Did a good job fixing the pipes under my kitchen sink and installing new shut-off valves. (Charged over $400.00 for labor and materials for 1/2 hour worth of work, $330.00 of which was for labor) When the man went downstairs, he had a look at our water heater, and told me that it needed to be replaced and it would cost $1000.00.

I called Alpine for a bid on replacing the water and drain lines throughout my house. It took 4 days to get someone here to do the estimate. The man doing the estimate (the owner, according to his business card) spent approximately 5 minutes looking things over.

Very bad they charged $330.00 to light a furnace of a 84 yr old widow and didn't even fix the problem and wanted to charge her another $120.00 for a igniter and another $330.00 to come back and install it.
