These guys are AWESOME! I was missing a part for my window, in a home I just moved into, and they were super helpful on the phone and helped me replace the broken part over email with photos/videos. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me!

My experience is limited to ordering a window through them (they didn't install) but they were friendly and efficient. I have no complaints.

Wonderful customer service. Pristine did the windows of our new contemporary home, which has a lot of windows. They came out to readjust the windows after the house settled, and helped with installing door locks for sliding doors. Sejohn was responsive both by phone and email.

I can't even express how much I appreciate Donna at Pristine Windows and all the Pristine Windows team! I am a local contractor and my clients are so happy dealing with Donna. It has been a while since I had interactions with Pristine Windows. They were quite professional and friendly and explained everythingI needed to know to make my decisions. Because of structural reasons they suggested that I do not make the changes. They spent quite a bit of time and then did not charge me anything because no slide doors were installed.

As I got ready to write a review I came across a one star review by a person who wanted to get a broken glass replaced. She was upset that this company limits its service installing new windows and referred to their salesman as an A$$hole. Many professionals limit their activities to certain services, sometimes for time reasons, sometimes because they can be more efficient at some work than others.

There are many businesses run by one person, who specialize in just replacing broken glass. This woman with the foul mouth would be well advised contact a person like this and would probably get the job done at a reasonable price. I cannot imagine that the salesperson, who was nice to me and took a lot of time without earning a penny would behave that badly on a short phone call. But some people cannot take it if someone says no to their request, no matter how friendly it was done.

I was very impressed with the professional service for an estimate on 4 large windows. It was so simple working with John and he was very helpful and even stopped by in the rain to take measurements before ordering. I am looking forward to upping this to 5 stars once I receive the windows as expected on time. I have to say I was very confused by the varying experiences I read here, as mine have been stellar so far.

Literally spoke to a gentleman on the phone at Pristine Windows 20 seconds ago and felt the need to log on to Yelp immediately and write a review after my conversation with him. He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I have a window whose glass spontaneously combusted. Of course the glass is not covered by the warranty and the manufacturer charges $400 to fix, so they recommended I call a dealer to fix it cheaper and faster, which I found listed on their website.

I called, and the first thing said to me was "well what do you want me to do about it?" Sir, I want you to replace the glass. "Well it's going to cost you, we don't do that free." Yes, I am well aware of that you rude imbecile. Who taught you social manners? Anyone?! Then he tells me they don't do repairs. Fine. I hung up. Obviously you don't want my business, so you don't get it. A$$hole. I would be highly suspicious of all the 5 star reviews that have no pictures, no friends, and very few reviews. Fake news.

I hired Pristine Windows to install new Milgard Windows for my townhome about 2 years ago. I wanted to write a very positive review shortly after the work was done, but then time just flew by and I recently was reminded in writing another review. I really wanted to give Pristine Windows a good review because I was so pleased with their customer service and quality of work.

I got 4 other quotes before hiring them and I would say Pristine is very reasonably priced. I learned that you have to be very wary of inexpensive quotes because the quality of work may not be there. They may not be licensed or experienced. Or they may provide a cheap product. Pristine Windows is very professional and they provided very high quality work. Norman, the installer has come back a few times to fix some issues I've had.

They didn't charge anything extra each time! Sejon, the owner, is always very responsive and level headed. I've already recommended them to a friend that lives in Redondo Beach. I'd definitely use them again for my next home!

From the onset, Pristine Windows was a pleasure to deal with. Sejon Ding is the owner. He is an architect by training. I had another major window replacement company came out before using him. I am so glad that I had him come out. He is current on what is up to code, and the sales representative of the other company would have put in things that were not up to code.

I had researched on various vendors for replacing all the 50 years old windows at home and I'm glad that I used Pristine Windows. The price is good with great staff and excellent services. The salesperson is very knowledgeable and response quickly to any questions I had. The installation job was on schedule, clean and without any issue.

