Amazing! I live in a house built in 1880 so the crawl space is tiny and the water lines were put in as a after thought. I knew our water was VERY HARD. I spoke to Ben Franklin Plumbing and they suggested having the water tested which I did. I found out there was bacteria in the water and confirmed that it was EXTREMELY hard.

Our Hot Water heater went out and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out immediately and was able to replace it in no time at all. The staff was amazingly friendly, professional and educated us on the care of our new Hot Water Heater.
