I hired Precision Plumbing to do work on a really challenging remodel for me. I was impressed from the get-go. They communicated clearly when the repairman would be here. The Repair men were so respectful and tidy in my house. They did an amazing job with the work and I couldn't be happier! Every person that I worked with during my remodel from Precision had the same work ethic & commitment.to do a really great job. They are 5 star!

Precision plumbers showed up to fix our low water pressure. I specifically told them to start by checking the whole-house water filter, and they said they would. Instead, they did unnecessary work of nearly $500, didn't fix the problem and the plumber lied and said he checked the filter and said "it looked ok". After they left, I went into crawl space and inspected the filter: it was so dirty hardly any water could get through.
I replaced filter for $10.00 on my own, and full water pressure was restored. I sent a letter to Precision about this and they didn't care enough to give me the courtesy of a reply. There are lots of plumbers in Billings, I won't ever use Precision again for my house, rentals, or give them as a referral to others.

Call precision plumbing to schedule an appointment. The plumber did call me the day of the appointment. showed up at my house just to shine a flashlight down my drain and tell me I don't have a P-trap when I did have one! Didn't even find a solution or troubleshoot the problem at all! Walks upstairs tells me I need to pay him 145 for the hour! Granite he only shined a flashlight down my drain! 15 minutes total told me I have to pay for an hour so I asked him if he could do other work around the house and he said he didn't carry a snake on him haha what a joke of a company do not hire these guys! Maybe offer your customers a solution to the problem instead of trying to collect was no use at all!

They forgot about my appointment! Over a week ago I made an appointment to have them come out and replace a broken toilet flange. I actually took the whole day off to make sure there would be no problems getting this done. Great.just great. Thank god another plumbing company had mercy on me and they will be out today. I'm just like everybody else. Just a guy trying to make it in this world and I am so tired of businesses with no integrity.

I cannot give enough praise to these guys. When our contractor let us down over and over, these guys stepped up and went so above and beyond. We now have an incredibly beautiful tub and toilet that they knocked out of the park. Delbert and Patrick are great guys to work with, and Delbert is my go to guy for work. Incredible craftsmanship, and attention to detail. He knows his stuff! Thanks for everything guys!

Above and beyond service. Not only did their tech Delbert fix all the leaks in my home after the pipes froze and replace my hot water heater. And not only where they great about working with my insurance but Delbert and the others at precision even helped me find homes for the 6 puppies that a relative dropped off on me. 100% recommend to anyone

Today Michael came to see if the leak from the old water heater meant we needed a new one. Sure enough, it was a leaking water heater, and not other parts. He explained that the brand we had has had more issues as of late, and he did not recommend we put the same brand back in. I appreciated his warm smile, his competence in taking out the old, and installing the new, his making sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way.

We recently hired Precision Plumbing to replace a portion of our main drain (inside) and sewer line (outside). We got several bids for this work and Precision's bid was by far the lowest. This job would require them to remove the old pipe from our foundation wall and then seal it back up after the new pipe was installed. Out of all the plumbers we talked to, Precision just seemed the most competent for this type of job. Scheduling the job was easy and they were very flexible. Delbert and Joe were the plumbers and they did a fantastic job. They were very polite and answered all my questions. Precision will be my first choice for any larger plumbing jobs in the future.

After a bad experience with another company we asked around and Precision was recommended by a few people. I cannot say enough good thing about our experience with them!. We called to schedule and estimate for replacing all our water and drain lines. They had someone here within 24 hours. The detailed bid was emailed to us the next day and the work was completed a few days after that.
Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. They communicated with us every step of the way and everything they did has worked flawlessly. Even the dogs liked them!