Why did I wait so long to replace our 50 years old windows in our mid-century modern home? Pristine Windows is the place: non-pushy sales, an owner with an aesthetic, good product selection, fast quote, the installation has been great with skilled employees who have been careful with the house and clean up.

I was reminded how unprofessional Pristine Windows is when I received an emailed quote that was for another customer. I probably wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't for that email. Since I was reminded, I might as well oblige them. Maybe PW customer service will be more attentive if you have a large order, but I only needed one window.

My initial contact was fine and my order was taken. But when it came to delivery it was a friggin nightmare. I was promised a two week turn around. So I waited the two weeks, and then contact them. They said it was in Fresno and it would be in the next day. My contractor was going to come by the day after I picked it up. I called the next day to confirm and they said it was in a warehouse in Torrance and it would be there the following day.

So I called my contractor to push back the day. Again, I called and said I would be coming by and they said that it was still in the warehouse because they had a big delivery somewhere else and no one could pick it up. When I reminded them that I had already been pushed back and my contractor was accommodating them, the guy angrily said, "well what do you want me to do?" He sarcastically continued, "drive down to Torrance and get it myself?" To which I replied, "yes." I was made to feel guilty that he had to drive through traffic and I wanted my window. Would I recommend Pristine Window to a friend or enemy, "No."

My wife and I are what you might call, information hogs! We did extensive research and had many, many questions. Cloudia was extremely resourceful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We had excellent experience with Pristine Windows. We wanted to replace eight old louver windows with new windows with noise and wind insulation. John came over and measured the windows. He then emailed us a competitive proposal. We spoke a few times about the window types for each room. I appreciated his professional no pressure approach, and answering my questions. He's very knowledgeable and offered info & advice. John helped us choose the windows based on our preferences, the price point & product line we worked with, and the local building code.

We worked through a few versions of the proposal until we were happy with everything in the final proposal, and signed the contract. John came over before ordering the windows, to verify precise measurements and for us to see where the horizontal dividers should be. On installation day everything went smoothly. The installers showed up on time. They covered everything around to protect.

They installed all the windows in one day. They vacuumed after the work was done and left everything clean. They were responsive, professional & polite. They answered any question we asked and responded to any concern we had and did an excellent job. We're very pleased with the windows. They look great and they solved the noise and wind problems we had.

Pristine replaced windows and a glass sliding door in a townhouse for me. It was a job that required coordination between tenant, landlord and homeowner's association and Pristine performed quite well. We found office personnel and installers to be polite, punctual, attentive and competent.

I had an awful customer service experience with these people. As "certified Milgard Window Experts" I reached out to them for recommendations on my Milgard windows. Not only did they not return my voice messages left on their main line, but when I was finally able to luck out and get an actual human on the phone, I was curtly dismissed with: "we don't offer recommendations".the man offered no help whatsoever, and hung up. And, they call themselves "authorized experts". So sad. Try another "authorized" dealer.it would be impossible to find an establishment that cared less than these people.

The windows and doors they sell are as described. Pristine Windows did not do the installation - I apparently couldn't afford their installation - but they recommended someone else, and he was terrible. He talked and talked and talked and took a lot of smoking breaks, and slowly started sucking me dry of all my money and never finished putting on the drywall compound completely and my backdoor is not hung straight so it is hard to close. Their products are fine, just don't go with any contractor they recommend.

Absolutely a great dealer. From beginning to end, it was an absolute pleasant experience. Recently we replaced our town home windows and doors in West L.A. Sejon answered all my questions instantly and gave me professional and honest advise. This was the first experience that we had a project done remotely. Every steps was done in a timely and professional manner. The new windows and door are looking great and it was a job well done. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this dealer.

I highly recommend Pristine Windows for all your window and door needs. Their team did a wonderful job installing our new casement windows and respecting our home in the process. They exceeded our expectations from our first meeting to the final installation. The precision and cleanliness of their installers (kudos to Norman and the guys!) is truly amazing. Needless to say, their windows fit like a glove and we love everything they did. It's always satisfying to hire a vendor who touts customer service - and then delivers!
