I needed a special type of glass and Johnny was great, he got on the phone and found the glass for me installed it and helped me wrap the cabinet doors in so that they would not break while I was transporting them. It was such a great experience my cabinets look beautiful and the glass was cut and installed perfectly. I have already told about 20 people that I know how great the experience was and I felt like he went above and beyond to help me. Great place. My business doors were recently broken and Broadway came out super quick, boarded up the windows, and installed new glass doors in 2 days. I was in a time pinch because I was hosting an event and they really worked so quickly to get it fixed for me. I spoke with Edith in the office and Sergio came out to do the install. Sergio and his partner cleaned up all the glass shards, worked fast, were respectful of the fact that we were open for business, and just really impressed me overall. Everything went over so smooth and I would highly recommend using Broadway Glass and mirror.

I had exceptional service from Johnny Garcia at Broadway Glass. I have a mirror with a mirrored frame and the larger mirror was cracked and broken. I was told from various places that it could not be repaired. He immediately came to my car to take a look, brought the mirror in and carefully removed the mirrored frame to replace the larger piece. He had it done within a couple of days, polished and touched up the edges and it looks brand new. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him! He is extremely helpful.

I needed to have a mirror replaced in a wood decorative frame. Johnny was professional, and friendly and went above and beyond with the project. Broadway Glass in Long Beach is a great business choice to do business with. We have used them for three different things in a remodel. They are knowledgeable and clear on their estimates and descriptions, reasonable on price, and very responsive and professional with installation. We used them for vanity mirrors, a glass shower enclosure, and now a new door glass insert.

Every time I have work done at broadway Glass, it's perfect. I recently brought in an antique bathroom medicine chest mirror that was broken and the old rosette ornaments on the fasteners were dingy. Johnny Garcia is a master! He replaced the old mirror and found beautiful vintage rosettes to put under the screws. He carefully cleaned and polished the crystal knob. This mirror will be perfect in my 100-year-old cottage!

We managed to break the window in our bathroom. The vinyl window had glue chip glass and I unsuccessfully searched for months for a window repair company who would work on it. After contacting TONS of glass and window businesses, a family friend referred me to Broadway Glass. I drove over and met Johnny the next morning. He was unbelievably helpful.

He spent time explaining to me how to remove the window and bring it to him for measurements. I did as instructed (super easy after talking to Johnny). Brought in the window and waited while he measured and ordered the glass. Just as Johnny said, it took a week for the glass to arrive. Today I brought the window in on my way to work and picked it up on my way home.

Beautiful job! I will never use another company for any window repair needs! Johnny is old school and brings the quality we all look so hard for into the work he does. This is the reason that Broadway glass is the only company you should use as well.

Couldn't be happier with our cabinet doors. This was the first time I've ever needed to go to a place like this and had no idea what to expect. I walked in with two empty cabinet door frames and no clue what I wanted other than "glass." I hadn't considered tint or texture or anything else. He was very friendly and showed me a few options, and when I mentioned a tint he pulled out the perfect piece.

We held it up to the cabinets and in front of a few other objects to see what things look like behind it. I loved it! He said it would take about 5 or 6 days, but they got the doors back to me in 3 before the weekend. Excellent service, great price, very friendly and professional.

I needed a specialty piece of glass for an antique lantern light that had two glass panels broken. After trying to contact the manufacturer for months to get the replacement glass, I finally took one of the non-broken pieces to Broadway glass to see if they had similar glass that they could cut for me. Not only did they have the antique glass that I needed, they cut me two pieces in 10 minutes. Was sort of unbelievable. And very nice people and very reasonable for what I was asking. Our building is 50 years old and 7 stories tall. The elevator is small and not able to hold large window frames which makes this project very difficult. Two years ago, I asked for a quote. The guy came out two hours later than the window timeframe. He talked a great game, I was impressed. I thought this would be the best company. I liked the positive reviews.

The guy never provided a quote. I even called to follow up but nothing. Recently, someone from the company came out to fix a mirror and I asked if they could do windows for our building, he said yes. I decided to give them a second chance. I stopped by the office, told the office manager I didn't want the same sales person but wanted to give them a second chance.

They said "someone will contact you" but nobody ever did. We found three other companies; one said he couldn't do it, the second said they could do it but charged a lot and didn't sell his product well. Then we found another company located in Pasadena. The individual was far more knowledgeable about windows than the sales rep at this place.

He provided a great presentation and not only sold us windows but presented well at the HOA and got three other jobs out of it. If you are in a building with an HOA and a lot of challenges, don't bother with this company. I wasted my time waiting and hoping to give them a chance and they failed at least twice. They probably do great with mirrors, and single family home. I am thoroughly disappointed that a local long beach company with great reviews couldn't even provide a quote. Hopefully, they are just too busy.

I have been a customer of Broadway glass for decades having them replace broken windows. This time I needed maintenance work on my glass shower. I tried other places to get someone out to repair with no luck. However Broadway Glass responded by sending out Johnny Garcia who did an excellent job doing glass shower door related repairs.

