We used this company for a water conditioning system. Every person from start to finish was very attentive, caring, and professional. I felt as if they all had our best interest at heart and they weren't just trying to sell us something. They truly believe in their product and are invested in helping people improve their water quality and educate them on the current status of their water quality.

It was a pleasant experience with the company. Neilson tested our water and explained everything thoroughly and was so friendly. Jose did the install the NEXT DAY and was quick and efficient. The day after Beatriz came to test out the water quality and was extremely pleasant and thoroughly in explaining everything. I highly recommend this company for you water conditioning/softening needs.

I purchased this water softener system from this company, and it has been hell on earth since then. The company was a referral from Home Depot( big mistake by Home Depot). With the help of Home Depot the original system was modified due to different problems. They removed a tank and added a chlorine tank. They came a year later and charged over $500 for service, and talked me into buying a membership plan for $26 a month to help minimize future service fees.

A few months ago, a tube broke from the chlorine tank, shutting down the water for the entire house. It was a hassle to get them to come to fix it. They told me to call a plumber. They were very rude and impatient, and finally they hung up on me saying to call a plumber. I called Home Depot, and finally someone came and fixed the broken tube in less than 15 minutes.

Since yesterday I have been calling to report that the water in the chlorine tank is not moving and my water is very hard. Yesterday the call to the service department went to voicemail after waiting on the line. I called the operator who offered to have someone call me today. I waited almost all day for a call to no avail. After 3:30 pm, I called and someone answered after 20 minutes.

I told her about the problem with the chlorine tank, and she mumbled that you are a platinum member, so my next available appointment is on 6/15/2022. I begged her to send a technician sooner than in two weeks, but she said that was her best available time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Robert was very punctual and informative. Made us feel very good about the purchase to improve our water. Jesus was here the very next day to install and Beatriz came the next day we had off. Even came on a holiday to test the water to make sure install went correctly. She was very organized and gave us all the info we needed to complete our package. Overall very satisfied

I had the pleasure of Zach demonstrating the quality of water in our house. He truly knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable, has great energy, and great customer service. He is not a salesman at all, he only informs you of the facts for you to make the best decision for you and your family. Zach did an amazing job and I am excited to tell all my friends and family about Zach testing their water and demonstrating the benefits of the environmental solution.

We had a new soft water conditioning system installed. Immediately we noticed a big difference. Our hands were super soft after washing them, and after showering your skin is very soft. From the beginning very nice salesman, I recommend Steve if you want a low pressure personable rep. Robinson did our install and he was very thorough, patient and did the job right the first time with no errors, and then Richie was our inspector. Very knowledgeable, and friendly, he was able to give me a full breakdown on all the systems. Nils Been is the manager over all these guys and he's been great. Managed to offer us some great benefits and made sure everything was done right overall. Great experience.

Installation of my new water heater. Eli was very courteous and professional. Explained what he would be doing, what was needed, and why. He also explained how it worked after the install ( it is a Smart Home water heater). He offered to answer any questions before and after the install. I'm no plumber but I think he did a great job. I would recommend him.

The company did a great job start to finish for installing a home water system. Initially the business sales pitch was very gimmicky but of all the quotes I got from other businesses in the end they stood out. They were professional and quick with installation, and I can say the same about Brian who came out after for the testing. It's a good product with good customer service and we see the difference in the water. I would recommend to anyone.

I received service for replacement of a hot water tank. I found the service to be professionally organized and everyone explained the process step by step to assure success with the schedule. The technician that arrived on schedule was very through and efficient in explaining the documents to sign and what tasks he would be doing such as temporary water shutoff doing the exchange of non working tank with the replacement of a new hot water tank I had chosen.

The process was completed quickly and he made sure it was all functioning properly prior to leaving. He reviewed warranty guidance and additional signatures were required. He educated me on the "smart" hot water tank I had purchased with regards to increase/decrease temperature, vacation mode, and how to turn the hot water off and still have functioning of water in the home, and how to manage it all from my phone.

I am a female owning my home so it was great to know what to expect and what would be a concern. Eli was great to take the time to explain everything and also allowed time for my questions. I would definitely recommend their service for any needs. He took all items with him to dispose of, and totally cleaned up everything. Definitely worth every penny.

Florida Energy water & Air My personal experience with their customer service: if they say they are going to call you back, they're going to you call back. I purchased an AC unit for my home. I spoke with Jean who was the sales person and he was very knowledgeable of the product and recommended the best unit for me. After the install was completed, Jean stopped by to check out the install and to make sure everything was to my expectation. Mr. Perry, thank you for yourhard work, your dedication, your explanation of the product, services and the procedure, following up after the service tech, making sure everything was to my expectations. Eli arrived late afternoon for a hybrid water heater install. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable regarding the Rheem unit. We needed some adjustments in order to fit our washer, dryer and fridge on the same platform as the new water heater, and Eli worked with us to coordinate the exact placement to gain the best efficiency from the unit.

He provided us with a tutorial of how the water heater operated and signals to look for if the unit would need attention. We were very pleased with this install and would recommend FEWA and Eli to others interested in this hybrid water heater for their home.

I have purchased other company's products but they didn't deliver as expected. We've had problems with our water prior to the purchase. A friend of our recommended Rainsoft was the best system out there. We are very happy after we made our decision.

Excellent presentation by Rob, who is very customer oriented, with great personality. The product is showing to be what Rob explained to us it would be. We noticed the difference in the water, especially the taste. Very satisfied with the complimentary products.

Wow what a bad service provider. I had them come out and give an estimate and perform installation of 3rd party softener and filter. While they indicated $150 initial price for installation they technician did not give estimate after arriving and taking a look but rather proceeded with work and simply gave us bill over $450.

I just had a mini split system installed. I can't say enough about the 3 young men that came to install it. Very professional and polite. After just two days I am in love with the system. I can't say enough about the service I received.

Donald, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable. We were not pressured into buying a unit. The installer was friendly and participated in my 5 year old son's curiosity of what was being installed.

I've read the reviews on here and it was a bit alarming considering I just had a soft water system installed by them. I had to double check my paperwork to make sure this was the same company everyone else has complained about because I haven't seen anything bad from them.

BEWARE! This company will SCAM you! My 73 year old mother finally realized her dream and moved from the northeast to Florida. Shortly after moving into her home she was bombarded by salesmen trying to sell her a water system.

We enjoy our Rainsoft and every drink we have of the refreshing pure water. It just makes my day, especially having to wash all my fruits and veggies in this wonderfully soft and clean water. My husband's recent comment was how much soapy lather he enjoyed when he took his shower this morning.

Mark, the installer came and laser measured our bathrooms for proper fit. Materials ordered to our specifications and delivered within ten days! Two days per bathroom because we had on tube removed and a shower pan installed, which was the only waste generated. He hauled all the waste away. Some sheet rock replaced. All of the wood was good.

The presentation was very well done. We saw the differences between the water we were drinking and the Rainsoft water. The presenter was very polite and knowledgeable. Once the system was installed immediately I felt the difference when I washed my hands. The water was soft and it has a silky feeling. The installers were polite and friendly. Thank you so much!
