I purchased a special deal from Angie's List for a diagnostic of my AC after it decided to stop turning on last week. Total Comfort Heating and Cooling was able to schedule the visit for just a couple of hours after I called. They sent out a repair man named Jim who has been in the business for a very long time and was SO nice!

The company was great from start to finish. They are extremely professional and really give excellent customer service. Our heat had gone out and we called and Ed came out within 45 minutes of our call. He quickly determined what the problem was and gave us our options for repairing the system Appox $900.00.

My furnace broke late in the afternoon on Friday. Called company at 6:45 P.M. and Tony arrived at our home at 7:30 P.M. He quickly and professionally found a broken control board, he called and had the supply house open up after hours so that we could have heat for the weekend. Tony went and picked up the part and installed and had our heat running by 9:00 P.M.

Called Total comfort heating and cooling and they came out on time and were very professional. They arrived prompt, showed up on time, tech and trucks were logoed I felt very comfortable. They came in my home and wore covers on their shoes to protect my carpet, and the technician was very knowledgeable and gave me a fair price.

In this day and age when so many companies do not seem up to the challenge of providing reliable customer service, Total Comfort Heating & Cooling does everything they tell you that they will. We just had to have our heating and air system replaced and they were completely professional, courteous and prompt from start to finish.
