ETO Doors

I have tried to resolve a dispute with ETO Doors for weeks now. We picked up 2 doors at will call and as happens frequently, the doors that were provided, with the release waiver signed, were not the doors we ordered. The doors were not inspected at the time and when it came to installation 3 weeksblater, we realized ETO Doors' provided the wrong doors.

I have spent weeks with ETO Doors trying to get this resolved and have posted negative reviews on many online platforms as ETO Doors' think their release waiver is ironclad and shields them from neglience in supplying the actual doors we ordered. In multiple exchanges with the BBB, I have received conflicting statements from the company through the site. Turns out the CEO Tall Hassid is spearheading and writing the BBB responses himself.

That should explain the nasty and subpar customer service from the company. I would encourage any future buyer to read all the online reviews about the company because should you fall in that gap of consumers who ETO Doors feels is ok to marginalize and screw over, I feel bad for the future experience.

ETO Doors is a FRAUD. I am really quite confused by any positive reviews they have received. I ordered 2 doors that were incorrectly shipped and instead of doing the right thing and refunding me, ETO doors fronted some real BULLSHIT.

Shame on Lorena Diaz, their Claims Department Manager for being an absolutely incompetent and horrible person.

Shame on this supposed "ram@etodoors.com" to whom my claim was to be escalated to yet I never received a response.

Shame on the company.

ETO doors has been my go-to place to get doors for years. I worked with Esther to get updated doors for my 1939 home. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. There prices are really reasonable and I prefer them to the box stores with generic styles. I highly recommend ETO doors for the amazing customer service and quality products!

I'm a firm believer the art of customer service goes a long way, these guys clearly understand that. The cost was reasonable, the product was good, and the ​service was great, can't ask for more. Highly recommend them!

We went to a lot of different door vendors and ETO was hands down the most responsive and helpful. ordered interior shaker white primed doors that seem to be good quality.

Company does not stand by their product ..ordered exterior door(spec-ed as such and premium paid for it)..glas/laminate insert,professionally installed by builder and after about 4 weeks glas/laminate started separating..door also arrived with sloppy caulking around the edges(possible the very reason for the separation)..company declined replacement under warranty and points to warranty conditions/requirements buried deeply in the fine print..no installation instructions were included or cited when the door was ordered or arrived..very poor product and even poorer customer service/warranty handling..not even a courtesy call or discount offer for replacement needed..will never buy from them again and would advise finding a more reputable firm for your needs

Buying 40 doors from ETO was an easy experience. Esther was very helpful and very responsive. The doors are beautiful and at a fair price.

I ordered a door a few month ago for a renovation. The staff was excellent to work with, especially Ram! When the door arrived I was so pleased with the quality!!

I have had such a WONDERFUL experience with ETO doors. Dana in customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only meet but EXCEED my expectations. Several calls back and forth (due to a few of my mistakes!) and my order was processed and in production. She helped me meet a very important deadline for city inspection and the doors turned out BEAUTIFUL. Great work.

Our doors are beautiful and high quality. Very happy with our purchase. The sales team was professional and helpful. They helped me ensure that I ordered the right doors and correct sizes. Our installers were impressed with the quality and the price. Much better doors that you can buy at a home store for a lower price. I have already recommended ETO doors to friends.

The company has a fabulous collection to choose from and one particularly fabulous employee who I want to give a shout out to... Jessica. Because of an error made by another employee, I was on the road of anger and frustration. After speaking with Jessica, she not only got everything straightened out, she personally took care of seeing that I was pleased with the results. ETO Doors needs to pay attention to this employee before someone snatches her away!

I purchased two doors in craftsman style / shaker style a couple of weeks ago. My 100 year old Craftsman house really needed them. I was quoted $1200 a door at a different location that would take 6 weeks to get in. I literally paid a fraction of that price and got them within a week. Saved money by picking them up myself at the downtown LA warehouse. They look great.

I am a novice redoing my house in Solana Beach, CA and wanted to complete the project with a new front door. I originally started with the idea of an iron and glass custom door but the costs come in more that $13,000 before hanging or modification. I needed a cheaper option. After a friend recommended ETO I spoke with a sales agent named Christopher who was not helpful (might of been a bad day), he basically answered my questions by saying I should "go to my local mill shop and ask for help". Fortunately I came across Esther who was awesome and walked me through everything step by step and got it customized exactly to my liking. This is the place for high end front doors that don't break the bank. Thanks Esther!

Initial contact was good, Chris in sales was professional and good to communicate with. We ordered 1 set Mahogany double doors stain quality with stain quality threshold, etc and 2 Mahogany doors with paint grade thresholds. We received the doors within the agreed time period, shipping was on time.

We LOVE our ETO front door - and so does EVERYONE who comes to our new house. Couldn't be happier - and that it's made in the USA gives us a sense of real satisfaction!

I have used ETO twice. Both times were for custom doors I couldn't find anywhere else. My doors were well made and I picked them up at their LA location. I highly recommend ETO and will use them again for my next door purchase.

Dealing with the people at ETO doors was a great experience. I had many hurdles to clear due to a shorter door than normal and a log cabin frame to fit it into. They worked with me and asked the right questions to send me a door that fit perfect and looks amazing.

After reading the other yelp reviews, I was extremely nervous to place my front and back door order with ETO Doors. It looks like some people have extended wait times and when the doors arrive, they are cracked or beat up. Fortunately, my doors came within a few weeks and were in great condition. I was very impressed with the quality of the palletizing/crating.

I am a former employee of this company, the product is excellent, prices are more than fair, volume is overwhelming.everyone wants an ETO door., be patient, Your in good hands. I can honestly tell you from experience you will always come out ahead as thier customer.

Wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I received a door with laminate bubbles, sloppy caulking around the glass, and scratched hardware. Not to mention the sales person gave me the wrong dimensions for the rough opening and it's costing me half a day and a couple hundred dollars to correct the error.

I need help! I have called them 5 times and noone returns our calls. Our door that we ordered is way behind and is holding up the entire project. Who can help us get these guys to return my calls and fed ex the door?