I was thoroughly impressed by my experience with Broadway Glass. I found them to be a professional, competent, and friendly team of people! Luke made visits to my house on 2 separate occasions to study the current windows, discuss options, and to take measurements. He is extremely detail-oriented and knowledgeable. I felt that this big project was in safe hands.

After the order was placed, it took a lot longer than estimated to receive the windows. but of course during Covid-19, nothing is certain. When the crew came to install the windows, all of them were courteous, professional, and hard-working. They took safety seriously and always wore masks. In the past, I thought that the general cost of replacing windows was crazy high, but after seeing the labor and craftmanship involved, it's worth every dollar. Gale, the scheduler, is also extremely customer-oriented and responsive. Before, our windows were in terrible shape and only single pane.

They blocked no noise at all. Street noise or gardening would interrupt our work meetings and my coworkers all complained they could not hear me clearly. Plus, we were constantly woken up by street noise. With the new windows, it's beautifully quiet and peaceful. One complication came up in the neighborhood on the 1st day of the install. I called Luke, who discussed with the crew, and they came up with savvy ways to handle the situation as smoothly as possible. Well done, Broadway Glass!

I stopped counting after 8 calls. Either no one answered or left voicemails without ONE returned call. When they finally came to install the windows, they promised they would order a missing piece on Monday. Never did.only called me for my credit card on Tuesday. Use another company. AVOID. Just a terribly run business.

Walked in with a piece of glass that I needed a duplicate for and the woman behind the counter couldn't have been less interested. She promised to call me back with a price and never did, even after I called her twice more to follow up. How do businesses with this attitude stay alive? DO NOT USE THEM!

I reached out to their store for about a week to inquire about getting someone to come out and replace a shattered mirror. I sent over all requested items (pictures and dimensions) and then they stopped responding. I figured it'd be easier to give them a call to set a date and time for someone to come out. Once I called I received a rude response from the owner "I don't have time to stop the world for you. I'm holding up a large window now and out of breath.

If you want it fixed you need to bring it in the shop. We don't have a lot of time to deal with bamboo mirrors." completely uncalled for and unprofessional. When I originally called last week I asked and confirmed that they are able to send someone out to me. If that wasn't the case and they don't repair full length mirrors then he should have just said that up front.

I took a magnifying standing mirror to Broadway Glass because I was a returning customer and liked their service and location. I had a very fine French magnifying mirror which was attached into a mirrored bottom that had chipped at all four corners and was damaged by water. Repair would require patience and care in freeing the magnifying mirror from the mirrored piece on which it stood as its base because it was held in place by a rusted screw that would not turn.

Enter Johnny Garcia who has years of experience in working with glass. He figured out how to remove the rusted screw and detach the standing mirror from the base. He then sank a new screw and attached the magnifying mirror to a beautiful new piece of glass. Johnny is not only good with glass. He is also a very nice person as well as a talented artist.

He designs guitars by using wood-burning instruments to outline his work and then uses a special process by which the inside of his outlines are adorned in magnificent colors. He showed me a number of photographs which gave me the opportunity to see some of his beautiful hand-painted guitars. I highly recommend Johnny Garcia at Broadway Glass for any glass work you want done correctly.

Ron's team replaced eleven windows/two slider doors but also demolished a large side window to install a third "new" slider to provide access to our side yard.

Needed to get a glass door replaced at my office. They came out the same day I called (within a few hours) to measure and gave a realistic time frame for the glass to be cut and tempered. Installation was quick and door looks as good as new. Thank you!

I'm an apartment renter that had the small job of needing glass shelves made for a cabinet. My order was ready for pick-up in 24hrs. Denise took my order and called the following day for pickup. She provided excellent friendly customer service. At pickup, another lady helped me and again excellent friendly customer service. My custom order was made exactly as needed. This place was recommended to me by another apartment renter neighbor and I am doing to same!

Made an appointment after several quotes to meet with Jason Shipman [salesperson] and my commercial client - Jason never showed up and then when I called he told me his was in bed. No concern towards my time or that of my clients! Not worth wasting your time since they do NOT care about their clients.

I call for a quote for International window about $600 I'm still waiting about the price 5 days ago, time is money Luke!

I had 2 stationary windows that I wanted changed out so they would open. Sounds simple enough. In fact, I live in a building with 90+ condo units in it and over a dozen of my neighbors wanted to do the same thing. That is a lot of windows and a lot of business; so one would think you'd get decent service and attention. That process started January 2016 and I FINALLY have working windows finished February 2017.13 months later! Now, they will give you lots of excuses, when YOU contact them, and they'll make appointments to come out "next" week.but then when YOU follow up with them again, they had a fabrication issue or a this issue or a that issue.blah, blah, blah! This company has been HORRIBLE to deal with and I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!

They are awesome. Helped a family in need during an extremely busy time. Staying open late to solve their dilemma.
