Gold Medal

On Wednesday June 5 at night I realized my AC was not working. They got someone to my place within 40 minutes. Chance was the technician and he had already been working more than 12 hours when he agreed to come see if he could repair my unit. He was able to repair it and it was not a quick or easy repair. I am so grateful he stayed until it was repaired.

My AC has been working great. I would definitely recommend this company. May 7, 2022 because my AC system loves to have issues at night and on weekends it was all of a sudden not blowing as cold as it should. A tech was to my place in less than an hour. Daryle did a fantastic job. Thankfully all I needed was some refrigerant. My A/C works great.

Updated (after reading their response): What a liar. They did not offer me 2-4pm same day service. They were not sure if they could make it today. The earliest time she could guarantee was the next day between 10-1pm which didn't work for me. Is this how you run your business making fake excuses? Worst service ever. They canceled my service appointment 5 minutes before my scheduled service due to somebody else's emergency. Well I had emergency too. They totally wasted my time. They are careless, not responsible, not professional. Stay away from this business.

First, I love that this is a family owned business. They have excellent customer service and their technicians always come in uniform with a company branded truck. Jeremy has serviced my HVAC system a few times now and is extremely knowledgable and thoroughly explains what needs to be done. Also sign up for their GOLD CLUB MEMBERSHIP to get bi-annual tune-ups and discount on products.well worth it! As a Realtor I recommend GMS to all of my clients.

This is by far one of the best if not the best HVAC company I've used in Las Vegas. As an owner of several rental properties for years, I used no less than a dozen of HVAC companies. This company was assigned by a home warranty company. I checked their reviews and felt pretty good about it though I know it could be a hit or miss experience. I booked the service call online at 9:00PM the night before and was contacted by Gold Medal Service about 9:00AM the very next morning with the scheduled same day service at noon.

That alone is unheard of especially for our "fabulous" Las Vegas. They are responsive, capable, and efficient. Jeremy, my dispatched tech, is excellent. I was home and he arrived a bit earlier but waited until his time. He put on his shoes' cover when he was in and out. He explained everything for me and made sure things work properly with testing. I was skeptical because of my subpar experiences with other vendors. But this company is truly a Gold Medal in what they do. Strongly recommend these folks.

Jeremy is a great service technician. It was evident from the beginning of our service call that he was there to help me, not over charge me. I have used this company for years and everyone from the owner/founder (Jonathan) to the technicians (like Jeremy) deliver great service. When they share their knowledge with you, you can trust it. Their professionalism and timeliness is excellent. I have referred them to friends and family. We have all had the same positive experience.

Absolutely incredible service! Their maintenance plans are very fairly priced for the value. The techs are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and go above and beyond. like our last tech, Jeremy, who took extra time to explain/check wiring for us dummies who tried to DIY install a smart thermostat. Great company!

These guys are amazing! AC went out at 11am and by 1pm Jeremy was on our roof. Needed a new AC and Heat unit. The next day at 130pm Jeremy was installing our new unit. 103 degrees outside and windy in Henderson, NV is no joke and that was not an issue for these guys. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us as we had just moved here from Utah and no up to speed on these type of AC units. Jeremy answered all of our questions and didn't leave until we were completely satisfied.

These days you rarely see businesses conduct themselves this way and it's refreshing. We've been waiting for 2 months to have a company install a patio cover and landscaping. That company could learn a thing or two from Gold Metal Service. Thank you guys so much. You are AWESOME!

A friend of mine who works in the Home Warranty industry recommended Gold Metal to service my AC unit. Jeremy came out, on time, with mask and made sure to put on booties to check my thermostat. He offered to change my filters ( on ceiling) if I needed, which I appreciated. He serviced my AC unit and explained what he had done and what was needed.

I appreciated there was no " up selling". I have also spoken to the owner, who I give kudos to for handling a situation like a caring professional.which is rare to find in Vegas businesses these days. I highly recommend this company.

No one ever answers the phone and when they finally did 3 calls later they didn't sound knowledgeable at all. I went to Larson Air instead they did a great job for me and my wife. Golden Medal Air is a joke call Larson Air they will help you with all your heating and air problems.

I contacted several A/C companies for an estimate to replace my air conditioning system. I found Jonathan with Gold Medal Services. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't just try and sell me a system, but spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the systems available today. I am really satisfied with our new system.
