a very good experience with our order design session. The ordering process was simple. We were told upfront it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get the cabinets, that is the same time frame we got from Home Depot and we saved 75% when factoring in the installation costs. We were hooked up with granite counter tops at wholesale cost too.
We paid upfront for a stainless steel sink. Our sink wasn't delivered with the cabinets and is needed for the counter top template. Wholesale Cabinets did coordinate getting the sink over to the counter top people. Our cabinets were installed and they look great. There were however problems. The spacers needed were not all present, and there was an insufficient count on the door handles despite our having picked the store default style they supposedly keep in stock.
A wall cleat for a strip of counter was not mounted. Waiting for the missing parts has been a nightmare. After waiting an additional 3 weeks, the installer never showed up after arranging a visit a week in advance. The office staff have been good to return my calls but not those of my wife. I would still recommend the products offered here because of the tremendous cost savings, but customer support is a real issue. Only use this company if you are willing to stay on top of them and have lots of time for your renovation.

The quote process was pretty straight forward and simple. Unfortunately that was the only part that was simple. 1.) Windows arrived 3 weeks after order. Install was scheduled for a Monday at 7am. I scheduled for 2 days off work. The installer called about 8am the day of install to inform me that his truck broke down. No one showed up or even called back with a new arrival date or time like they said they would. 2.)The install process was a huge mess that no one mentioned anything about.
The stucco damage and interior wall damage was described as possibly 1/2 inch by the owner when they windows were quoted. The real damage is 6-8 inches on stucco and drywall and on a couple of windows larger than that. 3.) Very large amount of damages to my home. Stair rail and interior door trim damage from an installer not paying attention when carrying windows through the house. 4.) stucco repair is sub-par and is already cracking.
I guess this is minor since I have to repaint my entire house now anyway. 5.) I have 3 windows and a sliding glass door that do not work properly. NO WAY THAT WHOLESALE WILL BE BACK FOR REPAIRS. I DON'T NEED SOMETHING ELSE DAMAGED. 6.) There were 2 screens damaged prior to install. They order replacements free of cost. That only took 3+ weeks and multiple phone calls. Turns out someone at the office forgot to place the order. 7.) Wholesale window nightmare over.
Be cautious if you order from them. I wish I would have paid the small amount more for a reputable company. I easily spent the money I saved repairing damages to my home. I added a few images to my review. This is one of many. All of the interior paint was just completed a few months ago and touched up the week before the window installers showed up.

Well, my experience was great! The design consultations went well and were very clear. The cabinet finish was just right for our office kitchen. Delivery was as promised; despite last minute changes on our part. Installation crew was good and really appreciated that they could do installation on a Saturday. I would recommend this company.

Cabinets are nice but their service is terrible. They always tell you delivery in two weeks but it's always at least three weeks, and that's for delivery to their warehouse. Then you have to schedule delivery and installation to your house. The only two people who seem to know anything are David and Dorothy, the owners. If you call and they aren't available, forget getting help from anyone else.
The staff who answer the phone never ask if you want to leave a message, they just tell you to call back. That's because they never return calls. You have to keep calling until the person you need to talk to is there and available. And it's up to you to keep calling. They don't ever call you, for instance, to tell you your cabinets are in or to schedule installation.
It's like pulling teeth to get information and get anything done. The cabinets seems to be good quality. I ordered dark wood finish and I like the color but they do show fingerprints and dust, so I'm still deciding if that was the right choice. I have ordered white cabinets for the laundry room, so we'll see if I like those better.
