Rick and his team from RoofSmart were great! They replaced the underlayment and broken concrete barrel tiles on our recently purchased home. Rick was knowledgeable and informative, cheerfully answering questions and explaining the work in detail. The crew was quick, considerate and professional, starting on time and finishing as scheduled. Only time will tell, but I feel confident our new roof will protect us for many years to come.

RoofSmart is an outstanding company. I had a roof leak and an inspector came out to my house and completed a detailed estimate, including photos of the problem area. The work was scheduled once I agreed to the estimate and this past week Carlos and Ezekiel, RoofSmart roofers, completed the work. They were very professional, well qualified, kind, friendly, ethical with regard to their work requirements, and completed a beautiful job!

It is so refreshing to observe workers who take pride in their work and demonstrate a sincere desire to satisfy the customer's requirements, thereby resulting in delighting the customer! Carlos and Ezekiel set the example for other roofers to emulate and they should receive financial rewards for their outstanding professionalism! When the work was completed, Rick Holt, the Director of Field Operations and Quality Control, arrived and inspected the work and told me the work looked excellent! RoofSmart is the only company I would use for roofing repair!

If a roofer tells you that they don't do soffits and/ or fascia, look for another roofer ! The 2X6's, that are at the base of your roof, will root away from water and RoofSmart won't touch them.

RoofSmart LLC is a trustworthy roofing company. From start to finish they were professional and knowledgeable. Evan the estimator gave us a fair, honest and competitive price for roof coating and sealing. He clearly explained the work that was needed. Kim in the office was courteous and efficient. She responded back to all of our emails. Lance and his assistant were punctual.

So I called Roofsmart and they came out and spent about 45 minutes here looking over every inch of the roof and determined that the leaking problems I had were something hard to spot. They took pictures of the problem areas and recommended that I have a handyman do with it. That just doesn't happen today. They were indeed gentlemen, very nice and very professional. And I would trust them with anything on a roof.

Roofsmart is always a pleasure to work with, I always look forward to calling them. They provide reasonable estimates and I've never once felt like they were trying to upsell me. I cannot recommend them enough.

As I write this, it's been a day since the work was done to our, Tile Roof. We called about a problem I could see from the ground. When they came to give us a estimate, they found other problems we didn't know about and took pictures of them. After the repairs were done, they took pictures of the repair. This is a great idea on their part. I won't crawl/ walk around on our roof.

Not a good idea! So with the monsoons coming, we really dodged a bullet. The work looks to have been done, correctly. Only time will tell, as with any repair. I would recommend this business to a friend.

My agent called them for an estimate for some roof repair for a leak on a new rental we purchased here in town (we own several, roofers are not unknown to us). They generated the usual "you need two coats of high quality elastic polymer paint" estimate I've seen a dozen times. Not what we needed. So I called again and stressed there was a known leak in the roof and I wanted to meet them there to talk about it and show them where the problem was. Arranged a time, I showed up - waited half an hour - called and was told he "might" be there in 2 more hours. Hello?

They offered to setup another super convenient four hour window later in the week and I invited them to never hear from me again. If you're a professional that expects professional contractors to be able to handle scheduling at a more granular level than half a day, keep looking.

Steve gave me updates and both were responsive when I had questions.

They will be returning in 12 months to check up to make sure everything is okay. I feel great knowing monsoons can come at anytime because our roof is ready! I got quotes from two other companies. One was way way overpriced and the other had the rudest office staff. It takes the same amount of time to be nice as it does to be rude. RoofSmart understands this and I recommend them!

The office was professional and responsive. Rick was great during the estimate. Our services included a moderate size patch, some resealing, and a skylight replacement.

The guys that came out to do the job were also professional. I inspected the work and it looked great. Time will be the real determination of that. But, they left the job site clean which is unfortunately not all the common anymore. Flat roofs require regularly maintenance around here and I will continue to use Roofsmart for that as long as they keep up the great service and quality.

When I was in the process of purchasing a new home, our home inspector suggested that we have a roof inspection conducted. Roofsmart came out and did an inspection and was ultimately chosen by the seller to perform some repairs.
