They constantly kept me updated, were extremely professional and just a total pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about what great customer service they provide. This experience was as best as could be for having a roof installed. The crew that worked on the roof were exceptional. They were courteous and very efficient in handling all of the details in cleanup after the job was completed - which is so important. They cleaned up the roof debris so that you could hardly tell that they had been here. They took great care with the landscaping surrounding the house and made sure all nails were found. But, most importantly, they did a great job on the roof installation.

It's beautiful. Susan's and Will's expertise and professionalism were exceptional. From the first explanation of the services they provided, to working with the insurance company and having the products delivered on a planned schedule, the whole process presented no hassle or hardship in any way for us. The booklet of information describing the products and the full and transparent way that every detail of the installation would be handled were wonderful.

There were no surprises along the way and the timeline was seamless. The installation team had to deal with rain moving in and out and they along with Will made sure that everything was covered and protected throughout the installation.

I would highly recommend CSR. Susan was persistent in getting our attention and I'm glad she was. Our insurance company kept denying our requests for roof replacement until Will was able to show the adjuster areas where there was some hail damage and wind damage. Susan stayed on top of the claims department to ensure that they had all the information needed. Will monitored the work and crew and made things right. Our new roof looks great!

I contacted Susan at Carolina Storm Roofing after noticing possible hail damage to my gutters. Susan and Will were responsive with Will coming to inspect my roof and verifying that indeed we had hail damage. Susan worked with me filing an insurance claim. Will was there when the insurance adjuster came to take a look. Throughout the process we had great communication.

When it came to the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof, Will checked in throughout the day with the crew which was appreciated. We also used them to install new gutters. After everything was done Will stopped by again to check it all out, climbing on the roof and provided us with pictures both of the the work while being done and the completed project with a multi year workmanship warranty. We are very happy with the process and have since recommended CS Roofing to family and friends.

I was very happy with the entire experience with CS Roofing, from the inspection and helping with insurance claim for hail damage to the expert crew that replaced the entire roof in one day. Susan and Will are very professional and made the whole experience very easy for me the customer. Rafael and his crew were outstanding in stripping off old roof, installing the new one and cleaning up. My home is two stories, approximately 3300 sf and to do this work in one day is amazing.

I have never worked with anyone as professional, knowledgable, punctual and extremely caring as Will and Susan. If you need a new roof or just want to be sure you don't have storm damage, give them a call. From the inspection, claim filing, documents needed, I was totally taken care. Will is great at recognizing anything that would be a potential problem and took care of meeting the adjuster and that was a huge help for me. They are the best and I will refer them to anyone I know that may need "roof" experts!

Fantastic! Scott came to my door to see if I was interested in a roof inspection and that they were doing the roof of a neighbor. I explained that I had tried a year ago to get my roof replaced when most of my neighbors were getting theirs replaced and my insurance company declined the claim.

I highly recommend Carolina Storm Roofing. They were very helpful and walked me through the claim process step by step. My roof looks amazing! They even did a great clean up job. I was worried about nails being in the yard and driveway, but I have not had any problems with that.

Exceptional and caring service. All the repairs were done on-time and within the estimate provided at the beginning. Scott explained the process to me, discussed all the details step by step and I only had to thank him when the work was done.

While I was trying to sell my house, during the heavy rain my roof started to leak. Scott & his team took a very good care of me. The roof had a tarp on it in no time. They helped me to run everything through my insurance company, and the new roof was on in less then 2 weeks after my first call to them.

The Carolina Storm Roofing crew did an exceptional job at replacing the roof on our old house! We were impressed by the professionalism of the crew but became even more impressed with the delicate situation they had around my garden and flowerbeds!

Asked the company for an inspection. Waited weeks for response. Followed up today and was told this by text, customer not serious waste of time. Keep in mind, I referred them to neighbor 2 houses up which they did his entire roof last year but I'm a waste of time to have my entire roof done.

Called to ask these guys for a quote. Mentioned that I had another roofer look at it too and they refused to even come out. Pitiful service if they can't even quote a job. Especially one that would likely have a full replacement within a year or two.
