Had them come out after the lady on the phone said they would get me ac during my appointment. I was really banking on this. I knew that all I needed was a coil and freon. Guy at first said freon was just going to be a little more expensive and that they would have to find a coil for it, then he changed it to a whole new unit for $4,000. They purposely changed it to get more money out of me that I dont have. Don't use these people.

Our AC went out on what to date was the hottest day of the year. It was a Sunday afternoon. I called the company we have a service plan with. They indicated they could not assess it until Tuesday night even after I explained I have a disabled, elderly individual who is on oxygen in the home. I called Lorenz. Kendall came out on Sunday night. He was professional, communicated every step of the way.

It turned out to be a compressor which he could not fix on Sunday. However, on Monday, in communicating with Alicia, I learned they had found a part and could come on Tuesday morning to fix the unit. Due to the extreme heat, with an elderly individual, Alicia made arrangements for a mobile AC to be loaned to us to put in the bedroom. Brian had to get creative due to the type of windows we have.

But he did a magnificent job. On Tuesday as promised, Kendall returned and fixed the unit. I am extremely impressed by this company and the service they provided. Due to the extreme heat wave, I know they have been extremely busy. However, they went the extra mile to make sure my disabled, elderly mother would not be impacted further by the heat in the home. Thank you to Lorenz team for such great service. I highly recommend this company.

They came quickly when my furnace set off the smoke alarms in my house. They diagnosed the problem and made the repair for a reasonable cost as well.

It was a late Friday night. when I called to repair a non- working furnace. Brian showed up very quickly. Discovered the furnace a non repairable issue. Monday I received a proposal to replace the furnace. 2 days later the new furnace was installed and working great. The service and craftsmanship and professionalism was second to none.

They were able to come out the same day I called to repair my furnace. The repair tech was friendly and finished the job quickly. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Called after system was stalling out and sent a repair man named Brian. He looked at it and he saw that it was choking on it's condensation so he put a small pump the previous condensation line and that fixed. The system was up and running in minutes and my family and I was warm again a temporary fix until the next day, . Thanks Lorenez and thanks Brian, five stars for sure! Shopped around for bids from other reputable businesses, even some selling the same equipment, in the end I chose Lorenz. The quality, professionalism, and price where great. I got a new HVAC system installed replacing my 19yr old units. The salesman didn't try and sell me more than I needed, and even told me my money would be better suited adding insulation in my attic then buying the highest efficiency upper-end models they offer.

I was still given cost estimates for the range of models that would suit me. All would be improvements to my current system. I went with a 96 Efficiency furnace and a 16 Leer AC which I expect will operate nominally for many years to come. I am happy about the quick service time, and to have a new AC before summer comes. The office staff was friendly and kept me informed. Billing was painless. Great experience over all A+++ I highly recommend.
